*Ascension has been ongoing for many years so as not to overpower you. It has gently been increased, and now you are recognizing the difference it is making to you. It is in many ways a delicate process of raising your vibrations, so that you can gradually absorb more and more.

Too much energy too soon could have been detrimental to your progress, upsetting those who are slow to respond. It affects all souls in one way or another, which is why some get symptoms that might otherwise be attributed to malfunctioning bodily systems.

Now perhaps you can understand why, at the time of the 21st December 2012, the high energy influx due to the alignment of your Sun and the Great Central Sun is going to “separate” those who are ready to ascend, and those who are not.

The choice is as ever yours, but do not be concerned if you are one desiring to remain in your present dimension. It will make no difference to your evolution in the long run, as opportunities to ascend will still come periodically. Indeed, if you set your mind on it, by sheer willpower and intent you could ascend anytime as an individual.

God set out the master plan, eons of time ago, that would ensure as this cycle ended it would be in triumph for those seeking to return to the Light. Through many lives in the lowest vibrations in your Universe, you have come out of your earthly experiences much greater than you were when you descended into them.

You would not necessarily enjoy looking back on some of your lives, as your evolution has taken you through some very negative experiences. In all probabilities you would not recognize yourself as the same one you are today. That is not necessary anyway, but nevertheless if you insist all would be revealed from the information kept in the Akashic records.

Each life of every soul is recorded, and naturally it is those lives that have uplifted you that are considered the most important. Bear in mind that, throughout your many lives, as you progress you are each time the sum total of your experiences. Nothing is ever without some value to you, which is why you have a life plan. You choose from what you need to further your evolution, and wiser heads than yours are always on hand to advise you what is best for you.

Your Guardian Angel will normally stay with you for life after life, and that is their way of service to you and to God. They protect you, but at the same time guide you through whatever unpleasant experiences you may have elected to go through.

It is not in your best interest to avoid them, as they will only come back to you again. Learn whatever it is that you need to understand, and you will not normally be asked to experience it again.

Many of you have, so to say, already reached the end of the road now, and you will intuitively know that is so. Your final period on Earth will be well in your control, and it will pass quite easily as you experience an inner peace.

It comes from knowing that you have achieved your goals and have been able to break your bonds with the earthly links that no longer serve you. Indeed, for those who have not yet fully cleansed themselves of such links, the longer they go on the less you will find that they hold any attraction for you.

At this time when some of the most astounding events will take place, we look to Lightworkers to help those who will be fearful of what is happening. For a short while it will seem that all is about to collapse, and in part that will happen. However, it has all been anticipated and planned as a means to get rid of all that stands in your way to a peaceful conclusion to life.

The answers to your problems are known to us, and together with our allies all will be taken care of in quick time. This is the type of information that people will need, and we will soon be addressing the world so that all will hear our voices.

There will be a series of revelations that in different ways will shock you all, as no matter how prepared you feel that you are, it is almost certain that they go a lot deeper. Some of the claims will be absolutely unbelievable and full details given, not to satisfy people’s curiosity, but simply to draw attention to the heinous crimes against you.

It will explain much that has puzzled you, and undoubtedly allow you to understand why so much crime has gone unpunished in the last 50 years or so. Indeed, you could go back to World War Two and wonder why so few top people were called to answer for their crimes against Humanity.

It was collusion my Dear Ones, where there was more interest amongst the big powers in capturing information by allowing the criminals to join them instead of standing trial.

It does not matter how long ago crimes were carried out or the evidence destroyed, as we can go back in time to retrieve it. There is no escape from justice and the truth, and anything other than the truth can be identified for what it is.

This is not meant to frighten you, but when you pas s over the same conditions apply when a review of your life takes place. You cannot even lie to yourself, as some do to convince themselves that the facts are different to what they really are. You would not have it any other way, as how else will you learn but from your mistakes. You all make them and they are not held against you, but simply put down as experience.

We would say savor the wonderful experiences that you have had on Earth, as you may never quite get the same again. It is sometimes going from one extreme to another that heightens the depth of your experiences.

In the future your lives will be more steady and on an even keel, and there will be hardly any extremes unless you choose it to be so. Adventures will be your way of life and give you great fulfillment. Yet, no matter how far you travel, your loved ones will be but a thought away and, with instantaneous travel, friends are easily reached.

*Can you feel the changes around you as the energies continue to rise up, and will continue all the way to Ascension. They are bringing a peace to Earth and your civilization, one that will see many more souls lifting up into the Light. It will have the effect of calming situations that are leading to an aggressive response.

Indeed, there are many trouble spots that need it to bring about a cessation of disputes and fighting, and you will see them being turned around. When sufficient people have found the power within to bring a peaceful solution to such problems, they will no longer be a threat to peace. By our reckoning there has not been such a period in your past, when the people have risen up to successfully achieve peace.

Naturally there are still Leaders and Dictators that talk of war, and those of the last cabal are still desirous of spreading misery and death. However, talking is all they will be allowed to do, as we can support you in your quest for peace and put a stop to any attempt to do otherwise.

We are quite active just now, as a number of events are being staged for your benefit. They will be fronted by our allies and we will, so to say, stay in the shadows and ensure that all manifests as intended. When the need has arisen we have been outgoing, and it no longer matters if you witness our actions as we have no reason to hide them.

It will not be long anyway before we will find ourselves free from the attention of the dark Ones, and able to mix with you. We have provisionally sought assistance from some Leaders who work with the Light, so that at last Disclosure can be announced. We desire to tie it in with our intent to give a display of our craft as a way of celebrating our re-union.

As we have often remarked, there are many of you who are directly related to us and the other members of the Galactic Federation. So please bear with us as the weeks pass by, as our promises have not been forgotten. We are true to our word and a series of great events are about to be unleashed upon you.

It is very remarkable how you have suddenly awakened to your true selves, and identify with the latent powers that you have. You can achieve anything you set your minds upon, and when of a like mind you come together your power increases tenfold. You are re-shaping your reality and creating the new paradigm, whilst at the same time transmuting the lower energies.

It is you the people who are showing your power to mold your future, and as long as you hold it in focus it will continue to appear in your lives. Not everyone is ready for the changes, and for some they are too much to handle. They prefer to stay in their comfort zone, and we have no reason to change it for them.

However, ultimately things must move on in accordance with the completion of this Cycle of Duality, and your present Earth will cease to exist as it is now known. A new Earth awaits those who have chosen to ascend, and will be the uplifted version minus all aspects of the old Earth that have no place in the higher dimensions. For others there is another place prepared for them.

By now most of you who are to ascend will know who you are, and there will be no doubts in your minds. It will feel right to you, and as time passes you will find that less and less of the old Earth gives you satisfaction. It has nevertheless served you well and only reflected the conditions set up by Man.

Clearly these have not always been beneficial to Mother Earth, and today you see around you the result of the worst aspects of Man’s indifference to the needs of others. Not only that, he has taken the Earth for granted and shown little respect or love for such a great entity. It is why the Earth is to be restored to her pristine condition, and it will be your way of thanking Mother Earth for all she has done for you.

What is about to happen in all of your lives is way beyond most people’s expectations. There will be some upheaval and inconvenience, but it will be quickly seen that the purpose is for your benefit. We are to ensure that you take a great leap forward, and you are to have the technological advancements that will take you into the New Age.

In the greater scheme of things they are shared between all civilizations, as it is seen that by doing so all are lifted up. It is only on Earth that greed and control keep you in a state of need, and that is not how it was intended to be. Already some technologies that have been hidden are about to be released. They will solve your current problems that arise from your methods of providing energy for the various needs you have.

There is in fact an abundance of all of the essentials you need to live comfortably. There is free energy all around you and it requires little in the way of equipment to tap into it for your daily needs. On a larger scale the Universe abounds with energy, and your scientists have long known that it is the source that powers our Space Craft.

Indeed they have learnt how to do it, and you have your own craft powered in that very manner. They are by our reasoning somewhat primitive, but the fact remains they are powered by free energy. It could easily replace your combustion engines, and instead give you pollution free methods of travel. That will happen in due course and take you a step nearer to becoming a Galactic Civilization which is your destiny.

By taking a quantum leap forward in a relatively short time, so much will have changed that a visitor from the past would not recognize your civilization. Also, because of those of you who have ascended, it will comprise of souls who have reached a level where they have moved beyond the thoughts or actions that have typified the lower vibrations.

In other words criminal activities will have been overcome, and you will have societies where people are trustworthy, and work with each other in Love and Light. The attractions of the lower vibrational energies will no longer exist, as they cannot be taken into the higher ones. Furthermore, you will have risen to such a level of consciousness that you would not in any event entertain such thoughts.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and feel sure that you are beginning to understand what we of the Galactic Federation are bringing to you. We are One, and you are to lift up to our level of being and quite rightly take your place alongside of us. At heart you are all loving Beings of Light, and that is how we see you all.

You are each here to bring your higher aspects into your physical body and it is important that you have a strong foundation upon which to do this.

What you are seeking is within yourselves and not in the outer World. Allow a few moments each day to feel your heart pulse in rhythm with the Earth, for this will connect and attune you and the Earth, as your vibrational level is uplifted.

Trust in your inner guidance as you go about your daily activities and follow the inner promptings as they occur.

Many momentous events are taking place on a Cosmic level and those who follow their inner guidance know that these are not ordinary times that you are living in. It requires steadfastness, courage, trust and perseverance to continue on your daily path when all about you it seems that everything stays the same.

It is difficult to grasp the significance of the larger perspective and we advise that the best avenue is to go within each day and intentionally align with your Higher Self and ask for guidance and direction. By daily making this intention a conscious habit, much that is good will flow into your life.

More shifts and changes are taking place within the Earth which manifest as movements on the surface. These will continue to take place as adjustments are made in the Earth’s transition to a higher dimension.

As these changes happen, feel Love, unconditional Love, for the Earth and all Her inhabitants and envision great Light streaming from within Her crystalline diamond core out into Her crystalline grids and out into the Cosmos.

Keep your hearts ever attuned to the larger picture of the Divine Plan and remain calm and centered. As you stay centered you enable those around you to remain calm and peaceful and this is most helpful.

It is a time to allow the further opening of your heart chakras and to become consciously able to do this, for it is from this energetic portal within you that your personal Path is activated and becomes clear to you.

This is important, for so many of you are situated in areas where the Awakening of Humanity has not yet occurred and so it requires the quality of faith and perseverance to continue on your spiritual journey seemingly alone and not understood.

It requires Love of the highest kind to continue in this direction and not falter and each of you has this kind of Love in great abundance.

Let the inner Light that you truly are shine forth in these days of transition from one World to another as this is very helpful to those around you. They may not see it but they do sense it on a sublime level.

As your Higher Self and Great I AM Presence anchors more deeply within you, it then enables those around you to do the same and this can be accomplished in a much easier and smoother transition for them.

Shine on, Dear Ones, for how could you be other than what you really are?

*Dear ones, we come again to remind you of the many changes you are about to see and are now seeing upon your planet. Changes are now taking place within the hearts of many who before this time seemed oblivious, allowing them for the first time, to experience the light of truth.

These are the dear ones that you will soon find yourselves helping as you explain to them what is taking place on the earth and in their lives at this time.

Awakening humanity is making this shift happen, dear ones. Your light is manifesting in the outer as the higher forms that you interpret as change– higher levels of truth and understanding within all peoples and all facets of everyday living.

Many are rapidly becoming aware of the literal stupidity of war. In truth, all life is in and of the One Life. Therefore to treat each other as enemies and evil; killing, torturing, and maiming is simply the continuation of a very unevolved and now obsolete facet of duality and separation.

Soon there will be outcries from more of the masses as is already happening in many countries regarding the end of war which lines the pockets of the powerful, and depletes the life force of all the rest.

It is time to embrace means of interaction that honor the differences between cultures, Means that reflects an awareness of all life as Divine and valuable. You say that war is necessary for many do not respect the rights of others and wish harm upon us, but we say to you that war is a very unevolved tool presented to you by those who benefit by war.

Much of what you have been told about your security is simply false, made up to keep the masses locked into fear, served on a platter of courage and rights. We also remind you that that which you do to another whether personally or through your support, you do to yourselves for there is only ONE LIFE.

Many of you still carry in cellular memory, warrior energy from lifetimes of the past and still feel its resonance. There is an excitement and a camaradery in war that still resonates with many but if you wish to ascend, then it is time to release this now, and experience excitement and camaradery on higher levels. That period of the evolutionary journey is finished for any choosing the Light of Truth.

Give permission and intention within yourselves to release all that is old and finished, for much that you are ready to move beyond can seem very true and real as you experience energies still active within cellular memory. Many of you are experiencing aches and pains, rashes, and mysterious physical issues that seem to come from nowhere.

Most of these are temporary; the clearing of old physical, emotional, and mental energy with the accompanying integration of the new, the release of blocked energy streams (blocks can occur through surgeries or injury), and the opening of energy portals within the physical body.

Remember this, and simply allow the process, for most of it soon fades and is gone. However, we are not saying that if fear enters in, and you have health concerns you cannot consult your doctor, we do say that it is important to remember that much of what you are experiencing at this time is in and of necessary physical preparation for ascension.

You are in the process of a giant evolutionary process. Nothing is the same as it has been nor will it be again, so as the unawakened keep promoting the pushing of more cards into the many third dimensional houses of cards, there will be disappointment and frustration because the energy is no longer there to support or manifest that which is finished. It is extremely important that you recognize and accept that truth if you have chosen to move forward.

This can for the newly awakened be a difficult time because an unawakened society continues to promote all that which is old and finished through your news, TV, magazines, film,etc. Day after day you are bombarded from all sides with beliefs and concepts that have worked in the past. You may begin to question as to whether or not this whole shift business may simply be another giant hoax being once again played upon the world for the benefit of those who would keep you in bondage.

Not a giant hoax dear ones. Gaia, who is a living soul has chosen to ascend and all have been given the choice of going with her or not. Take this within your hearts, those of you who may question, for in your Center you will feel the rightness of it. Always go within for your answers and should you choose ascend with her, you will, but know that you cannot carry suitcases full of the past with you.

All are all feeling the new and increasingly intense energies. It is bringing up all past and present issues needing to be looked at. Many of you are experiencing a sense of failure as you see parts of your life suddenly fall apart. This is not failure but is a graduation, dear ones.

Rejoice in what the unawakened world may see as failure, for you are moving beyond the old and finished concepts and beliefs regarding facets of your lives. Know that if these things are to be a part of your experience, they will reform in higher and better ways because consciousness is the substance of all form. You are moving to the next rung of the ladder and doing it bravely and lovingly.

Begin to trust your intuition for this is how you are directed by your Higher self and your guides. It is fine to consult others who may have more information about what you are concerned with, however make sure that the bottom line of any decision you make comes from you. This is the taking of your power back from those it has been given to–organized religions, government, experts, family, friends etc.

The world is experiencing an integration of the Divine feminine (receptive, intuitive) and the Divine masculine (active, be-er, do-er). Divine Consciousness embodies both qualities in perfect balance and harmony and therefore all living things also have both qualities. This is causing problems and resistance with those who benefit from a patriarchal society.

There must be the balance for each quality compliments the other, and in this balance is empowerment. A female does not need a male to give her the masculine energy, it is already within. A man does not need a female to give him the feminine energy, he already embodies it.

This realization can cause problems in an established relationship if only one partner understands that he is whole and complete with or without the other. The realization of the Divine feminine and the Divine masculine as being two halves of a perfect whole can and will disrupt all facets of life that heretofore have thrived on the imbalance created through the promotion of the masculine as being more perfect than the feminine.

Be aware that like it or not, change is here dear ones, embrace it and sing with joy the songs of new and higher experience.

*There are many signs that the old systems are collapsing, and it is inevitable as they have proven to be unsuitable to overcome your problems. They will need a new way of conducting business, that can be aligned with a complete appraisal of your needs. Even so, they could be looked upon as interim measures as they will bridge the gap that exists between where you now, and where you need to be. The evolutionary period you are commencing will be something of a quick fire situation, as no sooner will you take a great leap forward, than you will be moving on again to a higher level. We have for example informed you that one day you will live in crystal cities, but they are somewhat in your future, as are a number of new technologies.

We like you to become aware of your destiny, and in that way you can also help to manifest it. After Ascension your creative powers will have substantially increased, and you will therefore take a greater role in providing for your needs. You will find that all matter will have become refined, and carry a greater degree of consciousness that will respond to you. In fact in most instances you will have two way contact with animals, and other living matter. There will be no fear either way, and your ability to show love for all life will help create the most wonderful relationships, that will be completely happy and harmonious.

It is the future that should be occupying your minds, and that will carry you through any problems that directly affect you as a result of the changes. The outcome is going to be the fulfilment of our promises to you, as part of God's the grand plan for your Ascension, and your subsequent experiences. Having plunged the depths of darkness, you are now to fully lift up into the Light. There you will find your real home, and the happiness and joy of being at One with all life. On Earth you could not be expected to reach such dizzy heights, because of the heavy vibrations that kept you down. That Dear Ones is changing with each day that passes, as you and all of the other Lightworkers are rapidly increasing the Light quotient upon Earth.

It hardly needs us to tell you that the divine date for commencing all activities, connected with the cleansing has been reached. We stand at the ready although in actuality we have already started, albeit in a relatively small way. We work as always behind the scenes, but look forward to being able to do our work more openly. From our point of view it is important that you know what we are doing and why, as we want you to be involved. The more you can do will please us, as in many respects the problems are yours to rectify. However, with the best will in the world, you cannot overcome the dark Ones without help. We have never seen our tasks as saving you, but rather ones that fully support you. Clearly, without our advanced technologies you could not be expected to complete the cleansing programs by yourselves, in time for Ascension.

All over the world there are countries that are in the process of change, and each one will have to answer to the people and their demands for freedom. It is not possible any longer to impose authoritarian rule on them, by denying their rights. The people have smelt freedom and are coming to realize that it is theirs to claim back, and so be it. The momentum and drive towards peaceful change can be supported by us and as we have done so far, we will continue to back up those involved. It has not gone unnoticed that our craft are being seen in many more localities, and in circumstances that cannot be explained other than by the truth. We are here already and some advance groups have been active for many years, and contacts have been made with you. All of this is known to your leaders who are part of the cover-up, but to be fair some are under extreme pressures not to reveal the truth. That indeed has been the problem, as the Illuminati have had such control that it extended right up to the top. However, with our protection you will soon see some leaders speak out and support us.

We cannot force the issue of disclosure, but are working steadily towards an acceptable arrangement that suits all parties involved. It would really be in everyone's interests if the governmental changes have first taken place, thus ensuring a meeting at which all would be receptive and support each other. However, it seems to us that the way in which the financial situation is heading a collapse is inevitable, and it is the right time to set it up in readiness for the prosperity programs. So much is on the verge of happening it will require a great deal of attention to detail, to ensure it all flows nicely without difficulties.

The media is aware of what is happening but hold back for fear of the consequences. That will change in short time, as we must have an informed public before we can consider open contact. We can see the broader picture as we view it from outside of Earth, and that enables us to act in everyone's interest. The dark Ones are hoping to go out with a "Bang", but we are going to ensure it does not happen. The arrests continue, and as our allies catch up with them they will be put away. or under house arrest. We will make sure that the main troublemakers are amongst the first to be dealt with. No news is not bad news as far as we are concerned, as much of our work will of necessity be kept secret for the time being.

We are just one source of information and feel sure that those of you who are well read, cannot help but acknowledge that the messages are in the main complimentary to each other. Take out of them what you can accept, and if in doubt trust your intuition. In some respects it does not matter too much who is right or wrong. Only time will bring out the complete truth, and by then you will be well on the way to ascending. That is all that really counts as there are many paths and time lines that lead in the same direction.

