*You will know that for a long time we have been working on various issues that have held up progress. Perhaps even we have underestimated how difficult some have been, but we now see that our allies are on the verge of making a sudden breakthrough. We will refrain from being too precise but this time events will be too big to hide away, and the media will be unable to continue ignoring them.

The developments in the financial sector will show that whatever they do now, they cannot return to the old ways and will have to accept vast changes. We are at a point when the only answers are for the big Banks to accept the new set up that is ready to be installed. There is nowhere to go that will allow them to resurrect the old system, and it will soon become defunct. That will effectively give our allies the green light to go ahead and introduce the new one.

There are other matters rapidly coming to a head and to enable governmental changes, we are pressing our allies for once and for all time to remove those who do not serve you. That is going forward at a faster pace, and you may get advance information from other sources than our own. However, no matter how it emerges it will be good news, that will show you that much has been happening of which you have been unaware. Our wish is to see all activity brought into public view, so that in future you know exactly where you stand.

For too long we have had to keep details under wraps, and even now we are still careful as to what we reveal. It is a matter of keeping our plans to ourselves as far as possible, and stopping interference with them from those still loyal to the Illuminati. Some are of course bound to them through bribery or blackmail, and still fearful of the consequences of disobeying them. We have however invited them to join us and grant asylum so that they are not in danger. That does not mean that they get away with their crimes, but that is not a matter that we will deal with and is best left to the higher forces. Since justice is always seen to be done, there is no point in wasting your energy by being concerned about the outcome.

You are entitled to know who and what was behind the heinous crimes against humanity. In the knowing there are also lessons for you, otherwise you will find it hard to accept that as a collective you allowed them to occur. In many instances you have effectively given your approval by not preventing them. However, the dark Ones are very manipulative and deceitful as otherwise they would not be able to carry out or get away with their crime. It has also required extensive collusion with those who have carried out their bidding. Duality has certainly taught you many severe lessons, but also many beautiful ones as it has by no means been one sided. Now that period is comlng to a close you can return to your true reality.

As the truth is revealed it will also bring people together as far as their understanding of what God is, or is not. The truth will no longer be able stand side by side with that which is false, and you will find that many teachers have had their words changed to suit the ambitions of those who desired to control you. Indeed, they have also made additions to support their own interpretations. No one teaching is really better than another, although some have a more accurate explanation for God. He/She is not in the image of Man, or an individual as you would understand it. God is the very essence, the energy that everything has its existence within. God is Love and all powerful and is the Father/Mother of all life. We acknowledge the Source and give due gratitude for all that we have, the most precious being life itself.

Where you have as you might say, gone astray do not worry about the consequences. Duality is for experiencing and spiritual growth, and having lost touch with God you have gone your own way and relied on your conscience to guide you. Unfortunately Man has always had a herd instinct and has usually followed the leader, and been led far from the Light and Truth. Now you have risen up again and thrown off the shackles of the dark Ones, and are returning to the Light. That has attracted the attention of those who guide you as you are now responsive to their presence and "hear" their advice and respond to their promptings. If you have not been aware of it, try sitting quietly and relaxing, and you will most likely start a conversation with your Guides or Higher Self.

For those who are still preparing for Ascension the advice is to hold your energy close to you, and not give it away to situations that have been emotionally stirred up by the actions of the dark Ones. It is too easy to become angry at their actions, and if you have reached a level of control you can avoid it, and you will be all the better for it. Keep calm as you will have plenty to be happy and joyous about as the future is revealed to you. Let go of the old ways and live as you envisage life will be after Ascension. It will be some of the happiest times you have ever experienced, and this period and those before it will seem just as a bad dream. Get ready for sudden changes that are about to enter your lives and will confirm that you are moving out of the legacy of duality, and from the Illuminati who have exploited it for their own ends.

Many times you have asked why we do not simply take over matters, but we have to say that it is impossible unless we are given divine authority. We have often mentioned that we are careful not to interfere, and that is because duality is an experiment. The aim was to find out what you would do if you were separated from God, and each and very one of you volunteered to take part. The reward for you was the experience that you would gain, that would speed up your evolution beyond anything in the normal way. That meant you had to be responsible for your actions, so it would have been taking it away from you if we did intervene. We have to tell you that our authority has now been extended to allow us to take some situations into our own hands.