*There is a certain level of understanding that the human race has not yet attained. It is at this level where new ideas and concepts begin to manifest within your minds, and thus, within your societies.

We, the Ashtar Command, seed worlds with those of higher consciousness to bring to these worlds new ideas of expanded consciousness that will assist these worlds to begin to create systems that are more in balance with the harmony of a planet and all the beings that live upon her. This is the case here, at this time in your world.

Through the tool of incarnation we have seeded your world with beings who have brought with them higher ideals and concepts of social structures, and it is their task to share these ideas by entering them into the collective consciousness of your society.

Many of these ideas are shunned by your current establishment. These ideas are ridiculed and they are denied any means of adequate or just mediation or examination. These advanced concepts are tossed out like the bathwater, predominately due to the scheming of those in your world who profit greatly from the old systems, the outdated systems that are in place and have been so for many long years.

These outdated and archaic systems have outlived their feasibility. They have no place today here in your world, and they have not had a place here in your world for many years. It is time your society has taken a great leap ahead that will allow it to at least catch up to where it should have been many years ago.

We are not here to help catapult your society and your ways of life into the future. We are here to share with you the gifts that are yours and have been yours for many centuries of time. These gifts could have been yours long ago, and they would have prevented so much hardship, struggle and pain for so many of your world who have suffered so greatly under the oppressive weight of these old systems of imbalance, injustice and unfairness that have been conceived and implemented by unscrupulous minds who only understand greed as their motivation and reason for being.

We intend for you to end all this, but it is you as a collective society who must make this choice. We cannot force our systems and our ways of life upon you, for we have no right to do this. No one has a right to force their ways of life on another.

We wish you to understand this very clearly, as so many of your world today attempt greatly to force their ways of life on another. If all of you could understand that in forcing your way of life upon another you are violating the laws that govern this universe, then so many of the problems of your world could be alleviated, as there will be no one who trespasses onto the will and the life of another.

Your court systems would become relics of your past as they would be no longer needed, as the sacred rights of another would no longer be violated in any way, shape or form, if only each of you could learn to honor and respect the sacred space and lives of another. We wish through our efforts here to demonstrate for you how important this rule of law is and how all of us within the higher dimensions of this universe honor and respect this law and the sacred rights of each and every being throughout.

This is why we do not and cannot implement our systems into your world without your collective invitation and participation. We feel these systems would be greatly beneficial to your societies, and we will explain to you in full detail what these systems involve, what they will take to implement them, what will they take to run them safely and efficiently, and what benefits each of them will have for the citizens of your planet.

At that time, if the people of your world collectively give us your permission, we will begin to implement each system that is agreed upon and welcomed by your people. This is what we will do for you, and we will not do this without your prior consent.

At this time, we see so many systems that are broken down and systems that should have never been created in the first place. The list is long, and it is no easy task to tear each of these systems down while replacing them with a new system that will very often be far more complex, but at the same time, be far simpler to oversee and to operate. Some of these systems are very large in scope and are very complex in nature, and can take years, even decades, to fully implement into your society.

We have many highly trained technicians, designers and planners in each and every field of these systems that would be valuable to your society. Allow us, when the time is right, to explain in detail which systems we feel need to be removed from your world and which systems we feel require upgrades to the current methodologies and technologies of their current states.

Allowing us to make these presentations to you is the first step, and we look forward to making these presentations to you as we are confident many of you will easily see the virtues of such advancements in the current ways many, if not all, of your current systems function.

The end product for your society will be systems that do not pollute your air, your seas, your land or your lungs, and that bring positive results far beyond the current output of your current systems. Many of these new systems that we will share with you are self containing and self maintaining, meaning by themselves they will run efficiently without great amounts of manpower applied into them.

We will explain more about these technologies to you when we can speak more personally with you and engage with you through our presentations to your scientists and your city and global planners. At this time, it is better we focus on the matters at hand that will lead to the opportunities for us to make these and other presentations to you as well.

As it is said here in your world, we must not put the cart before the horse. First things first, and we wish for as many of you as possible to focus clearly and focus solely on each and every individual task that presents itself to you in a very particular order. It is such a great waste of focal energy to scatter your thoughts and your energies on so many different areas of attention when this gets you nowhere.

You must focus on one individual task at a time and focus all your energy on that task and no other, and you will see results so much more quickly in this way. We see so many of you performing so many tasks at once throughout your day, and then we see days, weeks and even months go by without even one of these tasks being completed successfully. We wish for you to understand greater the power of your focused energy and what results you can achieve by concentrating on but one task at a time.

We understand that many of you have jobs and families that demand great portions of your focus and energy, and we understand you have little choice in this matter. We simply want you to focus on other tasks that may be essential but that can be aligned in such a way as to allow you to focus on just one of them at a time. This is what we wish you to focus on today.

Focus on aligning the tasks that need to be accomplished in your life in a straight line, either written on a piece of paper or in your mind. Choose the chore or the assignment that is most important to be completed first, and then put out of your mind for now all the other tasks that are aligned behind it. Block them out of your mind for now and focus on that one single task and do not remove your focus from this task until it is successfully completed.

We know you could do this, and we know you will be quite surprised and even at times astonished at just how quickly and efficiently you can complete each task in this long line of tasks that need to be accomplished. We wish you great success in this, and we look forward to seeing great results as we see you apply this technique to your long list of chores.

*For some souls who have only just awakened, their reality has been shattered and for a while they will cling to what they believed to be the truth. It is important that they realize that the coming changes are not to be feared. Also that it is not too late to alter their pattern of thinking to allow their consciousness levels to be lifted, and place themselves on the path to Ascension. It is not necessarily a matter of how much you know, as your understanding that progress will be made by living from the heart and not through the ego. Be humble and see yourself in every other soul, and treat them as you would yourself be treated. One of the main frailties that humans have is being judgmental and if you can work towards being non-judgmental, you will have travelled a long way towards lifting yourself up.

God has provided for every soul but left the choice up to you, as to whether you wish to ascend or continue your third dimensional experiences. It may not seem so, but you have all had the same opportunities to change the course of your life. It comes down to wanting to change, and taking the responsibility for your own spiritual evolution. Once you make that decision you will never travel alone, but that help is lost unless you put the effort in to setting yourself a goal. Time is short and very soon there will be great revelations about the true purpose of life, and most importantly, establishing the truth about The One God of your Universe. God is not the sole property of any religion, but God to every single soul and each one is a godspark in its own rights. The whole purpose of your many lives is to experience and take it back to the Godhead. Since you have been granted freewill to do so, God does not chastise or punish you, and allows the Laws of the Universe to apply the necessary teachings that will help you over any mistakes you have made.

Dear Ones, your wait is nearly over as the final arrangements are made to go ahead with the arrests of the Illuminati. It is something of a military operation, but their presence will only be to help our allies if they are violently opposed. As far as we are concerned, the activities are planned to be non-violent and legally supported and enforced by Law Marshals. That much many of you are aware of through keeping up to date with the news coming out from many reliable sources. However, as always discretion is called for as the truth will often be countered by disinformation, or denial by those who have different beliefs. Once we can speak openly to you, you will soon accept our messages as you will intuitively know that they are true. Since we have been in contact since the mid 1900's it is not as though we have suddenly come into your lives. Through us and various spiritual societies we have as it were, been breaking the ice that has concealed the truth.

It is our wish that extra effort is put in by those who are in the forefront of the spiritual vanguard, to do all possible to get the news out of the pending changes. People will hear of some aspects without being sufficiently informed to avoid becoming fearful. Naturally they will have many questions, and this is where you can come in and be of great help. Physical changes are necessary but will not be as catastrophic as the original prophecies suggested. They were given in accordance with the probabilities that existed at that time. We are pleased to inform you that consciousness levels have lifted up so much in recent times, that physical changes will be much less volatile. As we have often advised you and will repeat that if you are concerned about where you are, sit quietly for a while and intuitively check it out with you Higher Self.

Until the governmental changes you will be unable to trust official reports, as they are still influenced by those who want you to remain in the dark. A perfect illustration of this is the US Governments recent denial of us and our craft, notwithstanding the fact that we have met with them on many occasions. However, it makes little difference in the long run as when the timing is appropriate, we shall ensure that the official announcement acknowledging our presence goes ahead. That will signal the beginning of a close association between us and you, that will carry on through Ascension and into the next cycle of your evolution. With our allies help we are laying down the foundations for your elevation into the higher dimensions. You already have one foot in them and as you raise your vibrations, will readily take to the changes. In effect, you will have nothing taken away from you that is not replaced by something better. Bear in mind that the ultimate goal is to turn you into Galactic Beings.

In some ways it is as well you do not have instant recall of previous lives, as it would probably pre-occupy you when you should be concentrating on your future. Furthermore, you would not necessarily recognize yourself as the same person you are now, as you will have evolved and become more of the Light. Just imagine how much experience you have gained, and how it has molded you into the person you are today. Do not worry if you still have baggage to release, and use your self control to overcome it. If you aspire to lift yourself up you will never be without help, even if you are unaware of it. Angels and Guides accompany you through the physical world, and are doing all they can to make sure you fulfil your life plan. You can help yourself by acknowledging their presence and call upon them if you need their help, as they cannot "interfere" unless you do so. There are exceptions as for instance if you are in danger, they are allowed to help you through such difficulties. That absolutely applies if your life is threatened, and it is not your time to leave the Earth. It is almost certain that many of you have escaped some danger without even realizing how you did so, and probably put it down to luck or sheer coincidence.

I am SaLuSa form Sirius, and can you see now how important you are to us, and how you are being safely guided to completion of this cycle. It may sound odd given that you exist in the lower dimensions, but the Universe depends on you to reach the end time through Ascension. It awaits Man's great fulfilment and ascendancy to the higher dimensions, the place that is your real home. Speaking for the Galactic Federation, I can tell you that we love you all, and see you as your Higher Selves without a blemish, standing in the pure Light of Love.

The Next Wave Approaches

We are sure that many of you are finding the current changes to your DNA very much to your liking. As you integrate them more and more into yourselves, you are beginning to discover that many of the things that have been promised you are showing evidence of becoming part of your being.

Most of you are having trouble finding the courage to discuss this with your friends and family. Do not worry on that account, dear friends. First you will meet others who are having the same experiences, and then you will realize that you are not imagining things or losing your minds. The experience is quite surprising, even though we have talked about it for a very long time, is it not?

Many, many more of you have experienced these changes than are aware of them, and it will be quite some time before the reality of them begins to surface. Some dear souls are simply not aware of anything like the subject of ascension, have any concept of DNA, or expect any changes to themselves to occur. Some who have begun to have their DNA re-connected and have their energy bodies changed would even, at this point, still argue that these things are all fantasies.

They will eventually be even more surprised than you are. They will need a great deal of loving help when their world and their internal lives begin to change.

You may witness such changes in people that are difficult to believe. It may be disorienting to them, as well. Please accept them for who they are becoming and do not continue to judge them for their pasts. It is all illusion remember. They are simply laying aside the masks they put on when they arrived here, just as you have done.

There is some time left in this wave of heightened frequency input. You will now begin to experience an increase as the next wave approaches. We again ask you to keep yourselves grounded and as well rested as you are able. Each wave is mounting in intensity now, but you are going to find it easier as you integrate more and more of the light. We advise you to listen well to the promptings of your inner selves. Listen and act upon them. What do you feel like doing? Where do you feel like doing it? Whom do you wish to do it with?

Also, please continue to bring all the light you can into yourselves and then share it with your mother, Gaia, and with those around you.

We are seeing a steady increase in the effect of your efforts. When change occurs to the mass consciousness, it occurs suddenly and dramatically. It will be as if you have awakened to find yourselves in a whole new world. You will have the satisfaction of knowing you have done your part in creating it.

We say, “Well done, dear ones.” We will walk with you until we speak tomorrow.

*There is a high-speed rail system that has been built by the hands of your labor and your tax dollars at work that connects many major cities and ports of destination all around your globe. This high-speed system of transportation has been designed and built for the pleasure and the luxury of those of your world who call this world their own.

It has not been built for its use by the people of your world who have paid for it through their labor and the money that is taken from them through taxation and other means to strip you of your wealth.

This system connects the rich, the famous and the celebrity to anywhere and just about everywhere they wish to travel. This rail system travels to high speeds reaching Mach 6 or 7, even some parts of the system reaching speeds of Mach 8 or 9. ( Mach 9 is 9 times the speed of sound or 6,912 miles per hour.) This is an incredibly high rate of speed compared to the snail’s pace that you the people have been permitted to travel by those who call the shots in your world.

We attempt to change all this for you, but it is you the people who must call the shot for yourselves. Give us your signs and your signals that you are now ready to take your world back from these greedy men and women who for too long have kept you oppressed while they lives of luxury, ease, wealth and health while you toil your lives away in drudgery, fueling the money that is pumped into their very deep pockets. Are you not tired of this?

Have you not reached a point where all you want to do is shout ‘I have had enough and I am taking back what is mine, what is ours, and not the playground of a few very wealthy and very greedy beings.’ If you have had enough, that you are ready for a change say “I am ready for a change”, and we will hear your words as they will ring loud and clear like a ‘shot heard ‘round the universe.’

Help us help you make these changes by continuing to lay the groundwork like railroad tracks allowing the free flow of these new ideas and concepts to reach stations that are filled with your people all around the world which is yours. For you, our Lightworkers and anyone and everyone that wishes to participate in our programs to advance your world to where it is you rightfully belong, it is your task at this time to be the information providers to all the citizens of this planet that are prepared and willing to learn more about what has been going on and what their options are today.

Will you do this for us and for yourselves? Will you share this information and any other related content that deals with the way that you, the people of Earth, are being repressed and are being held hostage within a prison of a time frame that you do not belong?

The rightful place that you belong is leaps and bounds ahead of where it is you currently find yourselves. You have been pushed back and hindered from advancing technologically and scientifically on your journey. You have been placed in a position where many advancements are being kept from you through means of extortion, intimidation, legal maneuverings and black projects that have stripped you of your own powers of ingenuity and invention.

The sheer amount of innovation and technological advancement that has been locked up and hidden away from you is overwhelming and will shatter the belief systems of many of your world when the day comes for these vaults to finally be unsealed and opened for all of you to witness for yourselves what has been denied you for so very long.

Many of the gifts that will be offered you in the way of technological advancements will not even come from us of the Galactic Federation of Light. They will come from your own people who, through their own intelligence, ingenuity and a quest for truth and a better way of life created these machines, technologies and theories that they were never permitted to share with anyone else. Some of these ingenious men and women have been incarcerated in order to silence them and their designs.

Some of them have been executed by your cabal who is sworn to an agenda to further imprison the people of your planet. Understanding this is understanding why so much of your world is in a state of dysfunction, decay, turmoil and pollution.

We wish to change all this by assisting you make these changes for yourself. We wish to make it clear again that we do not and will not come to a world and change things from the way they are and the way they have been. We only come to worlds with the offering of assistance. We do not come to worlds to take over and change things to the way we feel they should be or could be. Do you understand this difference?

This is important, as we do read the words of many of you who post public content on your social networks and we do see a consistent amount of posts claiming that we, the Galactic Federation of Light, have assured you we are here to change things for you. This is not the case. We are here to allow you, the people of your planet, to make a reality what it is you make clear you choose to experience at this time.

We are presenting ways to you to make your choices known to us. How you are making these choices known to us is primarily through your online communities, but also through the thought patterns of your collective consciousness. These are two methods in which we weigh the properties of your decision making and how you are choosing how you wish to proceed on your collective journey.

Through this means, we can adequately judge the way you are collectively seeing your world and how you wish to change it, if at all. This is an important step, as we do not possess the right to change your experience in any way that you do not choose. (Please keep in mind, we do not read your individual thought processes without your prior consent, as we honor at all times your right of privacy.)

The changes that we have in store for you are how we feel your world will prosper greatly while improving the lives of everyone within it. It is up to you whether you choose to agree that these are the changes you wish for yourselves. We are learning of your wishes by compiling data on this as each day goes by. To be able to compile this data, we need to introduce these new concepts, ideas and technologies into your collective consciousness for your consideration.

We primarily do this through the messages sent through our channels. This is why many of you have read many times our descriptions of how your lives and your world can be. We are painting this picture for you to give you an alternative reality to consider and decide for yourselves if this appeals to you.

This is what we are doing when we share through our channels wonderful examples of how your world can be in the days ahead. What we are not doing is making you promises that this is what you will have. You will only have what it is you collectively choose. Do you understand this? Do you understand that when we talk about a beautiful world, a pollution free world, a world of absolute peace, tranquility, harmony and balance, we are not making you a promise that this is what we will give you?

We are giving you the opportunity to choose if this is what you want for yourselves. I hope that we have made ourselves clear on this, as we do not wish any of you to believe that we are making you promises, as we are not.

We will assure you that we will do all that we can to bring to you the experience that you wish for yourselves. This is what we will do for you, and we cherish this opportunity to serve you, our brothers and sisters in this way. The motivation for our efforts is love. Love for you, love for our Creator, love for every living being throughout this entire universe. We have no ulterior motives and motivations.

Love is our motivation, and it is the only motivation we, the Galactic Federation of Light, will ever need to continue our journey throughout this universe in service to all beings and all worlds our brothers and sisters call their home. You, the people of Earth, are our brothers and sisters, and you are our next stop on our never ending quest to offer to worlds the gifts of peace, harmony and prosperity that we bring.

This is a time for deep inner contemplation and the discerning of that which still exists within yourselves that no longer serves the Path you have chosen.

These times require complete self honesty and the making of further choices that will set free that which has not been resolved to this time.

Many times it is in One’s perspective that the change has to take place and when clarity comes, it is usually when One has let go of the need to know the definitive answer and just allow what was and is, in One’s current situation with acceptance.

The road before you becomes ever narrower in terms of what must be done and conversely, it broadens your horizons as to possibilities. Many of you have been juggling your personal relationship issues with your deep desire for greater God connection and this has created inner conflict – for when One is faced with the sacrifice of all that One holds dear in order to connect to God within, it is most difficult to take that step.

We say the times of martyrdom are over. It is not always necessary to effect drastic changes in your life in order to progress on your Path of Ascension.

If One would look at the issues with greater detachment and a sense of deep Love, a way can be opened to have both. Some Souls are not meant to be in the front lines but rather to live gently in harmony and joy with those whom they love.

The time of sacrifices such as was required in days of old are no longer necessary; all that is necessary is a heart based desire for deeper communion with the God within and for a deeper communion with those who support you in your daily living. The important thing is to establish and maintain balance between both desires.

God expresses through you in every moment and every facet of your life. It is God who speaks through you, acts through you and if you can bring this realization fully forward in consciousness, you can give yourselves permission to have the best outcomes for yourselves and for your Loved Ones through the Grace of God’s love for you all.

This is what is being asked of you in these times, to come together in love, peace and harmony, to express the higher qualities within you and by your example, inspiring others to do the same. A life well lived is a life of Mastery.

Find your passion and focus on this and all else shall fall into place in Divine order. If it fills you with joy and enthusiasm, then do it and the good feelings it brings out from within you by following your heart’s desire will bless you and those around you each day.

Love is the greatest force in the Universes and miracles can and do occur when this force is employed. Love one another as God loves you and all will be well.

The outer ego will try to dissuade you from pursuing the higher aspects and attributes because that was its role of protection in your life, but in these new times, the ego must be loved into wholeness and fully integrated with all aspects of yourselves.

To fully integrate with your higher aspects, your human ego requires your love and compassion too.

*The way matters are shaping up, it is likely that Disclosure will occur later than we would have liked. There could be a point reached when we will have to wait for the governmental changes to first take effect. Do not worry, however, as we have always allowed for such possibilities.

One thing you can be sure of is that all changes we have promised you that will take place before Ascension will be duly completed. Clearly, afterwards, there is so much more to follow; to totally change your present way of life to one that is fitting of Galactic Beings.

For quite some years, we have been preparing you for the inevitable end of the cycle. Through us, and many other sources, you have been made aware of your true destiny, and in such a way that you have had a goal to set your sights upon. Without it, the end times would have been a frightening prospect for so many people, whereas it is seen for what is: as an opportunity to leave the cycle of rebirth. Not only that, the continuance of life takes place in the higher dimensions.

There are still many souls who cannot grasp the significance of Ascension, but be assured there will be much attention given to ensuring that the truth is publicized. Many inwardly know already, but it is a matter of waking them up to it. Therefore, it should come easy for them to accept the truth and its promise of a New Age, indeed a Golden Age.

Your development has been guided to grow at a pace that allows for steady progress, but at each step, you have had to deal with the attempts of others to lead you off the path of truth. You were not supposed to realize your potential, and held back so as to make you dependent on others for your knowledge. Thus religion and politics have largely dominated your lives, for their benefit, rather than yours.

You had no one to turn to who could guide you to the truth until you were encouraged to look within. Slowly but surely, you became discerning and followed your intuition, even if it went against accepted teachings. This way, you created a new path for yourselves that lifted up your level of consciousness.

You became an independent thinker and found the truth within. Gradually, the consciousness levels of Mankind increased, attracting more Light to Earth and speeding up the vibrations. So, here you are today, rapidly rising to a point where you are ready to ascend, with many Guides influencing your thinking to carry you through the experience.

Now the cleansing is well advanced to remove the negative energies that abound in some areas that have been the sites of war and hatred. As they are cleared, so the Light can return, and no longer will the people be subject to the influence of the lower energies.

There is no going back, and those who would cling to the old paradigm, by doing so, have effectively made their choice and will stay in the lower dimensions. The parting of the ways is necessary to allow those who go on to ascend to do so with complete freedom, knowing that it is the right time to fulfill their own desires.

Events continue to speed up. And in next to no time you will find that much that has been happening without your knowledge will come to light. Already, you are beginning to notice a change in the way that worldly matters are being reported, and more openness is taking place.

Individuals are finding more courage to stand up and speak their truth, and it is not going unnoticed. There is a new mood of optimism amongst you and a real feeling of anticipation that something great is about to happen.

You are moving into the month of the year that is going to be the time of a new beginning. You will read the signs and see the outcome and know that your long wait is over. Events will suddenly take off and you will know that a new period of activity has started.

Your current understanding regarding the changes is clouded by the number of different ones that are expected. Also, the timing is now becoming so tight that, no sooner will you witness one event, another shall immediately follow. They will be hectic times but also most welcome, as you will witness events as they occur.

Coverage of them will be extensive, as we wish for all people to be aware of what is taking place in your name. The aim is to bring you into the picture so that you can inform others of what is transpiring. However, we will eventually install a system of communication that covers everyone’s needs.

In the long term, we wish to see services centralized and available free to everyone. That will include transport of many types, that will differ according to your needs. Behind these intentions is the use of free energy that positively abounds everywhere in the Universe. One day in the future, you shall cease to compete with one another to exist, and neither will you continue to have a need for money.

All of those bothersome things that bring about difficulties in your lives will gradually vanish, particularly with the changes in your physical bodies. They will leave you with one that always remains healthy, and not subject to the same needs as your old heavy physical body.

Much will be done instantaneously through your power of thought that will ever keep increasing. Life will become full of excitement and happiness and totally fulfilling. You must, however, give time for these things to be developed, but be assured they will be yours.

*This year, you have come a long way in such a short time, and our allies have progressed to the point where their efforts are about to pay off. At times it has been a precarious journey, as the more successful you have been in anchoring the Light upon the Earth, the more the dark Ones have been determined to halt your progress.

Yet you have risen to the challenge, and the possibility of you being stopped before you have reached your goal has passed. It is therefore, plain sailing from here on as our plan unfolds and almost everything is in place for the final thrust. Timing, as always, is the biggest factor at present, and when we get the signal to go ahead matters will move forward very quickly.

As people have awakened to the Light within, so the Light quotient upon Earth has increased exponentially and has reached a powerful level. The result is such that the lower vibrations are being transmuted and that a far greater level of consciousness exists than before. It means that all of the planning and hard work to raise such levels has been a great success.

Suddenly, more of you are receptive to the new ideas that are being put forward that will lift your civilization up and out of the dark period that you have just gone through. The idea of dramatic changes to your life, ingrained habits and beliefs, is suddenly being welcomed, as you can see the benefits it will bring. Nothing comes without some sacrifices, but as we have often informed you, it is all for your future happiness and wellbeing.

We view your present position as one that enables you to cope quite easily and we look to you to carry other people forward who are less aware or are uninformed. The preparations that we have made will, at some stage, take over the responsibility of keeping people up to date with what is happening. That is viewed as very important as we must be seen to be operating in your best interests at all times.

It is, in fact, very easy for us to superimpose our messages upon your television sets, even when they are not switched on. However, once we are allowed to openly meet you, the circumstances will change, as we can then appear live and operate our own channels.

The extent to which there has been an ongoing cover-up of the truth for many, many years is quite astonishing to us, as your Governments have spent enormous amounts of money in supporting the organizations that are being used for this purpose.

Even now it continues with SETI, who search the Universe for signs of intelligent life, yet your Government has had a continuous dialogue with the extraterrestrials you know as the Grays. It has been going on for some 70 years, and on a regular basis.

Even we of the Galactic Federation of Light have had contact with your leaders, and our offers to bring peace to the world were refused. That did not surprise us, because the agenda of the dark Ones was to take over the world and enslave the people. Their plans were well advanced and within sight of success, until you suddenly responded to the Light and began to understand the truth.

In the past, you have looked to us to save you, but that was not permissible as with freewill choice you created the circumstances that developed and trapped you. It relates to the Law of Attraction, and when the vibrations reached a very low point, it allowed extraterrestrials Beings of a similar vibration to contact the Earth.

That was when agreements were made to allow them bases on your world, in exchange for advanced technological information. This was, of course, used for the dark Ones ulterior purposes, and mainly for weapons of destruction.

Very little of it has been passed on to you, considering how the great advancements would have benefitted your lives. That suited the dark Ones plans, as they knew that people who have a lack of the necessities to live a normal life are reliant upon them for their existence.

The most abominable aspect of the plans of the dark Ones was their intent to keep you in a state of war, even if it meant starting them by false means. They have the guilt hanging over them for the deaths of millions upon millions of souls.

We know some of you cannot understand why in such circumstances we did not intervene, but we are not allowed to interfere with a civilization’s evolution. The only exception is where we are given divine authority to do so, as happened more recently, when it was decreed that no more wars would be allowed.

We will add that it also includes off-world wars, and a long time ago your big powers were told in no uncertain terms that nuclear weapons would not be allowed to be taken into Space. Even so, they ignored our warning and suffered the consequences when their craft were destroyed or removed.

Dear Ones, if you really knew the truth about the dark operations that have been carried out you would be so shocked and upset. People that you have looked up to have often been behind such happenings, and have wielded such power that those who are honest and good-willed have not dared to come out with the truth, for fear of their lives and often their families.

However, we are pleased to note that in very recent times more people than ever are prepared to openly come out with the truth. It is revealing the covert operations of the Illuminati that are mainly directed and supported by the powerful banking families.

Fortunately, the same whistleblowers are able to inform you of how those who work for the Light are putting the pressure on the dark Ones, to the point that many of them are marked for arrest and will answer for their crimes.

What we have revealed has not exactly been kept secret and if you know where to look, you can find much more information on your Internet. One of the most atrocious acts of the Illuminati was 9/11, and since it occurred it has been privately investigated by many professional bodies and reams of information is there on your Internet.

Your mind will not perhaps allow you to believe that the whole attack was a false-flag operation and that it was rigged, even to the extent that the enquiry into it was also set up to support the Illuminati version of events.

*The path to Ascension will be much smoother than you might believe, because over time the necessity to bring about severe physical changes has passed. You can take a lot of credit for this situation, because as a collective you have raised the consciousness levels. In bringing more Light to the Earth you have enabled the transmutation of the lower energies. The result is that the necessary cleansing does not call for the depth of changes that were once thought necessary. The Earth is constantly shifting, and there are hundreds of minor earthquakes that take place every day without any adverse results.

So Dear Ones do not spend your time in fear of the coming period, and bear the consequences knowing it is all for your good. Rather look at the changes as sweeping the Earth clear of its blemishes and ugly spots, so that it can once more be restored. Bear in mind that you too are being cleansed in a similar way, to release any vibrations that cannot be taken with you into the higher ones. Much of it happens without your knowledge, but you can contribute by having a life style that lends itself to purifying your body and mind. Your choice of food is an important factor from the point of view of your health. Try to move away from processed foods and towards fresh produce. This way you will avoid many chemicals that would otherwise be ingested and remain as toxins in your body. Where possible include raw food in your diet and benefit from the energies that they carry. Drink plenty of water to keep the organs of your body cleansed, and avoid carbonated drinks if possible.

In the future because your body vibrations will have been lifted up, you will no longer be attracted or need the heavier foods. Your needs will be considerably less, as you will replenish them by taking more of the energy that is around you. It is only in the lower vibrations that you need your meats, and you will find that gradually they do not satisfy you. Eating is a pleasure and we still indulge but nowhere to the extent that you do at present. We would not dream of putting your type of foodstuffs into our bodies. However, for the time being you need to sustain your bodies and get your energy from your traditional foods, but you can try to introduce changes that take you towards more natural and purer ones.

We lead you to a new way of looking at life but one that gives great satisfaction and fulfilment. After the changes the pace of life will be much slower and you will not be placed in stressful conditions. Indeed, you will have ample time to relax and follow your personal pursuits, and we do have Holodecks that are for your enjoyment. Yes, they rely exist and can provide you with knowledge whilst at the same time be a source of enjoyment. We have our fun and also a sense of humor, but we do not indulge in crudity or unpleasantness. We are happy and joyful, and in appreciating the Oneness of all life are uninhibited in our companionship and friendship with other Beings. Jealousy and envy are not emotions we entertain, as we understand that all live in unity and exist for each other.

We are One whereas you have managed to create divisions and separation between you. You may look different according to the Race you belong to, but in essence you are all the same and together are on the road to Ascension. In fact because you take a series of lives for your needed experiences, you will understand that in turn you have had lives in many different countries. Think about it and consider whether you are specifically drawn to one particular country or period of history. Would that not tell you that within your consciousness you still have memories of those experiences? There would clearly be less racial tension if you could accept others as yourself.

When we look at you we know that we do not see the real you, but merely the body that you taken for your present incarnation. We also make allowances for your lack of Light and even love, as the lower vibrations have pulled you down. However that will change and is doing so right now, and there has never been such an opportunity as now exists to raise them up. More and more light is being beamed to Earth, and you can attract it to yourself by lifting up your levels of consciousness. Your true potential is unlimited and you should strive for the highest expression of yourself as possible. By nature you are peaceful loving Beings, and you are heading for a return to that level. Stay calm and walk and talk your love for your fellow Beings. It is the only way and you will become an invincible force for good.

At present we of the Galactic Federation ready ourselves for the final thrust against the last cabal. As they stand in our way and yours they will be removed in one way or another, and then our allies can really get moving with all of the changes that are planned. There is to be a total change in the way your lives are lived, and all for your betterment and preparation for the New Age. There is no reason to hold onto anything of the old or be concerned at what you may lose, as we stress again that you can only gain from the changes that are about to occur. You are to take a quantum jump into the future that is your transition into the higher realms. You could not otherwise enter them unless your vibrations were comparable with them. This is why there will be souls who are unable to do so, as they are not ready and will continue in their present vibration. G7 to hold emergency euro zone talks, Spain top concern

TORONTO/BERLIN (Reuters) - Finance chiefs of the Group of Seven leading industrialized powers will hold emergency talks on the euro zone debt crisis on Tuesday in a sign of heightened global alarm about strains in the 17-nation European currency area.

With Greece, Ireland and Portugal all under international bailout programs, financial markets are anxious about the risks from a seething Spanish banking crisis and a June 17 Greek election that may lead to Athens leaving the euro zone.

"Markets remain skeptical that the measures taken thus far are sufficient to secure the recovery in Europe and remove the risk that the crisis will deepen. So we obviously believe that more steps need to be taken," White House press secretary Jay Carney told reporters.

Canadian Finance Minister Jim Flaherty said ministers and central bankers of the United States, Canada, Japan, Britain, Germany, France and Italy would hold a special conference call, raising pressure on the Europeans to act.

"The real concern right now is Europe of course - the weakness in some of the banks in Europe, the fact they're undercapitalized, the fact the other European countries in the euro zone have not taken sufficient action yet to address those issues of undercapitalization of banks and building an adequate firewall," Flaherty told reporters.

The disclosure of the normally confidential teleconference came as European Union paymaster Germany said it was up to Spain, the latest euro zone country in the markets' firing line, to decide if it needed financial assistance, after media reports that Berlin was pressing Madrid to request aid.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel and leaders of her centre-right coalition said in a statement: "All the instruments are available to guarantee the safety of banks in the euro zone."

They effectively ruled out Spanish calls to allow euro zone rescue funds to lend money directly to recapitalize Spanish banks, which are weighed down with bad property debts, without the government having to take a bailout program.

Berlin is pressing reluctant euro zone partners, including close ally France, to agree to give up more fiscal sovereignty as part of a closer European fiscal union.

A G7 source, speaking on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the issue, said there were concerns about the risk of a bank run in Spain, which is struggling to recapitalize nationalized lender Bankia and smaller banks stricken by the collapse of a property bubble.

"There is concern on whether there will be a bank run in Spain that could have repercussions beyond the euro zone," the source told Reuters.

The United States, which holds the G7 chair, has long pressed Europe to deal more forcefully with its crisis. President Barack Obama, seeking re-election in November, has pointed to Europe's crisis as a problem for the weakening U.S. economic recovery.

"European leaders appear to be moving with a heightened sense of urgency," a U.S. Treasury Department official said.

"We're hoping to see accelerated European action over the next several weeks, including in the run-up to the Leaders' G20 meeting in Mexico," the official said, referring to a summit of the Group of 20 leading economies in Mexico on June 18-19.

"Movement to strengthen the European banking system will be of particular importance in this time period."

SPAIN TO TEST MARKET

Spain's borrowing costs have soared to around 6.6 percent for 10-year bonds with the risk premium over safe haven German Bunds reaching a euro era record. Madrid plans to issue 1-2 billion euros in 10-year debt on Thursday in a key market test.

The United States has said it is unwilling to provide more money to the International Monetary Fund, which could support the euro zone, and the G7 source said there was little prospect of the global community acting as one to contain the crisis.

A senior Brazilian official added to the pressure on Europe and in particular Germany. "We insist in our position that European countries with enough space to stimulate the economy, even via fiscal stimulus (not many that can do that), should do it now," said the official, referring mostly to Germany.

The euro climbed and safe-haven U.S. and German bonds eased off last week's record low yields as speculation mounted that authorities will act to overcome the crisis.

EU leaders hold a summit on June 28-29 and their chairman, Herman Van Rompuy, said he would put forward a roadmap for closer economic union by the end of 2012.

He said he would present the main building blocks at the summit, including banking integration proposals on "supervision, on deposit insurance and on resolution".

Germany, keen to limit liabilities for its taxpayers as the biggest contributor to euro zone rescue funds, has so far rejected proposals for a banking union with a joint deposit guarantee and a common resolution fund for failing banks.

Officials say such measures can come only at the end of a drive to closer fiscal union.

Before meeting European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso in Berlin, Merkel said they would consider the "medium-term goal" of the need to put systemically important banks under a European supervisory authority.

"The world wants to know how we conceive the political union that will accompany monetary union, and we have to provide an answer to this question in the foreseeable future," she said.

Underscoring how complex the process of deeper political union in Europe is likely to be, a German government paper seen by Reuters said Germany does not expect Europe to take any final decisions on strengthening economic policy coordination between member states until the spring of next year.

CHINA EYES GREEK EXIT

China, another major G20 power, has instructed key agencies including the central bank to come up with plans to deal with potential economic risks of a Greek withdrawal from the euro zone, three sources with knowledge of the matter told Reuters.

The plans may include measures to stabilize the yuan currency, increase checks on cross-border capital flows and policies to stabilize China's economy, they said.

Euro zone officials have sought to persuade Beijing, which has vast foreign currency reserves mostly in U.S. Treasury bonds, to back the euro zone by buying its troubled countries' bonds. But Chinese officials have been reticent, concerned at the risks and mindful of Chinese public criticism.

In a ray of light, Portugal's international lenders said its year-old bailout plan was on track, boosting Lisbon as it seeks to avoid following Greece into a second rescue package.

Your Light is reaching out to others who feel your uplifting energy, and it is awakening them to the higher truth. As more souls do so, the Light upon Earth increases and the path to Ascension becomes stronger.

It is quickly bringing peace to a troubled world that would otherwise be in complete turmoil. Where there are trouble spots you are seeing the last vestiges of the effect of centuries of negative vibrations. It takes time to remove them but you are winning the battle.

There is far more love being sent to them than ever before, and it is helping to cleanse such areas. It will be completed when total peace comes to the Earth, and we will carry out the final cleansing.

Preparations for Ascension have been going on for a very long time, and now the full benefit of them is being felt. Much of that work has been directed towards setting up our allies, so that they have been able to infiltrate the secret plans of the dark Ones and delay or stop them taking place. Our back-up has of course been most essential, and we have been their ears and eyes to keep them aware of the developments.

Soon we shall be able to work much closer together, and we are eager to fulfill our promise to openly meet you and introduce ourselves. Of necessity that has to be at a time when it is safe to do so, and will not cause too much alarm amongst those who are unprepared for such an occasion. Some people have such a limited view of life that they discount the possibility that we exist and refuse to believe it.

However, we will present ourselves in a way that is calculated to remove the fear factor. We are not fearsome and it will soon be realized that we are gentle and peace loving Beings who are in service to you and to God.

It must be made quite clear that our arrival is not to replace one controlling body with yet another. It is you the people that are going to determine your future, and you will have far more to say about how it takes place. You will get to know your rights under Common Law, and the Constitution will be introduced again to ensure it is obeyed.

We have often informed you that you are sovereign Beings and we intend to ensure you that are treated accordingly. It will restore the pride in yourselves and give you full recognition for your achievements. We could rightly say that you have been to Hell and back, but please understand that such experiences have been of your own making.

That is why we have such admiration for you all and your courage in allowing yourselves to experience the lower vibrations. It has been far from everyone’s choice, but you did know that great help would be given to ensure that you rose up again.

Now you are actually benefitting from the help being given, and it is not just from your Space Family. The Spirit realms have long accompanied you on your journey, and there has never been any time when you lacked guidance. It will continue in that way once you have ascended, and indeed you shall have more direct contact with us and the Masters.

Let it be known that you are already high Beings yourselves, but have simply forgotten. The low vibrations of duality have dulled your minds, but with the continuing upliftment through the Light and Love being sent to you the situation is changing very rapidly. Each soul has the same opportunity to move into the Light, but some are so entrenched in the old vibrations they find it difficult to respond.

Have no worries where they are concerned as they will have every bit as much help and attention as those who are enlightened. All of you are loved without exception, so do not feel as though you are an outcast, and do not feel that you are worthless. Often it is the karmic experiences that you have gone through that have made you feel that way. However, bear in mind that you are learning from them and once completed you will not have to go through them again.