*The acceleration of time is speeding up and the warmth of the summer is quickly moving forward into the fall season. Being out in nature each day is bringing healing, grounding and the feeling of quiet joy and peace within. The energy influxes are more powerful than before and bring the need for more sleep as these come in and are integrated. Every Human on Earth is receiving these energies and much cleansing of the larger population is at hand. There is a focus on the resolution of long standing issues between different members of families, communities and all institutions that make up your daily life. All issues that must be resolved and released are coming up for review.

This requires much patience from those who have already faced this process and much calming energy. Do not take anything personally in these days, no matter the seeming appearance of it. It is simply the release within each person’s Being of all that was harbored, not consciously faced and never addressed. All old paradigms of thinking and activities within them are being transmuted into greater acceptance that what was is no longer relevant in these changing times. Humanity is being prepared for the shift out of duality into higher consciousness and what came to the surface in the morning is already dealt with and has been dissolved and a new issue is on review.

Remember that Love is the most powerful force in the Universe and can heal all that is dysfunctional and unresolved within each person and between each person. Choose Love always in all interactions with those around you. This time in the Earth’s history is hard on everyone and much healing energy and thought is required. Think of yourselves as the Ambassadors of Love and bring your Light out in the open. Having already experienced this cleansing within yourselves, you now have the opportunity to shine your Light for the benefit of others. It does not require your involvement in their issues, however, just the being in your Light. This is very helpful energy and empowering to those who need it.

Most of you are now well into the next level of your journey and are experiencing downloads of new energy coming in. As you integrate and assimilate these energies, greater changes take place within you. You are all powerhouses of energy and must use these wisely, for you affect all Beings around you by your thoughts and actions; self control is most important during these times and detachment from the outcomes of all situations in your sphere of influence. You are here for the duration of the shift and must use discernment in the choosing of the areas of your focus.

It is most important that you direct Love to yourself and honor your need for quiet moments of reflection and going within. This is helping to bring a greater connection to your higher aspects and further integration can take place in a space of grace and ease. Try to experience those moments of joy to the fullest as they come to you and know that this is the natural state in the wholeness of your perfected Being. Let the Light shine through your heart, through your eyes and through your smile.

*For you the greatest discovery is that your consciousness levels have risen quite considerably in the last few years. Knowledge is useful but not in itself your passport to Ascension. Through living the highest concept you have of yourself, you are setting your goals to become that which is your destiny. You are also helping raise the levels of the Mass Consciousness, and that attracts even more souls so that in the end a large number of you ascend. You will also find that you can rise above the pull or attraction of the lower energies. They are no longer part of you when you seek a higher expression of yourself. What did satisfy you in this lifetime is no longer necessarily fulfilling, as you have become more sensitive to that which is creating discord or discontent.

You will continue to disassociate yourself from the lower vibrations, and that can also affect the nature of your friendship with other people. You will seek those with whom you find harmony and can share your outlook on life. You will understand that it is a natural separation, as you find it easier to share your joy and happiness with like kinds. The third dimension has long exalted the "joys" of drugs, alcohol and sex, all of which when excessively used become highly addictive and lower your vibrations. The dark Ones are aware of this and encourage such indulgence, as it takes you away from the real issues in your life that you should be concentrating upon. Certainly you came into life to experience, but many of you have become locked into the lower aspects and do not move on.

As you know by now, like attracts like and you draw to you those souls that are very likely at a similar level to yourself. The choice often is whether you pull each other further down, or are able to uplift each other. Naturally there are karmic issues often involved , but for every soul that has "fallen" there are always opportunities to make your way back. Never look upon yourself as unworthy or beyond help, as it is always there if you take the first step to lift yourself up again. In these end times many souls have taken on several challenges to enable them to be ready to ascend. It is the final clearing of karma collected over many lives, and sometimes you have to be strong to clear it. With Ascension in mind every effort you put in is well worthwhile.

You will sense when you have overcome your challenges, as a sudden calmness enters your lives and much relief is experienced as though a great weight has been removed from your shoulders. Often it involves other souls with whom you have had to make peace, and have been unable to move forward until an act of forgiveness is achieved. Set judgment aside and forgive and forget, as the lessons from it will remain with you so that you continue to learn from that experience. Look upon life as play acting and realize the once the curtain comes down you all become friends once again. In the future such problems do not exist as the dimension you will be in, is one of complete harmony and balance.

With your Ascension approaching very quickly bear in mind that it is not dependant on the physical changes taking place on Earth, but there are essential steps to be taken if Mother Earth is to be ready for her own Ascension. Ascension is ongoing and cannot be prevented from taking place, it is a process of Galactic proportions in which you nevertheless have an important role. Once you move forward everything else can also do the same,  and you can look at it this way as the last piece of the jigsaw puzzle to make it complete. It is why Space Beings from all over the Universe assemble to witness your Ascension.