Dear Ones, we understand you and your frustrations now that you know what is coming and can hardly wait for your upliftment, but please be patient. There is more happening than ever to bring the changes about as quickly as possible. Clearly matters cannot be held up much longer, as there is much to do to advance you to the position where everything can take off.

You may be assured that we tightly monitor events taking place on and off Earth, and we have control over them. It still means however that there is a limit to what we are allowed to do when your karma is involved.

We cannot interfere with your creations as you must see them for what they are, but we are allowed to intervene when your civilization is under threat. For example, we have turned away extraterrestrials that have had the intent to take over your planet. However, in the case of the Grays we could not do so, as they were invited to stay by the dark Ones.

You are quite unaware of what really takes place in the Universe and it is a hive of activity. Life abounds everywhere but, as your planet has been quarantined to prevent interference with your lives, you have had little knowledge of it. Now you are being freed from your “prison” and you shall quickly be greeted back to your true reality by us.

Allow yourselves to dream away as to what that may mean, because it will almost certainly be far greater than you could possibly imagine. The most satisfying aspect will be the complete and utter peace you find yourselves in, and you will find it ecstatic and engulfing you in a most wonderful energy of love.

You will find it irresistible and wish to stay in it forever, and you may do so for however long you wish. However, you will also have a strong desire to travel the Universe to visit other civilizations, and so commence another adventure.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and know that life on Earth can be exciting and fulfilling, but it inevitably has a down side when you are drawn into the lower vibrations. It is the nature of your experiences that are to be expected in duality and present you with many challenges.

That is how you evolve and you do have the ability to overcome them if you are of that intent. Some of you lack the willpower to do so, and get sucked deeper in the morass of darkness. There is always a way out no matter how long it takes, and no soul is expected to achieve instant success. It takes time and sometimes many lives to overcome your weakness’s but you will eventually get there.

*Dear Ones, we greet you in this new month of June which will prove to be a month of many intense energies. You may feel many more symptoms physically, emotionally and mentally, as the powerful new frequencies come into your experience–uplifting and changing all that is finished.

Be not afraid as you experience these new energies. We cannot emphasize that enough, dear ones, for many still fear the unknown which then in turn holds them in bondage to that which they have always known regardless of how unpleasant it may be.

We see many awakening each day and many more beginning to question what has been told to them by the news and the government. People are beginning to recognize, listen and trust their intuition which is a sign of change within human consciousness. We applaud you for seeking the deeper truths in spite of continuing appearances and teachings that have held you in bondage for so long.

Soon you will find yourselves to be the teachers, helping those who have no idea about what is going on in the changing world and who are tending to go into fear. You will help them to understand the new energies now manifesting as the outer, and also why that which has always been, can be no more.

Many are choosing to leave at this time. Do not mourn them, but wish them well in their journey back home. For each and every one of you has been given the choice of staying or leaving for the dimensional shift. You know there is no death, no reason to sink into fear and sadness for those choosing to leave for they are simply moving to another place.

Those on the other side can always hear you. Send them love and light, but do not consistently engage them, for that serves to hold them in bondage to the earth and the energy they have chosen to leave. It holds them back from proceeding with their own journey.

If someone leaves you with unfinished business, it is appropriate for you to remove any energetic cords, forgive if needed, send love, and consider the issue closed. Unfinished business involving forgiveness can often hold the loved one back because they need closure as much as those left behind. Closure is always possible whether both are in body or not.

Karmic issues are being opened and resolved for everyone choosing to ascend. Whether one or several, these issues that you have carried with you from other lifetimes must be brought to completion now. If there is a person or circumstance in your life that has always made you uncomfortable, angry, fearful, or some other negative emotion it is probably a karmic issue that you still carry and are now ready to resolve.

Because of the ever increasing energy intensity on earth at this time, these old issues must be resolved in order for evolution to take place. Simple avoidance of lower resonating issues stored within physical cellular memory, emotional body, or mental beliefs will serve to keep you in that energy and you cannot carry it with you into the higher.

If you have sincerely tried to resolve some discord, and have been met with a refusal to cooperate, you can complete the karmic energy bond without the other person. In your quiet time visualize any energetic cords still attaching you to this person being removed as you express your intention that they be removed.

See yourself lovingly handing them back to the person and state with love and recognition of your true identity; “As a Divine being, I release you and all old and finished energy back into the light. I hold you no longer in any bondage or obligation to me and salute you as Divine Being also.” This is only an example, you can say whatever words resonate with your intention because intention is the key to all change and growth.

Releasing energy cords does not mean that you suddenly forget everything that may have occurred, it means that the issue no longer holds you and hopefully them, in bondage to that which is old and finished. Energetic cords can also manifest where there is too much togetherness or bonding, such as with a parent and child, or partners. These too must be removed.

Whenever the person of your karmic resolution comes into your thought, send them light. Then, let any thoughts of them g,o for you can recreate (you are creators) by giving life to these thoughts. The other may never resolve it in this lifetime, but that is not your concern, for once you have released it you have done all you can do. Often an individual will wait for the other person to respond to their overtures, and find themselves waiting a lifetime. If the other is not receptive or ready that is his issue and not yours.

It is very important at this time to complete all karmic issues and move into the frequencies of unconditional love. Karma is a third dimensional energy of duality and separation and you are all quickly moving beyond this way of resolving issues, but there is residue from the many lifetimes you have lived in the old energy that needs to be cleared.

Many are beginning to find that things that used to give much pleasure, no longer resonate in the same way–friends, TV shows, movies, books, entertainment of all sorts, interests, foods, etc. This is normal as your energy has changed and is no longer resonating with these things. Many find themselves without any friends at some point. This causes the student to question; “Am I on track? Am I doing something wrong?” This Dear Ones, is simply the space between your old resonance and your new.

You have left the old, but have not been in the higher long enough to attract those on your new level. Use the time of quiet to meditate, rest more, and practice. Once again, do not go into fear, simply trust that all is proceeding according to plan and remember that no one’s plan is exactly the same as another’s– do not compare or hold concepts of what ascension must look like.

We love you dear ones. You are putting forth a mighty effort at this time and we applaud you all. Soon you will see much of what has been predicted, made manifest.

*You are in the big month of activity when what we are engaged in can no longer be kept quiet, and as it leaks out it will prepare people for what is to follow. That is preferable to sudden extensive revelations, by allowing people to adjust to the idea of the coming massive changes. It would otherwise seem to them that their world was being turned upside down, and be unsettling. For those in the know it is an opportunity to tell them that it is all for the good of mankind, and is the result of a divine decree that this cycle of duality should end. The detail can follow when we are openly talking with you as we intend to make sure you are all well informed. For the time being it suits our purposes to keep a low profile until we are ready make our appearance.

Our allies are extremely busy pushing forward a number of projects at the same time, and it means there will suddenly be a burst of activity. Our presence is having the desired affect upon the dark Ones who never thought that their crimes would catch up with them. They now know they are to be tried for their crimes against you and that there is no way out to escape justice. We ask you not to dwell upon such issues inasmuch that there are more important ones that directly concern you. One is releasing you from the draconian laws that have taken away people's rights, and putting all forms of injustice right and giving back freedom to those wrongly imprisoned. Secondly are the governmental changes so that the right people represent you so that there is no chance of the wrong people representing you and delaying the necessary changes. They have already been selected and prepared to take up their positions, and that will help create the ideal circumstances that enable us to speed ahead.

Clearly there must be co-operation at the highest level and then we will see disclosure as possible. We need to be able to put our aims on record so that everyone is aware of why we come to you. There will always be a few doubters and outright disbelievers but given time we believe that even they will warm towards us. We come as your family because we are your elder sisters and brothers of long standing and we wish to make a reconnection with you. We shall eventually join forces to go forward in the name of God and spread peace and love. It is not in the manner of a missionary as we are not intent of imposing our views or beliefs upon anyone. We respect free choice and wish to make all souls aware of their heritage and the Oneness of all life.

On Earth you awakened ones are our advance party of Lightworkers and so much good work has been done by you. You were selected for such work because of your knowledge and proven ability to bring out the Light in the most darkened situations. There is always a risk involved and some souls find it difficult to lift themselves up. However, with the ever increasing amount of Light being sent to Earth it is able to awaken most souls, and already there is a surge in the numbers seeking a greater understanding. Small beginnings are all that is necessary to start an avalanche of progress, and as time passes it will become easier to find guidance. One source will be our own communication channels with you that shall be directly from us. Indeed, it will be a feature of our contact with you as we intend to keep you fully informed of what is taking place.

We note that your weather patterns are being affected by the changes of energy upon Earth. That too will eventually settle down and ultimately it will be more stable, pleasant and comfortable. We would also add that physical changes will be much less damaging than was once considered to be likely. You can take some credit for this situation as you have lifted the vibrations upon Earth and it has brought about a more balanced ecosystem. It will continue to improve until you have the ideal balance that suits everyone and also other forms of life. In fact in the future there will be little if any variation and changes will be controlled automatically.

Although your computer knowledge has advanced very quickly in some ways it is still in its infancy, but will progress in leaps and bounds once you can work with us. By now many will know that our systems involve organic computers with truly a mind of their own, that surpass any individual ability and are capable of running our ships in every respect. As you are finding out our technology is thousands of years ahead of yours, but we will be pleased to share it with you. That is a feature of the members of the Galactic Federation inasmuch that sharing of knowledge is commonplace, and it is not held back to gain an advantage over another one. On Earth you are used to holding onto information and even stealing it from each other to gain power.

As you get to know us you will find out a lot with regards to our attitudes and approach to life that is far different to yours. The main reason is that we have no necessity to compete with each other, and all share in the wonders and benefits that are all around us. You for example are presently denied of many advances that would dramatically lift up your quality of life. That is because the dark Ones deliberately wish to keep you down and in need, whilst they secretly enjoy all of the benefits themselves. Free energy is the most important discovery that has been held back, and forced you to remain reliant upon the Petrochemical Industries for energy and many other products. This is one area that will be given high priority attention, and it will solve so many problems that currently result in poverty and lack of essentials, and give a normal life that ensures a reasonable standard of living.

Matters are so near to coming out that you will be taken by surprise as to how quickly they will happen. We would prefer that you focus upon the positive events, rather than spending time and energy concerning yourselves with what will happen to the dark Ones. Their fates are sealed and justice will be seen to be done.
However, our priority is to put the right people into places of authority and to bring world peace about as soon as possible. From that point it will be easier to proceed with the plan for your wellbeing, and restore your freedom.
Once you meet us we can then go forward together to Ascension, and commence to enjoy the many changes that will lift you up. In that period the energies will continue to raise your consciousness levels even higher and unity of the people will take place because of the removal of barriers that were placed between you.
The Golden Age is about to be put in place and will delight you and thrill you with its beauty and harmony. It will be home to those who have lifted up their consciousness levels sufficiently to advance to the higher realms, and from there experience the freedom of having become Galactic Beings.
At present, because of your lower vibrations, you are still restricted as to your movements within the Universe as they would contaminate the higher ones. However, that is about to change as you rapidly continue to bring down the incoming energies and take them into yourselves.
If you think back to a few years ago we feel sure you will notice the differences within yourself, and most likely calmness and clear thinking. As you progress so you’re social activities and choice of friends may also change and you will be attracted to the more refined things in life. A peaceful existence will be sought and the extremes of emotional experiences will be less satisfying. You are now changing very quickly and consequently cutting your ties with much of the old accepted ways of life.
There is no reason why you should not start to live as you expect to when the New Age commences, as much of it comes from what goes on inside you. Your ideals and aims in life will be so much higher, and the seeking for self satisfaction ceases to be your main goal.
Instead you will put others first and that will give you great satisfaction. Hitherto Man has been inclined to selfishness and to seek self-gratification regardless of the cost to others. However, you are quickly becoming at one with your Higher Self and able to relate to your Christ Consciousness. That, Dear Ones, is the path you will be travelling on and it is one that you will gladly follow.
Your present life is a conglomeration of so many lives that have taken you far and wide, too many countries and through many religions, beliefs and cultures. Yet although no two paths are exactly the same you gradually find yourselves coming closer together.
It is only natural that it should happen in this way as you are all seeking the “way home”, and it forever urges you onwards. The upliftment you are going through now is just part of the journey, but a very important part that represents a quantum leap forward of great magnitude.
We of the Galactic Federation of Light have known for a long time that your journey was reaching a high point in your evolution. It was our joy and privilege to be chosen to accompany you and make sure it was completed as it was destined to be. All was decided upon millennia of time ago, and of late many more souls have joined you to help you be successful.
Some have entered your families and stand out as having a most advanced level of consciousness. They have become known under various names such as Starseeds, Rainbow and Indigo children. Their presence is to uplift those around them and they will come into their own very soon. Listen to these wise ones for they have much to say that will ensure you successfully stay on your path of Light.
With the coming of Ascension some of you are understandably still concerned over the fate of young family members. Let it be clear that in the end times every soul will find itself exactly where it is intended to be, and will have been aware of their destiny before they incarnated. So please allow each person’s life to follow its ordained course, and feel blessed that they chose you to be in their lives.
There are of course many families that do not have such advanced souls amongst them, but nevertheless love passes between them all and that will remain a link that can bring them together again. Love is the most powerful energy of all and is the indestructible force that holds all together.
We will tell you again that you are very powerful Beings, even though your powers have been very restricted because of the low vibrations you exist in now. Yet, as they rise up, so your powers increase and you will come to realize your powers of creation.
Imagine reaching a point where you can create whatever you desire, but do not worry about misusing them as your consciousness levels will also increase. Be assured you would not be let loose with such creative powers until you knew how to use them correctly.
You are beginning to understand how very much different your lives are going to be, and how little they now reflect your true potential. You are not however left on your own to fathom such things out, and at every stage in your lives there are always more evolved Beings on hand to help you.

Carry no guilt forward as it is time to forgive yourself for any mistakes you may have made, and in any event the end-times allow for the Law of Grace to wipe your slate clean. Experience is exactly why you wished to drop down through the dimensions, and the reason for a great leap in your evolution.

One day you will look back at your adventure in duality and understand why it took various twists and turns. You will see how your response to situations wrote the next chapter in your life, and how you managed to rise to your present stage of evolution. Yet as you look back it will all seem as if it is in the now, as all your experiences can be recounted as they happened.
Somewhere in your subconsciousness lies all the memories of every encounter you have made, and they guide you through each new experience. Once you have ascended, you will be able to tap into just everything that exists. If necessary you will also be able to benefit from the experiences of other souls, without having to achieve it through direct experience.

Your shield and sword are made of love, and no one shall be able to penetrate your protection. Even on Earth you can you use its power to create, and many of you do so in a healing modality. The energy of love attracts the higher vibrations to you that are uplifting, and bring harmony and balance to your body.

By contrast, the energies of such emotions as anger and hatred damage your body and bring about ill health. After Ascension the vibrations will be so high that only the purest thoughts will exist. That Dear Ones is what you are working towards right now, and some of you have already achieved a great degree of success.

Your future has always been in your own hands, but directed by the divine intent of those who have created your Universe. There has also been a plan for the evolution of Mankind that ties in with the evolution of other civilizations. All are connected and what one does affects all others, which is why the ascension of your civilization is such an important event for us.

Ex-Head of Vatican Bank Has Archive on Senior Italian and Church Figures

Ettore Gotti Tedeschi, the former head of the Vatican bank, has put together an archive of potentially damaging information on senior Italian and Vatican figures, according to reports.

The archive made up of hundreds of pages, was reportedly seized by prosecutors during raids on Mr Gotti Tedeschi’s home and office on Tuesday, as part of a separate inquiry into alleged bribery at defence giant Finmeccanica.
The former banker is already under investigation on allegations of money laundering of 23 million euros ($29 million) through the Vatican bank.
He was questioned on Tuesday and Wednesday and is said to be assisting prosecutors.
Among those mentioned in the archive were “senior clergymen, shady intermediaries and influential Italian politicians,” the Italian daily Corriere della Sera reported.
Mr Gotti Tedeschi “has hired private bodyguards and contacted a private investigation agency for protection,” the Il Fatto Quotidiano daily said.
The report said Mr Gotti Tedeschi had given copies of his archive to trusted friends, telling them: “If I am killed, the reason for my death is in here.”
“I’m afraid for my life,” he reportedly told prosecutors.
When he saw plainclothes officers approach his house on Tuesday, Mr Gotti Tedeschi thought they were killers, La Stampa daily reported this week.
Corriere della Sera reported that the archive contained documents “on the management of numerous current accounts through which money of dubious provenance transited.”
Gotti Tedeschi was appointed in 2009 and sacked on May 24 by the board of the bank, known as the Institute for Religious Works or IOR, after a long-running dispute with the Vatican Secretary of State Tarcisio Bertone.
A powerful and divisive figure in the Holy See, Bertone is one of the main targets in a series of leaks of confidential documents from the Vatican in recent months.
Those leaks have led to the arrest of Pope Benedict XVI’s butler.

A bailout of up to €100bn for Spain's ailing banks failed to calm nerves about the future of the euro on Monday amid confusion over the plan's details and worries that Greek voters might choose to abandon the single currency.
The hurried bailout announcement after an emergency video conference of eurozone finance ministers at the weekend was meant to ease pressure on Spain and other troubled European economies ahead of Sunday's elections in Greece.
But Spain's borrowing costs rose on Monday, nudging closer to levels that are considered unsustainable and dragging Italy towards the danger zone. Europe's stock markets fell slightly, despite an early bounce, the FTSE 100 in London finishing down 0.05%.
Investors worried about uncertainty over the amount of bailout money Spain would take, the mechanism for providing it and the conditions attached to the deal.
"The size of the deal is meant to show a real commitment on the part of the eurozone to stabilise the system," said Robert Pavlik, of Banyan Partners. "However, this just moves the problem down the road and shows how nervous the EU was going into the Greek election."
Spanish prime minister Mariano Rajoy's triumphant approach to the bailout appeared to annoy Germany and other eurozone countries who must persuade sceptical voters that the money is well spent.
As he tries to escape the devastating political price paid by other European leaders who have asked for bailouts, Rajoy has told Spaniards that the €100bn comes with no strings attached except for the banks receiving the money. He refuses to call it a bailout.
But Germany's finance minister, Wolfgang Schäuble, warned that – as with Greece, Portugal and Ireland – Spain must answer to the feared "troika" that enforces the debt repayment terms imposed on other bailed out countries like Portugal, Greece and Ireland. The troika is made up of the European commission, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and European Central Bank.
"The Spanish state is taking the loans, Spain will be responsible for them," Schäuble said. "There will likewise be a troika. There will of course be supervision to ensure that the programme is being complied with, but this refers only to the restructuring of the banks."
"Of course there will be conditions," EU competition commissioner Joaquín Almunia added in a radio interview. "Whoever gives money never gives it away for free."
The eurozone ministers who approved the deal warned they would watch Spain's deficit-busting and reform programme carefully, but did not say whether loans would depend on Rajoy's government hitting targets.
Rajoy's achievement in limiting the explicit conditions to Spain's banks has been broadly welcomed in a country that believes the rest of its economy needs no international oversight.
But those countries already under troika control warned that they will demand a revision of their bailout terms if Spain receives special treatment.
"We will be watching the process of the specific programme for Spain's banking system closely," Portugal's prime minister Pedro Passos Coelho said.
"We cannot have first class and second class states," warned Portugal's opposition socialist leader Antonio José Seguro.
Ireland's prime minister, Enda Kenny, has already said that if Spain wins soft terms, then these must be offered to others.
Those terms will not be clear until Spain formally requests a sum of money. It is not clear whether this would be provided by the European Financial Stability Facility or the new arrangement which replaces it in July, the European Stability Mechanism.
Other European leaders admitted that the bailout decision had been taken to avert yet another moment of panic in Europe's long-running debt crisis.
"We have managed to avoid a major crisis but the problems are still there," Finland's prime minister Jyrki Katainen told Reuters.
Investors worried that the bailout was a temporary solution to Spain's problems as it falls back into recession and suffers 24% unemployment.
"Call it what you like, but this is a bailout, the first (and only for banks), but most likely not the last for Spain," said Oliver Burrows of Rabobank Credit Research, who pointed to the amount of government debt held by Spanish banks. "We suspect that inevitably the Spanish government will have to seek its own bailout."
The IMF said on Friday that Spain's former savings banks and some of its medium-sized commercial banks would jointly need at least €40bn.
The government has said it will wait for two independent auditors to produce valuations of Spain's total bank assets before deciding how much money to ask for.
They will make their first reports by 21 June and government sources have already suggested they will be close to the IMF figures.
Recently part-nationalised Bankia has asked for €19bn and officials have recognised that two other banks need a further €9bn.
But Spain's government has twice underestimated the sums needed to rescue its banks this year, with two rounds of provisioning totalling €80bn, and investors remain wary.
"Markets will certainly ask the question about whether a second bailout might be required and the margin for error between the sort of €40bn the IMF is saying and the €100bn ceiling," said Mark Miller of Capital Economics.
In New York the Dow Jones index closed down 142 points, or 1.14%, having briefly rallied in early trading. Last week the Dow enjoyed its best rally of the year, in part on hopes of a concrete solution to the eurozone crisis.

MADRID (AP) -- Spain's benchmark borrowing rate hit its highest level Tuesday since the country adopted the euro currency, after ratings agency Fitch downgraded 18 banks on Tuesday and investors continued to find more questions than answers in the country's decision to seek help for its ailing bank sector by tapping a €100 billion ($125 billion) eurozone bailout fund.
The yield on Spain's 10-year bond yield rose to hit 6.81 percent in afternoon trading, according to data provider FactSet, while stocks seesawed and were down slightly just before markets closed.
The bond rate seen as a measure of a nation's financial health fell back to 6.67 percent in late trading. That's the same level as Spain's previous record — set on May 30 as the country's economic woes multiplied, and last November after the then-ruling Socialist Party was ousted by the conservative Popular Party now struggling to keep the national afloat financially. This brings Spain's borrowing costs dangerously high to 7 percent — close to the level at which Greece, Ireland and Portugal sought an international bailout.
Spain agreed last weekend to take a European bailout for its banks, tapping into a €100 billion ($125 billion) euro area bailout fund, but investors are worried it will not solve the country's problem as the government may have trouble paying the money back.
Fitch said in a statement that its downgrade of the banks was a result of a previous downgrade of the Spanish sovereign debt on June 7. Fitch said it had conducted stress tests, both on the Spanish banking sector as a whole and on individual banks, updating results from tests done in 2011.
The ratings agency said the weakness of the Spanish economy would continue to have a negative effect on business volumes "which, together with low interest rates, will place pressure on revenues."
There has been growing concern that an increasingly large amount of Spanish government debt is being bought by its banks as the country finds fewer and fewer international buyers for its bonds. As Spain's banks continue to struggle, weighed down by their toxic property loans and assets, the government is finding it increasingly harder to sell its bonds.
One hope among eurozone politicians is that the €100bn loan facility will help shore up Spanish banks' balance sheets, thereby giving them back the ability to loan out money to businesses and individuals — and also buy more government debt. However, Spain is in danger of being trapped in a vicious debt circle. The €100 billion loan facility will increase the Spanish government's debt load and it will have to find more buyers for its bonds — which will send borrowing costs even higher. This could push Spain's government to ask for a bailout of its own.
The rescue package for Spain's crippled lenders was announced Saturday by finance ministers from the 17-country euro area, but the exact amount the country's banks will receive has not yet been published.
It is not yet clear where the euro area bailout loans will come from. If the money comes from the existing eurozone rescue fund, the European Financial Stability Facility, its repayments will have the same priority as the all the other private bond investors. However, if the funds are to come from the new bailout facility, the European Stability Mechanism, its bond repayments will be given a higher priority than everyone else's — which could mean that other debt would be less likely to be paid off. That could make bondholders less willing to buy Spain's debt or demand a higher interest rate to compensate for the added risk of losses.
Spain will wait for the results of two independent audits of the country's banking industry before saying how much of the €100 billion it will tap. The bailout loans will be paid into the Spanish government's Fund for Orderly Bank Restructuring (FROB), which would then use the money to strengthen the country's teetering banks.
In a report released late last week, the International Monetary Fund estimated Spain needs around €40 billion to prop up banks hurting from an unprecedented real estate boom that went bust.
Investors also want to know whether Spain will ask for a safety margin of extra money to cushion itself against a further shock, such as a deterioration in the economy.
While Spain's bailout is designed to prop up its banks, investors are also worried that the Spanish government might eventually be forced into asking for a bailout to help it pay its way. Recession-hit Spain, which has the eurozone's fourth-largest economy with unemployment of nearly 25 percent, may be too big for the eurozone's rescue funds to handle.
Spain is also getting punished because of fears Greek elections on Sunday will hand a victory to the radical left-wing Syriza party, campaigning on a pledge to refuse to comply with terms of that country's bailout package. This could eventually push Greece out of the euro, further destabilizing the currency group.
"The idea of the Spanish bailout was to calm the market in case the Greek elections do not turn out as the EU would like," said Gary Jenkins, director of Swordfish Research Ltd.
"However the end result was to create more volatility and create more concern."
Once it became clear that the rescue money for Spain's banks would not solve that country's problems, investors have turned their attention to Italy, whose economy is larger than Spain's.
Italy didn't suffer through a real estate bust, so its banks are in better shape. But like nearly half of the countries in the euro, its economy is shrinking, making it difficult for the government to chip away at a mountain of debt. Italian bond yields also rose to worrying highs on Tuesday, hitting 6.02 percent, its highest level since January.
"Although Italian banks are relatively sound compared to the Spanish counterparts, without the heavy weight of toxic real estate bubble and are much less exposed to the government bonds, the real question is whether the country can grow itself out of the recession," said Anita Paluch of Gekko Global Markets.

*We still continue to work hard with our allies to overcome the last obstacles that stand in our way. Once removed, announcements can be made to prime you ready for a series of actions to take out those who have controlled your lives through criminal intent.

Many involved are names familiar to you, indeed in many cases very well known including others totally unknown. Once the key figures are removed, it will be the green light for our allies to mount a large scale arrest of those of whom we have sufficient evidence to prove their guilt.

They will be treated fairly and given proper trials where they can be represented. The judges will be selected for their honesty, integrity and experience in applying the Law correctly and as it was intended.

Some of your existing laws are draconian, particularly those introduced by the last administration. One of our first steps will be to release anyone falsely imprisoned or currently held without trial or a right to appeal. Justice must be seen to be done, and an understanding and greater appreciation of the circumstances that often lead to criminal actions.

Much has been caused by improper treatment that has been based on racial differences. That will all change and not because it will be imposed upon people, but through the understanding that you are all One. You sometimes look upon those who are illiterate or deprived as though they are inferior, but they are in physical incarnation for just the same reasons as you – and it is for the experience. It is the soul that remains the same in each new life time.

Attitudes are already changing where the different races are concerned, and most importantly it is the ability to see them as your brothers and sisters. All of you are evolving together, and are able to help each other to progress towards a greater understanding of the purpose of life and your part in it. Be proud of your achievements, but do not let them get in the way of accepting that all souls have the same rights as each other.

Some people seem to be gifted with everything that makes life comfortable, but remember that it still only an experience. What you do with your life and how you treat others is a key factor in determining your understanding of life, and how you choose your next incarnation as it could quite easily be a complete contrast. Poor man, rich man, what does it matter except that you learn about yourself and others to uplift your consciousness.

All of you are benefitting in one way or another from a whole series of lives, and it is reflected back out into your society. When you look at your last 100 years immense industrial progress has been made, but it does not look as though the Light has grown very much.

You have had two World Wars and numerous other ones that have created so much negative energy that the Light has had difficulty in shining through. However, we are pleased to tell you that in the last 30 years the Lightworkers have changed the balance, and the Light is now to be found all around the Earth. It has taken a lot of effort to achieve it and much help has been given from the spiritual realms. That is why Ascension is now a certainty when once it looked very doubtful.

As the end times approach all is in place for a wonderful finale, so do not worry too much about the seeming lack of activity, as you are assured that behind the scenes a great deal of work is going on. To say the least there will be a few surprises along the way, and it will be an exciting period in your lives.

It will take little or no time to realize that we will be true to our promises and there will be a tremendous involvement with you. To people only learning about us in the latter stages it will seem too good to be true, but there will quickly be ample evidence to prove the direction in which it is all going.

Can we say that people of good intent will be equally ready for Ascension as those who have been knowledgeable about it for many years. You do not have to belong to any group or practice any particular beliefs, and it is the degree to which you have been able to treat others as yourself. If you have a love for your fellow Beings and put it into practice then you are certainly a Being of Light.

Once you have awakened to your true self and your purpose in life, progress in your evolution will go forward in leaps and bounds. Most of you will have been subject to some period of religious teachings, and in many instances resulted in a belief in God. That is a good starting point to a greater understanding providing you allow for a different concept of God to come forward.

People with rigid mindsets are likely to be stuck with what they have got, and are clearly not ready to expand their understanding. That will prevent them from ascending, and they will continue to move in the same vibration.

Evolution is about your soul and its progress towards the higher dimensions from which you came. Every soul is bound to reach a point of realization when the truth becomes apparent, and it is often preceded by a great deal of soul searching. At such stages you are accompanied by a number of Guides who do all they can to uplift you. Often they have been with you over several lives and take a personal interest in your progress.

It is also likely that on occasions you meet them as out of the body experiences when you are asleep, but normally remembrance of it is difficult to recall. Such meetings can give you so much help and confidence that you awake refreshed and happy, without realizing the reason why. Sometimes they seem as dreams, and you may suspect there is more to them than you can recall.

Your travels in the Astral regions can seem unreal, as there are different laws at work and you seem to do things that are impossible on Earth. You are beginning to understand that your experiences are far more extensive than you imagine. When you ascend they will grow even more and a completely new life experienced, quite unlike what you are used to now.

Just the technological changes alone will result in so many changes, but it is your elevation into the higher vibrations that will act on you personally. We of the Galactic Federation are an example of what you will be in the near future, and it will not be long before you walk with us as equal and respected partners.

On 31 May 2012, the Special Commissioners of Bank Network Investments SpA in Extraordinary Administration (MI), with the approval of the Supervisory Committee and with the approval of the Bank of Italy, have decided to suspend the payment of liabilities of any kind, pursuant to art. 74 of Leg. September 1, 1993. 385 (TUB), for the period of one month. The suspension does not include client financial instruments.

The measure was necessary to face the difficult situation of the bank.

Organs extraordinary Bank Network Investments SpA, an intermediary member of the Interbank Deposit Protection Fund, are developing a plan for solving the crisis in order to safeguard clients’ rights, provides for the intervention of Consultinvest SIM Group and Bank savings of Ravenna. Peter Giordano, Adiconsum: “Grave of the Bank of Italy’s attitude that takes action without considering the impact on depositors, and especially on single-income families and pensioners”

Adiconsum Bank of Italy asks for an urgent meeting and the lifting of the Block.

The Bank of Italy authorized the suspension of payments by Bank Network Investments SpA (BNI) without communicating anything to the depositors.

Very serious and unacceptable – says Peter Jordan, Secretary General Adiconsum – the attitude of the Bank of Italy SpA in each BNI, because highly prejudicial to the interests of customers.

Bank of Italy, in fact, after extending the receivership of the bank, thus giving the impression of an imminent rescue, then gave the green light for compulsory winding up, without giving any prior notice to the depositors, leaving them in no condition to perform any type of operation, even basic ones for daily survival, such as withdrawals / payments, utilities payments, rates, taxes.

We must unfortunately note that offensive measures as those adopted to customers BNI – Giordano complaint – not an isolated case. Decisions without taking into account the heavy impact, particularly on savers in possession of a single bank account on which accrediting salary or pension, are not new to Bank of Italy, and also affected depositors of Banca MB.

The attitude of the Bank of Italy – Jordan continues – is bureaucratic and deed and as Adiconsum we asked in a letter sent to the Bank of Italy and the lifting of the BNI and an urgent meeting to define the way in which customers, especially Fixed-income families and pensioners, can perform normal daily operations.

The first to fall: BNI blocks bancomat, online, and any way of getting to one’s account.

On the bank’s homepage there’s written (http://www.bancanetwork.it/) “An efficent bank, always at your side.”

Thus, from this morning all clients are alone, with no possibility to get to their accounts.

Network Bank Investments, via a short notice, decided to block all accounts and thereby any means of getting to money, in any form, be it online or cash. The notice was sent out 7 days ago. Thus not many were able to read it.

The institute decided in an extraordinary meeting last November, after getting the green light from the Banca d’Italia, to suspend any money transfer for a whole month.

Massimo, policeman in Milan speaks for all: when I went to pay the mechanic office for my car the bancomat did not work, nor was I able to make a transfer. Actually, they took all my money away. Now I have 20€ in my wallet, a wife and two daughters, what am I going to do? My account is also where my salary goes to, so what now?

*The conditions upon Earth are turning into chaos in anticipation of the effects of the financial crisis. However we are behind the actions that are being taken to offset such effects, so that with the final collapse our allies can come forward with the answers.

There will be no going back to the old ways that have put you in the position you find yourselves in. Any others steps that are taken to prolong them will only prolong the agony and the solution needs to be adopted very quickly. New systems are essential that take full control of the way that the banks operate, and fiat money will no longer be allowed. Years and years of corrupt practices and manipulation of the money markets has created a monster that has to be removed.

Small will become beautiful and large corporations will be broken up. Debt forgiveness will remove the present problems created from the recklessness of the banks and restore your faith, because of the promises of the New Age that will ensure they are not repeated.

The door to Ascension is wide open, but nothing will be allowed to enter unless it is of the higher vibrations. Dismantling of the war machine will also be a great step forward, as with the rising level of consciousness it will have no place in your future.

It has cost an unimaginable amount of money and energy that could have been used to give you all a very acceptable standard of living. The cost in human lives is also astronomical and has laid down so much negative energy that it has been holding you back for many, many centuries.

Living through duality has been a most challenging experience, and much has been learnt by you that has advanced your evolution so quickly. Some souls are still held back by the darkness they have created, but be assured they will be helped to overcome it. Not everyone can do so, even though the higher vibrations are lifting you up and helping transmute the lower energies.

Now we see the wonderful awakening attracting so much Light to Earth, and many souls acting as beacons of Light that show the way to others. Indeed, many of you have incarnated into this period of time specifically to help others, and have come in from the higher levels. Such souls have known from an early age that they had arrived to carry out a special mission, and they now stand out as your leaders and guides for the final thrust to Ascension.

As you progress spiritually you will easily accept the understanding that you are all One, and it is the most natural urge to want to help others to uplift themselves. Separation created by the dark Ones is no longer working in spite of their attempts to set you at each others throats. You are seeing through their attempts to create a climate of fear that keeps you apart, and religion has also to take its share of the of blame.

Already the higher energies are transmuting the lower ones, and Light is beginning to penetrate those regions of the world where the darkness has remained for many centuries. The bloodshed and the cries of those caught up in it have left a legacy that is only now able to be removed.

The cleansing will go on until Mother Earth is once again restored to her pristine condition. It will commence before Ascension and continue immediately after when the conditions will have already been improved. There is still a lot to do, but with our coming together the tasks will be quickly dealt with and it will not be long now before our arrival can be announced.

Whilst the forces of Light of which there are many thousands are getting themselves ready for action to start the first major changes, we advise you to still concentrate on sending out the Light. Do not waver even though uncertainty exists regarding the exact timing, as in one way or another our aims will be met.

Few of you are directly involved in what is about to occur, but you can help by spreading calmness and giving others an assurance that all will be well. None of us have come this far to be put off by the remaining obstacles to be cleared. If necessary there will be a divine intervention, so we are fully aware that a successful outcome is absolutely certain.

We of the Galactic Federation hold the key to many developments, and are simply waiting for conditions and opportunities to present themselves so that we can go forward. Whatever the picture painted by those who oppose our presence, be assured that we cannot be stopped from completing our mission.

The sheer size of our forces is far beyond anything you have on Earth, but we do not use them to enforce our objectives even though they are in your interests. However, if necessary we will use them if so directed by the higher Beings of Light who oversee the end times. It is for these reasons that we can be so confident of the outcome, and it will carry you to Ascension and beyond.

Bear in mind Dear Ones, that we can look into the secret locations where the dark Ones plot their actions, so there are few if any surprises that they can spring upon us. We can impress upon our allies what needs to done to combat them, and they are able to minimize their effect.

As predicted some time ago, you will have noted that the truth behind many dark operations is leaking out. You can take much credit for it as the level of vibrations has increased very considerably, and the Light will uncover what has previously been hidden. The truth will come out regardless of what steps are taken to hide it, and we will back up the evidence against the Illuminati for the crimes committed against you by them.

*You are getting so near to some real action that will leave you in no doubt that you are about to witness the beginning of the end of the dark Ones. It is all arranged and cannot be held up much longer. Even so you will be surprised at what is about to occur, and astonished that an operation of such size has been mounted.

The planning has been meticulous to ensure that the arrests are as far as possible carried out in the least possible time. Be assured that the evidence of criminal actions by each individual has been carefully documented, and is sufficient to uphold the charges that will be made.

The Illuminati are shocked at the speed with which their fortunes have changed, and never thought that they would have to answer for their crimes against Humanity. They are also at their wits end trying to avoid ultimate justice but find we have cut off their escape routes. We have each one tracked so that our allies can quickly round them up, and we are overseeing the whole operation.

For the dark Ones this is the time of accountability that is inevitable, but in their case instead of reviewing their lives and actions after death, they face you the people who desire that justice is seen to be done. It is also important that you understand how you have been held back for centuries of time, and their roles behind almost every incident involving immense loss of life. Wars have been “arranged” to line their pockets and reduce the population which has always been their aim.

However, we wish you to concentrate on the future and seek first to maintain the Light upon Earth, without wasting your energy by directing your anger at the Illuminati and their minions. These will be hard times for anyone who has recently lost loved ones or friends as a result of their actions. It will however be a test of your ability to stay within the Light, and show your strength by forgiving those responsible.

If you do not do so and seek any form of revenge you end up little better than what they are, and you form a link of energy with them. They may not deserve much sympathy, but see them as souls who have gone badly astray and almost lost their spark of Light. It will take a lot of Light to raise them up again but it can be done. We feel sure you will see that it is far better to lift the fallen up again, than compound their situation by linking them to more negative energy.

All of you have experienced stages where you have gone against the Light. However, with few exceptions you have understood the reasons that brought it about, and stand today as examples of those who have overcome the challenges of duality. You are all the stronger for it and that is indeed the reason you elected to spend many lives in the lower dimensions.

We now see the most beautiful souls amongst you who have achieved a level of mastery and Light that wherever they go are magnificent beacons of Light helping others awaken. As we see it the mass consciousness is rapidly growing and that is another guarantee that you have a definite path to Ascension.

Whatever happens around you or directly to you, stay strong and any problems should be quickly resolved as you are now clearly on the upward curve and leaving the lower energies behind. In fact so many of you are drawing a clear line between yourselves and the old energies that no longer satisfy your desire for the pure things in life.

It can cause difficulties between family and friends but you have to follow your own needs. You are in a time of self-realization and discovering who you really are, and no longer beholden to the opinions of others. If necessary make your own pathway to Ascension and allow others to do the same. Loved ones may also be involved but they too must follow their intuition, and we reiterate that the love link will always be there.