Various actions are making progress, and we closely monitor how they are proceeding. Be assured whatever needs to be completed before Ascension, will be done so, even if we have to play a bigger part than initially thought necessary. We are under divine instructions to help you be ready at the appropriate time, and are in co-operation with many other Higher Beings. No source has deemed it necessary for you to do it all yourself, and it was always going to be a joint effort. After all, we have been with you on and off for thousands of years, drifting in and out mainly to assist Mother Earth. With the demise of Lemuria and Atlantis you might guess that they were times when our expertise was required.

Your civilization was not necessarily certain to end its cycle without a calamity, and a number of times came close to annihilating itself. You did in fact what earlier ones did, and became enamored with power and weapons of mass destruction. It results from a lack of appreciation of how dangerous nuclear devices are, and a scientific fraternity that will experiment before first understanding what the results are likely to be. When the first atomic bomb was exploded, your scientists knew there was a chance it could blow up the world, but still went ahead. Normally you have to experience the stupidity of your waywardness, otherwise you would not learn from anything you do.  However, when your actions have threatened other civilizations we have had to intervene.

The advent of your Nuclear Age was a clear signal to the Universe, that you possessed the ability not to just blow yourselves up, but also Mother Earth. This time round it was not going to be allowed, as all souls were to be given an opportunity to ascend. We know that when you look around you, you are convinced that some souls are unaware of what is about to happen. We will however assure you that before incarnating into this period of time, every soul was made aware of its importance. Even although some souls elected not to ascend, they still wanted to experience the energies. It is the reason why you need not concern yourself about others, as they will end up exactly where they are meant to be by their own choice.

*The period you are in now is a bit like the calm before the storm, as in reality you know only a little about what is really happening. Yet our activities are putting the pressure on those who need to step aside, to allow the New Age to commence. Either they move or we will do it for our Allies, and that will result in a great deal of happenings that will finally hit the media. It will be what you have been expecting and will gather pace very quickly. Even so it will take some weeks before the remnants of the old paradigm can be removed, and thus allow the introduction of that which is to replace it.

As we have often informed you, everything is ready to go ahead, and we will be every bit as delighted as you will be when it does so. In the first instance much of the work will be carried out by our allies, who are well prepared for their role in the proceedings. We have been guiding them for a long time and are extremely grateful for their cooperation, as we are with Lightworkers in general. Many of you incarnated especially at this time knowing what challenges lay ahead for you, and were chosen because of your loyalty and service to the Light.

Many of you first started to awaken in the darkest period of your civilization, having responded to your inner promptings. They were to work for something better that took into account of the level to which Humanity had dropped. As pioneers of the Light you laid down the Light and encouraged other souls to join you. They were precarious times fraught with dangers, but you started something that those who followed you could build upon. As a result so many souls are now partially awakened, and they do not need much more Light to become fully awakened.

Bear in mind that the God of this Universe had long decreed that this cycle this time round, would end in victory for the Light. That promise has been en-acted by many, many Light bearers that oversee the affairs of Man from the higher realms. Such Beings would to you seem as Gods and have immense power, so much so that they could move the Earth if it was so desired. When you learn of the changes that lay ahead, you will understand how easy it is to implement them. They work with us and will ensure that the transition period is quite short, so that you are soon blessed with all of the advantages of being in the higher vibrations.

You own creative powers will be enhanced but until you evolve further there are limitations as to how far you can go. One thing you will soon become aware of is how quickly your desires are manifested. Indeed, we have already told you of your coming ability create through the power of thought. However, until that time you will have the benefit of our technology, that will cover your immediate needs such as food, shelter, clothing and free energy. Some of this could already have been given you, but for its deliberate retention by the dark Ones.

No longer shall you be held back, and once we are with you we shall make up for lost time. We will by then have also ensured that it is not possible for your progress to be interfered with by those with a different agenda. That is one of our major responsibilities, as the task of doing that yourselves would have been far too difficult for you. We have the resources and technologies such as being able to track down any member of the Illuminati, and be present where they are without their knowledge. That is how we can prevent their plans from coming to fruition, although for karmic reasons we cannot always stop everything.