In the near future you will, if so desired, travel by thought and that is instantaneous. So your loved ones will never be totally out of your reach. With each life you have spent on Earth your close relationships have been extremely limited, particularly as you tend to incarnate with the same group of souls.

However, you do in fact have many great relationships formed over a very long period of time, and once you have ascended you will remember them again. Many await your upliftment so that friendships can be renewed and not least of all your real family, who you will instantly know. You can understand that there will be much to celebrate in grand style.

You can start feeling better about life because of what it promises to be, and feel it from the heart as once you have ascended it will become a pleasure to be alive. It will bear little relation to what you experience now, because in some ways you have not really lived yet as you were intended to be.

Joy and happiness should be yours to savor all of the time, and not just for fleeting moments. To be in the energy of the higher dimensions is blissful and you will feel love all around you. It is exhilarating and peaceful in such a way that you will not want to leave it, but remain in it forever.

Even on board our ships the energies are “adjusted” to lift you into Love and Light, and you will be able to feel the peace and harmony that exists everywhere. It is similar to experiences some of you have when out of the body and enter the astral regions of Light. Compared to the Earth’s vibration they are noticeably higher and it is no surprise that many souls try to remain rather than return to their bodies.

However you have come to love Mother Earth in your own way, but she could do with more recognition and love for the way in which she has coped with your presence. All she now asks of you is that you do your part to clean up the mess you have left the Earth in and she will do the rest.

As you know Dear Ones, we of the Galactic Federation of Light are going to use our technology to make short work of clearing pollution, including areas contaminated with radioactive waste and fallout. You can help by restoring the balance between you and nature, and all other life forms. They have suffered tremendously due to successive generations that have used them for their own profit and greed to make money.

Drink copious amounts of fresh, clean water to help facilitate the movements of the new energies coming through you and be outdoors as much as possible. Practice deep breathing exercises each day to help move the new pranic energies into your cells. Allow the expression of all that comes through you and observe what comes forth. You are reconnecting to skills, abilities and talents that have lain dormant for a long time.

*Some people who do not understand our technology are feeling that the time for action is “now or never”, believing that there will be insufficient time left to carry out all the changes necessary before Ascension. We must re-iterate that for us time is not such a crucial factor, and we are able to adjust to whatever time scale we are allowed.

Our current plan is to start the action within a matter of days and not weeks, but nevertheless there is no question of it “never” going ahead. However, as you have learnt there is a line drawn from which we must get started, even if it means becoming more directly involved. All along we have tried to encourage your participation in the preparations for Ascension and that has not changed, but we will move into action when given the authority. You will know when action is imminent as our allies intend to give a public announcement beforehand.

Our tasks are looking a lot easier now that the dark Ones are no longer the power they were. The work of our allies has been extremely successful in breaking down their power structure, and they no longer command such large forces as previously. In fact their capitulation has taken place in all but name, and we await their final admission of defeat.

So whatever news you hear do not fear the consequences as we are in control, and short of minor irritations we will not allow our efforts to be interfered with. There are still those who paint a picture of catastrophic happenings, but be assured that any physical changes will be more in the way of local changes and not worldwide.

Bear in mind that we can moderate the effects of earthquakes, and contain them to ensure that only the minimum of damage occurs. A long time ago your seers saw massive changes coming and prophesied them accordingly, but with time those possibilities became less catastrophic. So when people refer back to them remember that they are no longer in line with the current view on physical changes.

Now you are so near to the final stages in your journey through duality, and many are already lifting up out of it. Set your goals high as everything is possible within the higher vibrations that you now exist in, as literally nothing is beyond your grasp. Even as this message is being relayed to you the energies have once again been increasing as a result of the Summer Solstice.

There are more high points to come and for each soul many opportunities that will lift up their vibrations. These are intense times, all with the intent of giving you every assistance to prepare for Ascension. After all, whatever happens the only object of the changes is to get you safely into the New Age. That goal will be achieved regardless of any other events that take place.

Whilst we encourage you to talk amongst yourselves about the present period, we would also ask that you make allowances for other peoples points of view. Remember that there are numerous time lines that are gradually coming together, and until a souls seeks help it should be allowed to progress through its own endeavors. The lessons learnt or knowledge acquired is best from personal experience.

Naturally you are a mix of so many souls at different levels and there are those who love to share what they have discovered. That is fine providing you take only what resonates with you and is intuitively acceptable. There are many truths at this time but ultimately only the One Truth, which all shall understand as part of the One Supreme Being.

Dear Ones you are adored by us as we see the real you, a magnificent Being of Light. You entered the lowest vibrations of your Universe as a challenge to your ability, to still rise up and bring back remembrance of who you really are. That many of you have now achieved and others are quickly awakening with the result that the Light upon Earth is at its highest level ever.

It is instrumental in transmuting the lower energies and removing more power from the dark Ones, so that their attempts to carry on are doomed to failure. We would not in any event allow them to rise up again, and their days are finished. In one way or another they will be removed and placed where they cannot interfere with the Divine Plan.

To some extent you can sit back and enjoy the coming period, but be aware that once the fun starts it will come thick and fast. The main point is that whatever takes place now is ultimately for your good, so do not see disharmony and danger where none exists.

Have faith in your allies and our presence, as we have waited long for these moments and are intent on keeping you well informed. Hitherto, we have had to exercise some constraint as it never pays to let your enemies know too much. However, when they are confined in places where they cannot affect our plan, we will be more than happy to give you as much detail as possible.

There are still things happening on Earth that were instigated by the dark Ones, such as the problems in the Middle East. They will not last much longer, and peace will be declared and enforced by us if necessary. There have been millions either killed or injured in mad wars that have benefitted few people except the Arms Dealers, although the seizure of countries and their wealth has also been one of the objectives.

You have had your fill of such experiences and will never need to have them again, unless you choose to serve in the lower dimensions to prevent wars. Service to others is the highest form of love, and once ascended it is a way of life that comes quite naturally to each soul.

First however look forward to a break to pursue your own interests and enjoy being back in the higher realms. Sooner or later you will then find the call to service too powerful to resist, and you can decide in what way you want to do it.

Undoubtedly you will find that you brought various talents and skills such as healing with you, and use them to further your experience. Naturally you will normally find yourself working in groups, and they could well be comprised of those whom you have already worked with on Earth. Friendships carry on through many lives, and account for that instant attraction between people when they first meet.

But leaders of France, Germany Italy and Spain fail to endorse full plan to protect countries under attack by markets

The leaders of the eurozone's biggest economies announced on Friday night that 1% of the European Union's GDP was to be set aside to help the continent grow its way out of the financial crisis. But doubts were immediately expressed as to what share of the package – said to be worth €130bn (£105m) – would be genuinely new money.

After several hours of apparently tense discussions, there was no immediate agreement on a plan outlined by Italy's prime minister, Mario Monti, on Thursday, aimed at stabilising Europe's banks and protecting countries under attack in the markets.

"There was an agreement between all of us to use any necessary mechanism to obtain financial stability in the eurozone," said Mariano Rajoy, the Spanish prime minister, afterwards.

But the German chancellor, Angela Merkel, insisted that the EU must take full advantage of the instruments already at its disposal. Her remark suggested she is wary of two new funds – to guarantee bank depositors and as a lender of last resort to ailing banks – understood to have been on the agenda at Friday's talks.

In a sign that tempers are becoming increasingly frayed before next week's crucial summit, the normally gentlemanly Monti used his closing remarks to attack France and Germany publicly.

With Merkel and the French president, François Hollande, standing just feet from him on the podium, he reminded the world's media that it was not Greece or any of the other alleged EU basket cases that had first broken the rules on fiscal discipline in the eurozone, but the single currency's two biggest nations – albeit with the endorsement of Italy, which then held the EU presidency.

Friday's meeting of the big four leaders in Rome came as yet more gloomy eurozone economic indicators were released. German business confidence has fallen to a two-year low, while Italian consumer confidence has plunged to its lowest level on record. Monti's popular support is in decline as the Italian economy fights both recession and rising unemployment and Rome faces increased borrowing costs.

Hollande revealed that all four leaders were in favour of a European financial transactions tax, a small tax on all financial deals which was originally proposed to tame speculation in the financial markets. His comment followed agreement by a group of countries – not including the UK – at the EU finance ministers' meeting in Luxembourg to press ahead with plans for the tax.

David Hillman of the UK's Robin Hood Tax campaign – which backs the financial transactions tax and wants any cash raised to be earmarked for development – welcomed the agreement, but added that "the UK public will be rightly angry that George Osborne is resisting efforts to make the City pay its fair share".

He said that a Robin Hood tax would "boost growth as well as raising billions to tackle poverty and protect public services at home and abroad".

One of the keys to next week's summit will be the precise terms of the growth package. The €130bn would appear to represent a sum that might be raised or redirected from existing funds, rather than any commitment of new money. Nicholas Spiro, of Spiro Sovereign Strategy, said: "The pact has a shuffling of the deckchairs feel to it."

EU governments have already agreed to boost the capital of the European Investment Bank by €10bn, hoping it will be leveraged into €60bn in the financial markets for investment purposes. The growth package also appears to entail deploying up to €55bn in unspent EU structural funds.

Governments have already agreed to allow the sale of "project bonds" in the markets in the hope of raising capital for major infrastructure projects.

Another measure by which the summit will be judged is progress towards a project for guaranteeing financial stability which, according to an informed source, was being worked on by the "gang of four", including representatives of the European Central Bank (ECB), Eurogroup, and European commission and council. One aspect of the project was spelled out by Monti in an interview with the Guardian and other leading European newspapers on Thursday.

This would involve tying the purchase of sovereign bonds to the performance of the country in need of help. Virtuous states that had introduced structural reforms and contained their budget deficits would be rewarded.

In its present form, the plan would see the buying done by the European Financial Stability Facility, the bailout fund for states, rather than the European Central Bank.

The other aspects of the plan would involve the creation of two new rapid response funds: one would guarantee bank depositors; the other could be used to deal with institutions such as Spain's Bankia that looked as if they might pose a threat to the entire eurozone, creating, if not a bank of last resort, a fund of last resort.

Merkel appeared to be less than convinced of this idea, or at least bent on ensuring it was accompanied by iron controls. In an apparent reference to the still-secret plan, she said that if Germany were to give money to a Spanish bank she would have no way of knowing how it was spent – and that would be a "giant problem" for her.

The proposed new bank intervention fund appears to require new administration because the ECB, with a mandate to deal strictly with monetary policy, could not run the proposed new funds.

*The numbers of people open to the idea of major changes are growing, and it is a sign that many more are becoming sensitive to the new energies that abound upon Earth. Some feel fear of change whilst others sense that behind it is the intent to move your civilization out of the morass that threatens to bring the world down.

It is therefore a unique time for those with knowledge of what the changes are leading to, and an opportunity to let it be known that all ends well. At present matters are reaching a point of no return, and we and our allies wait for the signal to go into action.

All is prepared and although the dark Ones are aware that their time is up, the suddenness and extent of our arrests will still surprise them. Naturally there will be confusion amongst the public, but at the earliest possible moment they will be informed. When the media opens up to the truth the different sources will soon want to be part of the news about the changes.

Meantime we gather ourselves around our allies as they mobilize themselves for the first of many actions. What is starting in the US will spread to other countries as people everywhere will demand their freedom, and a great cleansing will take place. Where there is resistance we shall back up our allies and explain that freedom must be given or else we will be forced to intervene.

There is no choice for the old cabals and their power will be moved along with them if necessary. It is no time for false promises or going back to the old ways that no longer serve you. All countries will eventually base their Constitution on one that will be restored in the US according to the Founding Fathers, but modified to reflect the New Age that you are entering. These matters have already been addressed and prepared for a quick transition.

Some people wonder how the armed forces will react, and we must tell you that the majority are ready to lay down their arms and become the true protectors of Mankind as originally intended. No longer will they put their lives on the line fighting false wars, and instead they will act to maintain peace throughout the world.

Weapons as such will not be used against the people, and a day will come when they will no longer be needed. We know where the hidden facilities are and they will be destroyed to ensure they are never used again. Indeed, we have already commenced closing down underground bases, and are disarming the dark Ones as quickly as possible.

Bear in mind our actions are carried out in such a way that there is no loss of life. We can “remove” people quite easily and deposit them wherever we choose, and often it is off-planet. We re-educate those who indulge in killing and violence, so that they may return to Earth as useful citizens.

Those of you who are moving into the Light will know that at a certain level you move beyond the negative emotions and they can no longer affect you. Your Light is your protection and will bounce back such energies to the originator. Such is the power of Light that, where creation is concerned, nothing is impossible and it is only the lack of belief that prevents it.

Dear Ones, you are doing so well even though you are under a lot of pressure, but do try and relax and enjoy what should be an exciting time. Time is moving so quickly, before you know what has happened we will be talking with you and have regular communication. Our intent is to keep you well informed of our activities, and we look forward to addressing you directly.

With us will stand those souls who will have been identified as of the Light, and will lead you to the goal of Ascension. Naturally it does not stop there and your evolution will continue in the higher dimensions. If you did but know it, you have so much to look forward to and your lives will alter for all time.

Whatever problems or predicaments you find yourselves in, take it in your stride knowing that before long the answers will come your way. The higher vibrations will alleviate many medical problems and, with the coming of the Cities of Light, so will healing chambers and other advanced technologies be able to handle them.

After Ascension you will have no illness or physical problems at all, as your bodies will be in a state of perfection. So bear with any existing problems as you do not have much longer to put up with them.

Drugs rarely act as a cure but as a containment and, but for concealment, you could for example have had a cure for the scourge of Man that is cancer. Many medical advancements have been kept back, so as not to hit the profit levels of the drug companies.

Also many drugs are placed on the market that are known to have serious side effects, and others that are banned and withdrawn in one country are sold to the Third World. Shortage of water could also have been overcome, but again held back to maintain high prices. There are many such examples in various markets, and not least of all the Oil Industry. They manipulate the markets to create shortages and high prices, when in reality there are no shortages at all.

You will not have to suffer much longer at the hands of the Illuminati, as the answers to your problems lie with us and our new technologies that we ready to share with you. Already you have learnt of the true potential that is waiting for you, and we shall waste no time putting it into place. We simply wait for the new Governments to be put in place, with representatives that will truly work for the betterment of Mankind.

They are there and known to us because it is quite impossible for anyone to misrepresent themselves without our knowledge. It means that when we negotiate with the dark Ones, there is no point in them trying to fool us with words when we can read their minds.

Moody's cuts Spanish banks on sovereign downgrade

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Moody's Investors Service on Monday downgraded the long-term debt and deposit ratings for 28 Spanish banks and two issuer ratings, following on the heels of a cut to Spain's sovereign rating to just above junk status earlier this month.

The banks have several links to the sovereign, Moody's said in a statement, and so Spain's reduced creditworthiness "implies a weaker credit profile for Spanish banks."

The banks' exposure to commercial real estate was another factor in the cuts, Moody's said, because higher losses are likely, "which might increase the likelihood that these banks will require external support."

Among the downgrades was a cut to Banco Santander's (SAN.MC) (SAN.N) long-term rating to Baa2 from A3. But the rating is under review for further downgrade, meaning more cuts could be forthcoming to the euro zone's largest banks.

Still, Monday's move kept Santander one notch above the sovereign rating of Baa3, the Moody's release noted, because of the bank's geographic diversity and manageable exposure to Spanish sovereign debt.

Santander has considerable operations throughout Latin America, including Brazil, the region's largest economy. Its exposure in emerging markets, many of which are growing, helps offset stagnation in developed economies.

The rating agency also cut Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA (BBVA.MC) (BBVA.N) to Baa3 from A3 - just barely above junk status. Bankia (BKIA.MC), which asked for a bailout last month, slid all the way to speculative grade, down to Ba2 from Baa3.

Spain formally requested European aid for its indebted banks earlier on Monday, but the lack of details rekindled investor doubts about the financial sector.

Analysts say the euro zone's fourth largest economy, which has become the focus of the debt crisis, will struggle to get out of recession unless the banking problems are solved.

Moody's previously downgraded 16 Spanish banks in May.

Spain's banks are awash in bad loans after a real estate boom went bust.

Governments like to be in control and have always tried to cover up news about demonstrations or rebellions amongst the people. However, once the media gets hold of the real truth behind what is happening, they will take the side of the people.

Naturally there will still be those who take a defensive view of the happenings, fearing that the changes are going to seriously affect them. People do not want to face the idea that they are about to lose their power, or in some cases their ill-gotten wealth.

No one will escape the financial changes or sharing of wealth, which shall be even greater by the inclusion of Trust Funds set up for this occasion. Be assured that immense planning has gone into ensuring that this immediate period allows for everyone’s needs to be considered. It will take time to cover everything but first the old system must be got rid off and a new one put into its place.

At the last moment there are inevitably stumbling blocks, but in the context of the whole mission they will not cause any undue delay. However, the pressure is mounting on those in the front line to get matters completely under way. It does require a lot of co-ordination and although we are mainly in the background we can nevertheless exert our authority to move things along.

In fact in certain instances such as the Cabal’s attempted false-flag operations, we have been very much at the heart of matters. As always we do encourage you to take the lead as it was never intended that we did your work for you. The reasons are involved with karma, and you are expected to clear up problems created by yourselves. They do in fact go back a very long time during which periods you have met the same conditions throughout many lives.

Certainly you have made much progress since the turn of the century, but even so have had to make a supreme effort to stop the plans of the Illuminati reaching fruition. We have been part of the movement to enlighten people as to the threats against them and their liberty, and it has been very successful.

Prior to that time you were being lulled into accepting the changes that were insidiously introduced bit by bit, that were removing your rights brick by brick. Thinking that they were infallible has allowed us to use the arrogance of the dark Ones to turn the tables upon them, and they have been taken unawares.

You should savor the coming times as you claim back your sovereignty, as it is nothing less than you deserve for having been treated as slaves for so long. As individuals it does not matter too much what you may have done in the past, as you came to Earth to experience duality. All of you have had your ups and downs and it is what you are today that really counts.

It comes down to having learnt the lessons that you needed to evolve, and you will all know how you stand in that respect. If you consider yourself to be of the Light you are undoubtedly on that path, and are unloading any baggage that you have accumulated.

You are beginning to understand your true self, and live up to your desire to be of the Light and you will know better than anyone else how you are doing. Be of good heart, compassionate and loving to all souls, and if you are able to do so you are well on the way to ascending.

Times are approaching when communities may need to come together to assist those who may well be confused by what is about to happen. It will seem as though the world is being turned upside down, and the future uncertain.

Some areas may be inconvenienced by shortages due to normal services being restricted. So it is important that you care for each other when the need arises. The problems will only be temporary with no long term difficulties, as we are well prepared and already know where help will be needed. Face the future with cheerful anticipation and help maintain the peace that is essential at this time.

We of the Galactic Federation are so pleased for you that at last you can really see the outworking of all the efforts that have been put in to bring an end to the restrictions that have blighted your lives. The Controllers are on their way out, having been severely restricted in their ability to fund the vast operations they ran.

When the banking changes are made, this will further reduce their power and no longer will shady or illegal deals be possible. Dealings that are open and transparent will be the order of the day, and possible because the rogue dealers will have been removed. However, much has come from the top establishment and that also will change with more accountability. You have capable people who know what needs to be done and we will work with them.

Your consciousness levels continue to rise and that is a good sign and your assurance of reaching a level high enough to ascend. The advantage is that you are now less likely to step backwards, and it will become easier to keep your focus on the Light. You are getting immense help, and the pathway through the final months has more key points to come that will assist your upliftment.

We continue to confirm that, in spite of delays, everything proceeds well and we are ready to spring into action at a moment’s notice. We are in fact present on Earth in ways that are not immediately apparent, as we have bases that give us useful access to our allies. We can also more easily keep track on certain members of the Illuminati that are trying to avoid having to surrender.

We wish your media would drop their hesitation to report the real news as, if it were carried out honestly, it would reach more people who as yet have little idea of what is about to happen. In the meantime we look to you to spread the news where and when possible, and soon we shall arrange that our allies are given a voice that will reach the general public.

Global shares edge up, euro vulnerable on divided EU summit

TOKYO (Reuters) - Asian shares rose on Thursday on encouraging U.S. economic data, but prices could falter with markets tense ahead of a European summit deeply divided on how to tackle the protracted euro zone debt crisis and stop it spreading further.

MSCI's broadest index of Asia-Pacific shares outside Japan <.MIAPJ0000PUS> edged 0.2 percent higher while Japan's Nikkei average (.N225) opened up 1 percent. (.T)

Wall Street stocks logged their largest gain in week on Wednesday and oil prices rose after data showed demand for long-lasting U.S. manufactured goods rebounded more than expected in May, a gauge of planned business spending increased and pending home sales rose in May.

However, the upbeat sentiment may evaporate later on Thursday when a two-day EU summit starts in Brussels (1300 GMT), with Germany, France and Italy openly divided.

"This triumph of optimism is conditional on Europe delivering something and the Italian bond auction not being a disaster," said Sebastien Galy, strategist at Societe Generale. "Hence, we remain very much in a tense environment stepping away from the ledge."

German Chancellor Angela Merkel will pit herself against France and Italy at the summit, insisting they must put the bloc's fundamental problems ahead of pleas for emergency action.

Merkel left the door open to eventual joint debt issuance but offered no immediate moves to ease the tension, while EU Economic and Monetary Affairs Commissioner Olli Rehn said Europe would work at the summit on short-term steps to relieve market pressure on countries at risk.

EU leaders have met 20 times to try to resolve a crisis that has spread across Europe since it began in Greece in early 2010.

The euro remained vulnerable at $1.2470, near its lowest in more than two weeks of $1.2441 hit on Tuesday.

Asian credit markets were a tad firmer, with the spread on the iTraxx Asia ex-Japan investment-grade index narrowing by 1 basis point.

"European policy makers have a good track record for underwhelming with their response to the banking and sovereign crisis to date. Thus we are cautious as we head into the summit," ANZ Bank said in a research.

"Spanish and Italian bond yields will remain vulnerable to whatever is delivered. Even if there is a good outcome, the uncertainty surrounding the ability to implement will be high. The Europeans need a strategy to cap bond yields or else another sovereign will be in need of a rescue package," it said.

Italy's six-month borrowing costs rose to 2.957 percent at auction on Wednesday, their highest since December. Rome tests more challenging investor appetite when it offers five-year and 10-year debt for up to 5.5 billion euros on Thursday.

Crude oil futures extended gains from Wednesday when tighter North Sea supplies. U.S. crude were up 0.2 percent at $80.40 a barrel on Thursday and Brent futures also inched up 0.2 percent at $93.70 a barrel. (O/R)

*The hot topic that occupies most of you is the commencement of the arrests so that you are in no doubt that the final days of the Cabal have arrived. Needless to say, it will cause a sensation across the world and the media will have to respond. They will be inundated with calls asking for an explanation, and eventually even those that are conservative will be forced to give the true reasons for what is happening.

There will be official announcements in the US, and careful steps taken to ensure that people have the correct understanding of why the arrests are taking place. Doubt will exist until it becomes clear that the actions are in the interests of all people, by providing a scenario whereby they can be released from the hold of the dark Ones.

There will be deliberate disinformation circulated by those still under the control of the Illuminati, but we will make it clear that the Military are involved as a back up for those making the arrests. They are not execution squads and will only use weapons if they or the Marshalls are attacked in the course of their legitimate pursuits.

The first real action now enables the next part of our plans to go forward, unimpeded by interference intended to delay progress. There will be a pressing need to set up a provisional government of representatives that have proved they are trustworthy and honest. Ones who have already been primed of their responsibilities to you the people.

So at last our promises to you can be shown to be genuine and your rights will be restored. First things first, and when we are satisfied that no further dangers exist we can go forging ahead with other aspects of our plan.

You do not need to rub your eyes, as what you see and hear about is really happening and is the Lightworkers taking charge of your destiny. Even those of you who live outside of the US are part of the plans, and the cleansing will spread across the world.

It is after all a plan for everyone who is ready to ascend, but will naturally affect those who have other plans for their future. With freedom comes choice, and all of you will ultimately find yourselves exactly where you should be.

In the distance there is of course the long awaited contact with you through Disclosure. With everything that is taking place those personnel under oath of secrecy will be released from that responsibility, and free to tell you of their own experiences that support our existence. You know quite a lot already, but when it is made public it will reach those who have not normally followed such matters or, in some cases, are in a state of disbelief.

There is clearly much work to be done to convince people we are not just your friends, but your family. However, we believe that our presence will soon be seen for what it is, and we will be welcomed to land on your precious Earth. We do of course need that contact to establish working groups to be part of the cleansing forces.

All will happen in good time, but it will speed along once we get started as there is much to do in just a few months. We sense that the excitement is growing at the thought of your liberation from the controlling powers, and your lives being lifted up into the Light. The end times for this cycle were planned many eons ago and, in spite of any thoughts to the contrary, when you needed help it arrived.

Our efforts and that of the Spiritual Hierarchy have guided you to this point in time, and now you are about to seize the wonderful opportunity to ascend. Deep down you always knew that your experiences would end in your return to the higher realms. It is where you came from and where you are entitled to be as Beings of Light. The lower dimensions are home to those who have become embroiled in the darkness that has pulled them down, but they have benefitted from being around you, even if they do not yet acknowledge the Light.

Understand that many souls who do not ascend have not necessarily failed to lift themselves up, but have planned their experiences in that way. So do not judge others who follow a different path to you, and allow for them to have the same choices as you have had to map your own destiny.

Your freedom may be taken from you at times but it will always be returned by divine right. Remember God and remember Mother Gaia as both are like your parents, they have always been watching you and providing you with help. It has been given even if you have not known the source of it, and now it would be nice for you to acknowledge it and show your gratitude. A loving thought or prayer would bring even more Love and Light back to you, and that is the Law of Attraction working at its highest level.

Dear Ones, from here on the going will gradually get easier and we will be by your side to ensure that having come this far you do not fail at the last moment. Of course there will be physical changes, but as the vibrations lift up the extent of them will not be as severe as some perceived. There is no need for large scale devastation to restore Mother Earth to her pristine condition.

Whilst we must allow what needs to be done, we can assist Mother Earth who certainly does not want her activities to cause undue harm to life. With adequate warning people can move out of harm’s way and we will be there to help. We must not forget that the Inner Earth Beings are also waiting the call to surface, and they have so much to offer you. They are also your family from many thousands of years ago, and will delight in making contact with you again.

You are of course a mixture of Beings who are related to various Star Civilizations of mainly humanoid origin. These will come to Earth to meet their own and you will have many uplifting meetings with them as old memories return. So you see that you are as much Space Beings as those who many view as different to yourselves. In any event you are all One with the Source, so please treat others as yourself and be kind and considerate at all times.

Asteroids could be heading for Earth right now, and the world should not have to live in fear. At least that's the message of a group of scientists and former astronauts working on the issue. They announced plans today to launch the first privately funded deep space mission in history, a space telescope that would make sure the coast is clear for us.

The SENTINEL mission, announced by the B612 Foundation, would send a telescope into orbit around the sun in order to track small to mid-sized asteroids that could threaten Earth. NASA already works with a network of astronomers to track the most dangerous near-Earth asteroids, those more than two thirds of a mile across. They say they believe they have already identified nearly 90 percent of those deadly space rocks.

However, there is very little data on an estimated 500 million smaller objects that could do us harm - like whatever exploded over the Tunguska region of Siberia in 1908, leveling over 800 miles of forest. *Angelo (These human aliens that visited planet Earth had sex with some of the female population and received a sexual disease, by the time the commander found out why his crew was becoming ill, it was too late. The only option was to explode his spaceship. That is why Tunguska region of Siberia, looks like that because the ship was brought up to the higher orbit and detonated, so that the negative human and non-human aliens would not have ownership of his spaceship!)

The chairman and CEO of the B612 Foundation, former astronaut Ed Lu, says this is a problem. He flew on the space shuttle, the International Space Station and Russian Soyuz spacecraft.

"We've identified and mapped only about one percent of these asteroids to date." Lu said at a press conference. "During its 5.5-year mission survey time, Sentinel will discover and track half a million Near Earth Asteroids, creating a dynamic map that will provide the blueprint for future exploration of our solar system, while protecting the future of humanity on Earth."

Don't expect that dynamic map anytime soon. Launch of the Sentinel telescope is targeted for 2017 or 2018 - if the project, which would cost several hundred million of dollars, is able to find funding.

The B612 group is optimistic. A press release issued by the foundation said, "Advances in space technology, including advances in infrared sensing and on-board computing, as well as low-cost launch system, have opened up a new era in exploration where private organizations can now carry out grand and audacious space missions previously only possible by governments."

The B612 Foundation, based in Mountain View, Calif., is named after the home asteroid of the Earth-visiting prince in Antoine de Saint-Exupery's "The Little Prince." It was originally founded with a focus on deflecting a potential incoming asteroid. Ideas studied include sending an intercepting spacecraft, but none have been tested.

The group has since shifted its focus to this project, which will seek to identify asteroids rather than destroy them. However, the original mission is not far from their minds.

One of Rep. Ron Paul’s (R-TX) lifelong policy goals is on the brink of becoming a reality.

In a nearly unanimous voice vote on Wednesday, the House Oversight Committee approved a bill that would require the U.S. Federal Reserve to conduct a first-ever complete audit of its books and divulge details about its monetary policy discussions. The bill is expected to be taken up by the full House of Representatives sometime next month.

Paul, a longtime critic of the Fed and fiat currencies in general, had previously supported an audit that became part of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. That audit required the Fed to disclose its lending practices during the 2008 financial crisis, revealing that the bank doled out more than $16 trillion in loans and assets swaps to financial institutions all over the world in an effort to stabilize global markets and keeps credit flowing.

Paul, however, felt that the audit which ultimate cleared the U.S. Senate was a stripped down version of what he believes is needed, and most of his colleagues now agree. His bill has garnered an impressive bipartisan coalition of more than 257 co-sponsors — more than half the House — giving it enough votes to pass.

The Senate version, introduced by Paul’s son Rand (R-KY), faces a tougher road. All of its 20 co-sponsors are Republican, and it has been stuck in the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs, which is chaired by Sen. Tim Johnson (D-SD). He has not said whether the bill will be marked-up for debate.

NEW YORK/WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Five of the biggest banks in the United States are putting finishing touches on plans for going out of business as part of government-mandated contingency planning that could push them to untangle their complex operations.

The plans, known as living wills, are due to regulators no later than July 1 under provisions of the Dodd-Frank financial reform law designed to end too-big-to-fail bailouts by the government. The living wills could be as long as 4,000 pages.

Since the law allows regulators to go so far as to order a bank to divest subsidiaries if it cannot plan an orderly resolution in bankruptcy, the deadline is pushing even healthy institutions to start a multi-year process to untangle their complex global operations, according to industry consultants.

“The resolution process is now going to be part of the cost-benefit analysis on where banks will do business,” said Dan Ryan, leader of the financial services regulatory practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York. “The complexity of the organizations will shrink.”

JPMorgan Chase & Co (JPM), Bank of America Corp (BAC), Citigroup Inc (NYS:C), Goldman Sachs & Co (GS) and Morgan Stanley (MS) are among those submitting the first liquidation scenarios to regulators at the Federal Reserve and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp, according to people familiar with the matter.

The five firms, which declined to discuss their plans for this story, have some of the biggest balance sheets, trading desks and derivatives portfolios of financial institutions in the United States.

Great Britain and other major countries are imposing similar requirements for “resolution” plans on their big banks, too.

The liquidation plans are coming amid renewed questions about the safety of big banks following JPMorgan’s stunning announcement last month that a trading debacle has cost it more than $2 billion – a sum far too small to endanger the bank, but shocking enough to bring back memories of the financial crisis.

A Nod to Glass-Steagall

If the extensive planning and review process works as proponents hope, big banks will become less hazardous to the public and regulators will be more confident that they can let wounded institutions die without wrecking the economy.

In congressional hearings earlier this month, JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon said that the bank’s contingency plan for going out of business would let it fail without cost to taxpayers. Living wills reduce the systemic risk of a big bank failing, Dimon said.

The living will requirement could actually yield similar results to restoring Glass-Steagall without actual re-enactment of the Depression-era laws separating commercial banking from investment banking, former FDIC Chairman Sheila Bair told Reuters TV earlier this month.

Bair said regulators may determine that for a liquidation plan to work, a bank must separate traditional banking and insured deposits into subsidiaries set apart from volatile securities trading and securities underwriting.

The rules push banks to untangle their complex structures, which can include thousands of legal entities, and which, in Bair’s opinion, have effectively blocked proposals for breaking up the corporations.

Whether the Fed and the FDIC would actually force any banks to sell businesses or cordon off insured deposits remains to be seen, cautioned Richard Herring, a banking professor at the University of Pennsylvania.

“We don’t know if they will have the guts to do it, but the tools are there,” said Herring, a leading proponent of living wills for more than a decade, who was appointed to an FDIC advisory panel on the plans.

Herring worries, too, that the plans will be so long and complex that they will overwhelm the staff at the agencies.

Still, that the plans are being written at all is progress, Herring said.

Plan for Two Ways to Die

Under the Dodd-Frank Act, banks and regulators must imagine liquidations in two different ways. The first is through bankruptcy courts with banks negotiating with their creditors. This is the going-out-of-business method planned in the living wills due July 1. The living wills must include how subsidiaries in foreign jurisdictions will be liquidated.

The second way is through a new kind of liquidation process in which the FDIC takes control of putting a financial giant down. This method has more flexibility than is allowed in bankruptcy courts, but still uses critical information collected in the banks’ living wills, such as where exactly to find collateral.

The new rules stagger deadlines for the banks to file plans, depending on their size and complexity. Nine banks will file first, including five based in the United States and four owned abroad. Regulators have declined to name the nine banks included in the first round.

Other large banks will have until July and December of next year to hand in their plans, according to the FDIC. Eventually about 124 banks are expected to submit plans, according to the FDIC. There are about 7,300 banks in the United States.

Regulators and the big banks have been meeting since January on what the plans are expected to include. Fed and FDIC officials have said they expect the back-and-forth to continue once the plans have been submitted. The rules give the banks a series of chances to refine their plans.

But if banks cannot come up with feasible liquidation plans, regulators could order the banks to get rid of businesses.

Government intervention is a last resort, said John Simonson, the FDIC’s deputy director of Systemic Resolution Planning and Implementation in the Office of Complex Financial Institutions.

“I think a lot of progress can be made in having these firms make themselves more resolvable before you get to that point of actually imposing those severe remedies,” Simonson said.

The regulators will want to see evidence that the banks can safely resolve their debts and transfer vital customer services and assets to healthy institutions.

The plans could easily be 2,000 or 4,000 pages long, depending on the complexity of the banks, said Ryan of PricewaterhouseCoopers. The plans include “very granular detail” about bank operations, he noted, adding that “in many cases, this is a large documentation exercise.”

For example, the banks must spell out plans for hiring lawyers and contacting regulators in key countries.

The rules for crafting the living wills are 74 pages long, including an explanatory supplement. The plans could even include drafts of press releases showing how the banks would announce that they are going out of business, Herring said.

Losses on JPMorgan Chase's bungled trade could total as much as $9 billion, far exceeding earlier public estimates, according to people who have been briefed on the situation.

When Jamie Dimon, the bank's chief executive, announced in May that the bank had lost $2 billion in a bet on credit derivatives, he estimated that losses could double within the next few quarters. But the red ink has been mounting in recent weeks, as the bank has been unwinding its positions, according to interviews with current and former traders and executives at the bank who asked not to be named because of investigations into the bank.

The bank's exit from its money-losing trade is happening faster than many expected. JPMorgan previously said it hoped to clear its position by early next year; now it is already out of more than half of the trade and may be completely free this year.

As JPMorgan has moved rapidly to unwind the position - its most volatile assets in particular - internal models at the bank have recently projected losses of as much as $9 billion. In April, the bank generated an internal report that showed that the losses, assuming worst-case conditions, could reach $8 billion to $9 billion, according to a person who reviewed the report.

With much of the most volatile slice of the position sold, however, regulators are unsure how deep the reported losses will eventually be. Some expect that the red ink will not exceed $6 billion to $7 billion.

Nonetheless, the sharply higher loss totals will feed a debate over how strictly large financial institutions should be regulated and whether some of the behemoth banks are capitalizing on their status as too big to fail to make risky trades.

JPMorgan plans to disclose part of the total losses on the soured bet on July 13, when it reports second-quarter earnings. Despite the loss, the bank has said it will be solidly profitable for the quarter - no small achievement given that nervous markets and weak economies have sapped Wall Street's main businesses. To put the size of the loss in perspective, JPMorgan logged a first-quarter profit of $5.4 billion.

More than profits are at stake. The growing fallout from the bank's bad bet threatens to undercut the credibility of Mr. Dimon, who has been fighting major regulatory changes that could curtail the kind of risk-taking that led to the trading losses. The bank chief was considered a deft manager of risk after steering JPMorgan through the financial crisis in far better shape than its rivals.

"Essentially, JPMorgan has been operating a hedge fund with federal insured deposits within a bank," said Mark Williams, a professor of finance at Boston University, who also served as a Federal Reserve bank examiner.

A spokesman for the bank declined to comment.

In its most basic form, the losing trade, made by the bank's chief investment office in London, was an intricate position that included a bullish bet on an index of investment-grade corporate debt. That was later combined with a bearish wager on high-yield securities.

The chief investment officer - which invests excess deposits for the bank and was created to hedge interest rate risk - brought in more than $4 billion in profits in the last three years, accounting for roughly 10 percent of the bank's profit during that period.

In testimony before the House Financial Services Committee last week, Mr. Dimon said that the London unit had "embarked on a complex strategy" that exposed the bank to greater risks even though it had been intended to minimize them.

JPMorgan executives are briefed each morning on the size of the trading loss. The tally could shrink if the market moves in JPMorgan's favor, the people briefed on the situation cautioned.

But hedge funds and other investors have seized on the bank's distress, creating a rapid deterioration in the underlying positions held by the bank. Although Mr. Dimon has tried to conceal the intricacies of the bank's soured bet, credit traders say the losses have still mounted.

While some hedge funds have compounded the bank's woes, others have been finding it profitable to help JPMorgan get clear of the losing credit positions.

One such fund, Blue Mountain Capital Management, has been accumulating trades over the last couple of weeks that might help reduce the risk of the bets made by JPMorgan in a credit index, according to interviews with more than a dozen credit traders. The hedge fund is then selling those positions back to the bank. A Blue Mountain spokesman declined to comment.

As traders in JPMorgan's London desk work to get out of the huge bet, which started generating erratic losses in late March, the traders based in New York are largely sitting idle, according to current traders in the unit.

"We are in a holding pattern," said one current New York trader who asked not to be named.

Long before the losses started mounting, senior executives at the chief investment office in New York worried about the trades of Bruno Iksil, according to the current traders.

Now known as the London Whale for his outsize wagers in the credit markets, Mr. Iksil accumulated a number of trades in 2010 that were illiquid, which means it would take the bank more time to get out of them.