Right now the Illuminati are becoming bereft of ideas as to how they can continue with their plans for world domination. As you would say, the writing is on the wall, and they stare defeat in the face. They find it hard to accept having come so near to success, that they have failed. Duality gave them the opportunity to plan their take-over millennia of time ago, and they were influenced by energies that exist off planet. Both the dark and the Light were allowed to entice souls to come to their side, although because you dropped down to the lower levels you were neither entirely one or the other.

You have come through a period when you indulged in the lower vibrations, that carried you from one life to the next. In recent times the Light has become stabilized upon Earth, and is now well established. It will stay like that and even get more powerful as you approach the time of Ascension. It will be one great step forward, that will see you ready to commence another cycle, but this time one where the Light is the dominant force. Your challenges such as they are will be more ones of reasoning and right action, as the Laws that protect evolving souls are still in place.

Have no fear as by the time you reach the higher levels, you will have become a Being with a highly developed level of consciousness. With that is your passport to the Galaxy, where you will have the freedom to decide your next journey. There are so many different Civilizations, Councils and Federations that you will have plenty of choice. Spiritual evolution is still your objective, and the next stage will see you preparing to be a Being of Pure Light. Upon reaching that level you can move around in any form that you choose. You will also be able to decrease your vibrations at will, allowing you to visit the lower dimensions if that is your wish.

As we often mention, as you ascend and become more of the Light, your desires are to be of service to others. So your time is not wasted, although you can organize your life to include pleasurable pursuits. God desires that you enjoy your life and has placed everything before, so that you can find satisfaction in your travels. Just now you will not necessarily know in what direction you would go, but once with an increased level of consciousness you will fully know yourself, and able to make your choice.

*Some people ask what shall they do when they have to make decisions that will take them beyond the 21st. December. The answer will always be to follow your intuition, as whatever you do it will not affect your Ascension. What is however important is to settle any differences you have with friends and relations. It can be done if you accept the need to start the New Age with a clean slate, and realize that some old relationships will end and new ones begin. There will be more partnerships rather than marriages, as you will come into groups that will work together for each others benefit. You will in fact have more freedom than previously, having reached a higher level of consciousness. You will be able to travel freely and reach out to the Galaxy to go wherever your desires take you.

Part of your immediate growth is from lifting your thoughts up so that you can focus on the future. Your present cycle is ending and with it should go any attachments that could hold you back. Have no regrets as you have had hundreds of lives that have speeded up your evolution. You are in line for a much better life without the drawbacks that duality has confronted you with. Yet all of your experiences have been part of your upliftment, and you will always benefit from them. Duality has been a time of fully experiencing the senses and emotions and learning to control them. You have the ability to keep negative emotions in check, and you cannot excuse yourselves if you fail by claiming that is how you are. You must make the effort to change, and this will benefit you in many ways, as you will feel much better within yourselves. Anger in particular has a debilitating affect on you, and when it repeatedly occurs it is damaging your body and can bring the onset of illness.

Dear Ones the point is that as you become more of the Light your attention is drawn to the harmonious things in life, and as you progress it does become easier to maintain your peace and calmness. That is you becoming more in alignment with your Higher Self, which is your ultimate objective. What you were is not the real you, and duality is not your true reality. It is all an illusion that has been created by you all since you dropped down into the lower vibrations. Since then you have had your highs and lows, but as the Human Race you have never reached such a point as now, where every soul has the opportunity to ascend.

Before you reach the 21st. December many opportunities will be given to those who are unaware of what is coming. Also to those who have decided that they have no interest in leaving your present Earth, so that they have no regrets afterwards. As we have told you previously whatever decision you make is upheld, and what is most important is that you proceed with your evolution at a level that is exactly right for you. So when you reach that stage after Ascension and realize that some people known to you have not ascended, it should not be a time of sadness. In some cases you may later choose to work with them by acting as a Guide, so your link with them will still be quite strong.

With relatively little time left before the closure of this cycle, there is much taking place and all will be prepared in time for it. As you now understand, most of it relates to various forms of cleansing, and the removal of those dark Ones and their power and influence, that is now breaking up. There is no way back for them and much about their operations is coming into the public knowledge. It is necessary that you know how you have been duped, and you have no reason to feel guilty about it as the dark Ones have wielded great power in the past. It goes back a very long time from when the negative energies were first attracted to Earth. You have in fact carried out a great service for the Universe by helping transmute them, often at great cost to yourselves.