In 2010, a senior executive at the chief investment officer compiled a detailed report that estimated how much money the bank stood to lose if it had to get out of all Mr. Iksil's trades within 30 days. The senior executive recommended that JPMorgan consider putting aside reserves to deal with any losses that might stem from Mr. Iksil's trades. It is not known how much was recommended as a reserve or whether Mr. Dimon saw the report, but the warning went unheeded.

The losses are the most embarrassing fumble for Mr. Dimon since he became chief executive in 2005.

In appearances before Congress, Mr. Dimon has taken pains to assure investors and lawmakers that the overall health of JPMorgan remained strong and that it had more than sufficient amounts of capital to weather any economic dislocation.

Even as he apologized for the trade, calling it "stupid," Mr. Dimon emphasized to lawmakers that the loss was an "isolated incident."

The Federal Reserve is currently poring over the bank's trades to examine the scope of the growing losses and the original bet.

The boss of Barclays, Bob Diamond, is under mounting pressure after the bank was hit with fines of £290m for its “serious, widespread” role in trying to manipulate the price of crucial interest rates that affect the cost of borrowing for millions of customers around the world.

There were calls for Diamond to step down after the Financial Services Authority (FSA) slapped a £59.5m fine on the bank – the largest ever levied by the City regulator – forcing him and other top executives to forgo any bonuses for 2012.

The FSA – and authorities in the US which hit Barclays with penalties of £230m – described repeated breaches of rules dating back to 2005. They involved “a significant number of employees”, including senior managers, and called into question the integrity of the markets.

The FSA published embarrassing email exchanges in which Barclays staff were offered bottles of Bollinger champagne as payment for favours or their names printed in “golden letters”. The emails demonstrated how traders manipulated the price of key interest rates in an attempt to make greater profits.

The regulators, including the US department of justice and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, said Barclays had also taken steps to fix the rates as the bank was concerned about its public image during the 2008 financial crisis.

Andrew Tyrie, the MP who chairs the Treasury select committee, described Barclays’ activities as “inexcusable”. The shadow Treasury minister Chris Leslie asked whether there should be a criminal investigation.

The fines come as Diamond – who has earned almost £100m from Barclays since 2006 and was at the time running the division where the misconduct took place – has been trumpeting the bank’s commitment to acting as a “good citizen”, despite the bank’s run-in with HM Revenue & Customs over a £500m tax avoidance scheme and a row with shareholders over his £17m pay packet this year.

Barclays said Diamond and his three close lieutenants – the head of investment banking, Rich Ricci; chief operating officer, Jerry del Missier, and finance director, Chris Lucas – would forfeit their bonuses this year as a result of the attempted manipulation. But they will still be in line for multi-million pound share payouts.

The penalties levied on Barclays are part of an international investigation involving a number of banks – including RBS and Lloyds Banking Group – into interest rates known as the London interbank offered rate (Libor) and the Euro interbank offered rate (Euribor). The two key rates play a key role in determining the cost of borrowing for households and companies.

Politicians rounded on Barclays. Tyrie said: “This was a serious breach. I am very concerned about it. The price-setting mechanism of Libor is crucial to the integrity of the markets. This appears to have been put at risk. From the information I have, it looks inexcusable.”

Liberal Democrat MP Lord Oakeshott said Diamond should quit. “This does terrible damage to Barclays’ own reputation, the integrity of the city of London and many people’s waning trust in capitalism and free markets … He’s got to go and Barclays must be broken up – it’s far too dangerous in these dangerous times.”

In a statement Diamond said: “Nothing is more important to me than having a strong culture at Barclays. I am sorry that some people acted in a manner not consistent with our culture and values.” Tracey McDermott, acting director of enforcement and financial crime at the FSA, said Barclays’ misconduct was “serious, widespread and extended over a number of years”. She said that Barclays traders’ attempts to manipulate interest rates “to try to benefit trading positions is wholly unacceptable. “This was possible because Barclays failed to ensure it had proper controls in place. Barclays’ behaviour threatened the integrity of the rates with the risk of serious harm to other market participants”

The individuals at Barclays, known as submitters, who were responsible for setting the interest rates emailed responses to traders such as “always happy to help,” “for you, anything,” or “done … for you big boy,” after submitting rates that were incorrect.

Lord Myners, the former City minister under the Labour government, told Newsnight: “This behaviour will only change if people face the prospect of criminal charges.”

David Meister, the CFTC’s director of enforcement, said the investigation had been launched to “protect the markets and the public from such illegal conduct.” He added: “Today’s action demonstrates that we will bring the full force of our authority to bear as we carry out that mission”.

Libor is used as a benchmark for setting financial contracts and interest rates around the world. It is overseen by the British Bankers’ Association. Banks are asked what rate they expect to pay to borrow from each other for periods of time ranging from overnight to 12 months in currencies including sterling, dollars, euros, yen and Swiss francs. The banks responses are then averaged to come up with a single Libor figure.

The FSA found that Barclays had been making submissions to the process that were intended to allow the bank to make profits when its traders speculated on interest rates. The bank also reduced the rates it submitted during the financial crisis because Barclays’ managers thought the true, higher rates were being interpreted by the media as evidence that the bank was short of cash.

Barclays said it had received credit from the authorties for “extensive co-operation, as well as the actions it has taken to enhance its systems and controls”.

Admittedly, Diamond was not directly involved in the manipulation. But questions must be asked about what head honchos know about what is going on in the bank.

There is a wider question here too. Was Barclays acting alone in manipulating the LIBOR market?

If not, then we need to know which other banks are complicit.

Certainly with an announcement that is intended to set people’s minds at rest, we expect the media to pick up on it. There will soon come a point when the news can no longer be hidden or ignored, and we know that there will be a mixed reception to it. However, we expect President Obama to address the world, to re-assure people that the actions are positive and in everyone's interests to restore world peace. It will go worldwide and beyond any attempts of the dark Ones to gag it.

We of the Galactic Federation of Light will for a time continue to work in the background, but look for the first opportunity to introduce disclosure. It not only covers our history of working for you and with you, but also the general interest shown in your evolution over a period of thousands of years. However, it will give us the chance to present some of the different civilisations that you are to meet. All will have some link to you if only to have had a hand in your genetic evolution. At a soul level we are all from the Source, but have travelled different paths according to our choice of experience. Differences between us do therefore exist but we are all evolving like you except that some souls are at higher levels than others.

In leaps and bounds you will quickly find yourselves being elevated to the next stage in your upliftment. Many of you have already been primed for a new way of life, and it will set you up for your return to the higher realms that will come with Ascension. A wonderful fulfilling life awaits you which will seem like heaven after your experiences in duality. You will not only understand how energy comes into your lives, but also how to use to use it for your needs. The emphasis will be put on the different ways it can be used, and not least of all as a means of space travel.

On Earth you spend huge amounts of time travelling around in what we see as antiquated forms of transport, it will no longer be necessary to waste so much time in that way, and you will be gifted with technology that allows for almost instantaneous travel. All are based on the use of free energy which is clean and non-polluting. The dark Ones have already developed some craft of this type, and the technology known to them for a very long time. You have been denied its use so as not to affect the standing of traditional methods of travel, and to ensure they keep their power over other countries.

Your dreams will come true and the most wonderful changes will come with freedom being returned to you. You have become so used to being controlled in virtually everything you do that you have forgotten what it is like to be free. You will get a taste of it before Ascension, but remember that with freedom comes responsibility not to indulge in activities that cause danger or harm to others. With the coming of your higher levels of consciousness, will also come a more compassionate and balanced understanding of how to relate to other souls. It is the desire to be at One with all life that will enable you to take your place amongst those you will be joining. We know that the harshness of the Earths vibrations is not conducive to a peaceful existence, and you are continually challenged to keep calm and in control of your emotions.

You have been tested and tried for millennia of time, often repeating the same lessons many times over. You have proved that you can exist in an advanced civilization, and you are welcomed into the higher realms. You have raised your vibrational levels and it will ensure that you are ready to ascend. Those who are not ready will have no inclination to leave duality, and will by choice continue their experiences at the same level. The paths open to you are clearly defined and you cannot move beyond your station. However, all is continually in a state of change and you will eventually make progress as all souls do.

Let go of your earthly attachments and instead be in readiness to expand your consciousness to take in what will be a new way of life. As you learn more about us and get an opportunity to visit us on our ships, you will see firsthand how we live and intermix with other civilizations. All act in service to one another and it is a blessing to be able to do so. The egos have been tamed and the needs of self are not put ahead of any others. We are a community in harmony and putting our energies into serving the Supreme Creator. We get great satisfaction from doing so, and do not for one moment think that it restricts our freedom in anyway. We love our work and the contribution we make to All That Is helping to uplift all other life forms.

Our lives are full and most satisfying and it is by choice that we serve in our own particular way. It is no more or no less than you would do helping your own brothers and sisters. We are after all one big family who acknowledge the gift of life given us by our Father/Mother God, and have been provided with all that we could possibly need to enjoy our existence. We are also co-creators with God having reached a higher state of being and able to use such powers with complete responsibility. On Earth few really understand the potential powers they have, and do not realize that they are responsible for the way their civilization has evolved. Consequently you also reap what you sow, which is why you have ended up in duality. However, you have found your way out of it and many are now able to take the opportunity to ascend.

If you do not engage and fall into these stories but merely observe them, these will dissipate. Your bodies are living libraries of all that has gone before and so the stories in them that have been passed on through your ancestral lines will be activated. Observe them with detachment and they will fall away.

On a lighter note, many of you who have willingly and consciously chosen to go through this process will find yourselves experiencing greater periods of sustained joy within and will embody more and more the thought that all is well, everything is perfect. A deep trust in your connection to Source will be evident in all that you experience and as this feeling of joy persists, wonderful synchronicities will occur in your personal lives that will bring more of this feeling to you and will become a normal way of living and expressing.

Know that all old and sad stories are falling away and you and everyone else upon your World are being renewed on every level of your Being. Ex-Citigroup VP gets eight years for stealing $22 million

(Reuters) – A former Citigroup Inc (C.N) vice president who admitted to embezzling more than $22 million was sentenced on Friday to 8 years in prison, federal prosecutors said.

Gary Foster, 35, pleaded guilty in September to siphoning the money from his employer between 2003 and 2010, transferring the funds to Citigroup’s cash account before wiring it into his own personal account at a different bank.

He was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Eric Vitaliano in Brooklyn federal court to 97 months on the bank fraud charge.

“While obviously we anticipated this would be a serious sentence, since it was a serious crime, we’re grateful that the judge took other matters into account,” including a public statement read in court Friday accepting responsibility and apologizing for the theft, said Isabelle Kirshner, a lawyer for Foster.

A spokesman for Citigroup declined comment.

Federal prosecutors said Foster “steadily and repeatedly enriched himself for many years at his employer’s expense,” according to a pre-sentencing court filing.

Foster was able to evade detection for years by making false accounting entries that made it seem like the wire transfers were in support of existing Citigroup contracts, when they were actually being transferred to his account, according to the complaint. He used the money to fund a lavish lifestyle, purchasing luxury automobiles including a Ferrari and Maserati, and properties in Brooklyn, Manhattan and New Jersey, prosecutors said.

The fraud was uncovered during an internal audit of Citigroup’s treasury department. Citigroup immediately informed the authorities and cooperated with the federal investigation, according to an affidavit from Thomas D’Amico, a special agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

The government said it had seized cars and property from Foster worth approximately $14 million, which he forfeited pursuant to a plea agreement.

Foster, who worked for Citigroup for 10 years, was a vice-president in the treasury finance department when he left the company in January 2011. He was arrested in July at John F. Kennedy Airport.

He voluntarily returned to the United States from a trip to Bangkok after his family told him there was a warrant for his arrest, his lawyers said.

The case is U.S. v. Foster, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, No. 11-601.

Barclays scandal forces out chairman Marcus Agius | Business | The Guardian

Agius to resign following the bank’s £290m fine for its role in attempts to rig interest rates

Marcus Agius, the chairman of Barclays, is resigning in a move intended to take some of the pressure off the embattled bank’s chief executive Bob Diamond, who has faced calls to quit in the wake of the interest rate fixing scandal.

Amid growing political pressure for a top-level departure – and a weekend of high drama during which the bank had insisted on Saturday that Agius had no plans to go – the chairman’s departure was being agreed on Sunday and is expected to be announced on Monday morning.

He is expected to stay on while a full-time successor is found as the Financial Services Authority, the City’s regulator, would need to approve the position.

Sir Michael Rake, a former top accountant and senior independent director on the bank’s board, is regarded as the front-runner to be temporarily installed as chairman. But he has numerous other commitments which could prevent him taking on the role, even temporarily.

However Rake will have played a key role in the boardroom shake-up as Barclays gears up for Diamond’s appearance before MPs on the Treasury select committee this Wednesday. The American-born chief executive is expected to face tough questions about what changes have been made at the bank since it was landed with a record £290m fine last week.

The fine, and the embarrassing emails disclosing the way that traders attempted to manipulate the interest rates with offers of bottles of Bollinger champagne, unleashed a wave of political fury – which will intensify when MPs hold their hearings on Wednesday and Thursday.

The MPs are expected to ask Agius to attend – along with non-executives of the bank – even though he will be stepping aside.

Agius, who is also expected to resign as chairman of the industry lobby group the British Bankers Association, has had a frosty relationship with shareholders for much of his tenure and had been under some pressure even before the shocking revelations about the attempts to manipulate crucial interest rates.

While Diamond is expected to make clear to MPs that Barclays was not alone in the practices – which dated back as far as 2005 – the decision by the bank to settle with the regulators in the City and in the US has put the bank in the spotlight.

The bank will be hoping that the departure of Agius takes some of the political heat of the scandal, which led to Prime Minister David Cameron calling for accountability at the top.

But on Sunday Lord Oakeshott, the Liberal Democrat peer, kept up the pressure. “Marcus Agius going and Bob Diamond staying would be no solution to this scandal. Diamond is the driver and Agius the passenger in the Barclays car crash,” he said.

This view is not shared by investors as despite the political clamour for Diamond’s departure, shareholders are not keen for his imminent departure as there is no obvious successor and his strategy for the bank largely has investors’ support.

The controversial relationship between Agius and shareholders dates back to 2008, when the bank turned to Middle Eastern investors to raise capital and then came in for criticism following the revolt over Diamond’s £17m pay at the annual meeting in May.

That left him vulnerable to further criticism in the light of the revelations about attempts to fix interest rates, known as the London interbank offered rate (Libor) and the European equivalent, Euribor.

These are two benchmarks that are the basis for pricing an array of financial products, potentially affecting the price at which households and businesses borrow money.

The City regulator, the Financial Services Authority, fined the bank £59.9m, while in the US, the Department of Justice and Commodities Futures Trading Commission, some £230m combined.

From 2005 the Barclays traders are said to have tried to alter rates to help themselves and rival traders, while in 2008 – when Barclays raised concerns about Libor – the bank is said to have kept rates lower because higher rates might have been misinterpreted as suggesting the bank was facing financial difficulties.

At one point, the documents released by the FSA showed that so-called submitters of the rates used to calculate Libor believed they were operating under the instruction of the Bank of England.

Paul Tucker, deputy governor of the Bank of England, spoke to Diamond at this time and the Barclays boss is likely to be asked about the detail of this conversation when he appears before MPs.

The Bank of England made clear that it did not know about the problems with Libor at the time.

“It is nonsense to suggest that the Bank of England was aware of any impropriety in the setting of Libor. If we had been aware of any attempts to manipulate Libor we would have treated them every seriously,” the Bank said.

Until this weekend, Barclays’ board had felt that it had taken tough action in the wake of the fine. Diamond forfeited his bonus for 2012, as have his close colleagues Jerry del Missier and Rich Ricci as well as the finance director, Chris Lucas.

Shareholders, though, want to claw back bonuses from prior years and are concerned about the impact of political intervention, which has already contributed to a £4bn slump in the company’s value in just 72 hours.

The hardest part is acceptance that many of those you looked up to were puppets of the Illuminati, perpetuating the lies that held you in bondage to them. Fortunately the rising vibrations are lifting people up out of the darkness, and as their consciousness levels increase they are beginning to question their beliefs.

Much true information now exists and by following your intuition you will surely begin to understand the truth. Seeking for yourself will prepare you for an even greater understanding as with our coming, along with many other advanced beings, the truth will be staring you in the face.

Discerning the truth has nothing to do with intelligence and in fact it can often get in the way, and for many people it is simply a matter of discernment. Neither can you be guaranteed the truth by turning to religious movements, as what was started as a truthful attempt to enlighten people has been corrupted.

You will find that those who teach the truth do not impose it upon you, but simply present it as a helpful tool for your own development and seeking. The imposition of control through the fearful consequences of not following certain beliefs is nothing more than a terrible distortion of the truth.

Everything you need to know is held deep in your subconsciousness. That is how you can become your own person and you will intuitively know what is acceptable and has the ring of truth. However, always be open to an expansion of your understanding, because as you become lifted up it will go forward in leaps and bounds.

Take it bit by bit until you feel comfortable with what you have accepted, and you will find that your level of consciousness will expand quite quickly. Remember that if what you are given does not resonate with you, or carry the higher energies of Love and Light, it is unlikely to be of the truth.

When we can openly meet with you by all means question what we give you, as we are not Gods but may appear so as we are much further down the road of understanding. We cannot carry out miracles and our advanced technologies are the result of our greater understanding and use of the natural energies that fill the Universe.

Your scientists are often aware of the potential advancements but lack the knowhow to put them into being. However, some have been helped by other extraterrestrials for many years, along with knowledge obtained by back-engineering advanced technologies from crashed craft.

Instead of sharing such advancements they have been largely kept secret for reasons of power and control over the world. With our coming all of that will change and such secrets will be released for the benefit of all, along with free access to our technologies.

You have every right to be excited at the prospect of a wonderful future, free from unnecessary controls or limitations upon your freedom. With it will come levels of happiness you have not felt for a very long time. To that end the dark Ones have been identified and are already being removed to rid you of the cancer that has nearly destroyed your civilization.

With it will follow a cleansing that will remove all vestiges of their negative energies and their ability to impose themselves upon you. Peace is near, and all of the trouble spots will be attended to and cleared to allow removal of all evidence of the wars and military forces. Peace is not an option, it is your right to live free from interference to practice your own ways and live according to your cultures.

When the nature of the dark Cabal’s crimes is released it is understandable that there will be immense anger, and it will be a testing time to remain calm and not lose control of yourselves. Bear in mind that our abilities and technologies are such that not one single criminal will escape from having to answer for their crimes.

There is no need for you to try and take justice into your own hands, but simply allow for matters to take their course. Your time will be far better spent helping to bring stability to your locality and spreading calmness where it is needed. You do not however have to do everything yourselves, as our allies will take prominent roles and eventually we shall also be with you.

You are on the verge of a historic victory over the dark Ones, and very soon we shall bring their actions to a halt. They had every intention of leaving in a blaze of glory, but we will curtail their activities as far as possible. Some circumstances are allowed to develop, and in so doing we hope to catch the dark Ones in their acts.

They know their time is limited and that they have little left before they are removed from circulation and put away. Life will become hectic for a time for most people and some inconvenience is inevitable due to the extent of the changes. Do not worry about it as in a relatively short time you will be more than compensated. Those of you that are less affected should seek to help anyone who requires it, sharing whatever you can.

What a great adventure lies ahead of you, and you already know that your Ascension is assured. To think that after millennia of time you have come to the end of duality, having gone through one of the darkest periods you have ever experienced.

At the same time it has also been one that has been very important for your level of evolution. It has given you the opportunity to evolve at a rate that has previously been unprecedented during your time in the lower vibrations. Fortunately you can if so desired set aside memories of it, rather than recall many lives that may not be of the highest order.