Set yourselves free from the lower influences and stand up for you beliefs, because as the truth comes out you may have to explain your position. It is not however necessary to convince others that you carry the truth, or convert them to your ideas. When people are ready for it, it will be recognized for what it is, and much of what has stood for the truth is now being revealed, and it will make people re-access their beliefs. Before very long the Masters will return to Earth, and with those already here will ensure that the false teachings and historical records are either corrected or removed. The truth is not just something written into your records, but an energy that lifts other people up and brings them to a true understanding.

Just think for a moment how as visitors to your Earth we are maligned and deliberately shown as monsters bent on enslaving you, and stealing your lands. We are described as aliens when in fact we are your true family, and have never lifted as much as a finger against you in anger. Any such activities against you are not by members of the Galactic Federation of Light, but by other Extraterrestrials or by your own forces. It is of course all done to make you fearful of us, and is not helped by some religious groups who claim we are devils. We would ask that you wait until we can walk amongst you and then you will feel our auric emanations, and know that we come in Love and Light.

We know that many of you who read our comments already understand our position. You are our vanguard and there will come a time when your knowledge will be invaluable to us. We cannot be everywhere at once, and you will be on hand to answer the questions from those who are new to the whole idea of Ascension. It is quite something to grasp and accept, particularly as the idea of the end of time has a connotation of losing everything you own and are familiar with. It can be a frightening thought, but is acceptable once it is understood that it is but a new beginning. One that propels you into a wonderful realm of peace and harmony, where you can forget all of your worries. In truth you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

*The energies of Love are all around you and those of you who have been preparing for these times are beginning to experience many moments of clarity and insight about your purpose for being on this Planet. These insights come to you as flashes that come and go, sometimes so quickly that you wonder if you were imagining them.
Trust in the knowledge of your own destiny that is coming through for you and have faith that all is unfolding just as it should in perfect, divine timing. Many assistants both on Earth and in the higher dimensions are preparing you for the greatest experience of many lifetimes and many galactic cycles, the experience of Ascension.

The energies that you have been transmuting on a continual basis come in cyclic waves and right now the Cosmic energies have been pouring down upon this Planet and then the process of clearing and releasing will start again. Each wave of new energy moves each person into a deeper purge than before and this is an uncomfortable process but one that must be experienced by all.


Humanity as a whole is not in a state of waking awareness yet of what is occurring to them, however, the energies affect all upon your World and on a higher level of their Beings, all have chosen this experience and all desire to ascend.

Those of you who carry the Light are asked to remain centered and calm as you go about your daily activities. It is important to remain focused upon the grounding of this Light into the core of the Planet so that you are always in equilibrium. Be observers of that which unfolds around you, rather than participants, and look for signs in all places that changes are taking place.

Your intuitive faculties and power of discernment will be much employed in these times. Go within daily to commune on a deeper level with your Divine Presence and listen to the still, small voice that guides you unerringly to your destiny.

Ensure that you start your day with your energies cleared of all extraneous influence so that you can remain aware when in the company or vicinity of others around you when additional clearing and centering needs to be performed.

Remember that everyone is experiencing the cleansing of their emotional bodies and can leak this dross into the energy fields of others around them, so vigilance and awareness is necessary. Know that you have the power to change the energies within your auric field simply by intention and that you also can upgrade the energies of those around you by intending that only the highest good can manifest for all.

Remember, as you observe the World around you, that you have already surpassed the challenges that are now gripping the lives of Humanity as a whole and you do not need to partake of it except to intend the Light of God in any situation that comes to your awareness.

Call upon your Holy Christ Self of the Light to manifest through you and practice being your higher essence with intention. The qualities of compassion, kindness and helpfulness will lift the hearts of those around you who need to know that they are not alone. You can make a positive difference.

*We come to wish you all a very happy summer. Much is coming to fruition at this time and we see the light of your dear planet earth becoming intense and awakened.

Much is soon to manifest as a result of your hard work dear ones, so do not be surprised as you witness many traditions begin to crumble. It is a time of transition and shifting to new ways of seeing, being, and living.
You will be pleasantly surprised when the world finally realizes that there is no need for war, separation, cruelty, and extreme power held by a few. These concepts are remnants of an energy that is now completing for those of you choosing to move forward.

This new world is represented through new ways of living and yet, it is not new at all, for you are simply now awakening to the realization that you are and always have been, One. All living things are connected by virtue of their being in and of the One omnipresent, One omnipotent, and One omniscient Consciousness.

As the manifestation of Source, you are also one with every Divine Idea within Divine Consciousness. Think upon that dear ones–you are actually one with Divine ideas of abundance, joy, peace, intelligence, completeness, wholeness, and much more. These Divine ideas are held in place by law. If there were disease or lack in Divine Consciousness, it would be held in place forever and could never be healed or changed.

Many of you are now experiencing painful endings; the leaving behind of people, places, and things that no longer resonate with you. These things as you have known them, are not held in place by Divine law but were the expressions of your state of consciousness at the time they were important to you.

Do not be afraid to lovingly let go of all that is finished, because this paves the way for new and higher forms of that which you love to appear in your experience–new friends, new activities, new joys, for nothing real can ever be lost and your new and higher resonance will draw that which is completeness for you, to you.

There are two areas of strong belief firmly intrenched in the third dimensional consciousness and both are causing pain for many at this time. These two are; 1.Beliefs regarding romantic relationships and 2.Beliefs about money.
In third dimensional energy (duality and separation) relationships are based on the concept that “I am half of a couple”. “I need you to give me the feminine energy” (male belief), or “I need you to to give me the masculine energy” (female belief) and “together we are whole”. This concept has been in place for lifetimes and is still being pushed upon you through books, movies, television shows, family, friends, churches etc.

However, as you awaken to your innate completeness, you begin to understand that you are already complete and whole and that as the manifestation of Source, you embody both the masculine and the feminine qualities/energy.
Those spiritually ready for this awareness but still needing to integrate their masculine or feminine aspect are now getting ample opportunities for practice through experiences of daily living that force one or the other to take on responsibilities heretofore believed to belong to the opposite sex.

You cannot move forward into the new and higher energies while still entertaining the belief that you are half. All have both the masculine and feminine energies. It is a matter bringing them into a balance regardless of what physical form has been chosen for this life time. This awakening is causing conflict in many established marriages and relationships as suddenly one partner realizes his or her completeness while the other chooses to stay in the old energy of being half of a couple.

The other area manifesting many problems now is the struggle to release the beliefs of financial lack and limitation. Mankind creates from its state of consciousness–personally as well as globally. The third dimensional consciousness always manifests as pairs of opposites because it is an energy of duality and separation. Therefore, the world as you have experienced it lifetime after lifetime, has always known lack and limitation, it has become the accepted normal. There is a human matrix of beliefs and it is filled with concepts of lack with more being added each day.
Your job is to stop claiming these beliefs as true and thus allowing them to become your state of consciousness. You are ready to move beyond this matrix of beliefs and it is difficult.

Abundance is held in place by Divine law and you are now ready to accept and embrace that. We are not guiding you to sit in poverty repeating over and over; “God is all” while doing nothing, for to “pretend a state of consciousness not attained, is human”. Truth must become a state of realized consciousness before it can manifest.

What we are saying, is that it is time to make the first step as you consider acting on a financial situation, a step of realizing that Divine Consciousness (which you are in your true essence) contains nothing of lack. Recognize that you have simply come under the influence of false concepts and beliefs because it is all you have ever known–no judgement, no guilt–just a moving into the new and higher awareness of abundance as being for all, held in place by Divine Law.
This is your journey, this is evolution–your work as you evolve. Remember, you chose to evolve through duality and separation and you are doing a fine job. After assuring yourself of the truth, then proceed take whatever human footsteps may be necessary at the time.

All is about to change very soon and this is why we guide you to let go of blindly holding on to things and ways that no longer work for you. You are moving into new awareness which in turn will lead you into a new and higher state of consciousness. When people try and hold to what is old and finished and no longer resonates simply because of family, friends, false pride or duty, they hold themselves back and cause themselves much unnecessary pain. However, there will always be free will and all can choose when and if they wish to awaken.

It is a new time dear ones, a time for celebration, for that which is real is beginning to manifest. You are not hearing about this through your media, but much is taking place behind the scenes. Hold to your center of truth as best you can with every experience of daily life while visualizing your energy field filled with Light.

You are being bombarded with much that is old and false as the clearing process within and without manifests chaos. The Light is forcing illusions created of shadow energy to surface in order that they be looked at and released. You are beginning to recognize this chaos for what it is– the manifestation of that with is old and untrue, creations of duality and separation.

Mankind as a whole is no longer resonating with ideas of war, in spite of the intense and ongoing efforts of those seeking to keep you in bondage to the belief that war is necessary for your safety.

*The dark Ones really thought they had won the day, and the New World order was in their reach. However, they reckoned without your resilience and determination to stand up to them, and in the relatively short period since your present century started, you have exponentially increased the Light on Earth to defeat them. They still make noises and believe that they can still interfere with the plans for Ascension, but the fact is that they are now no more than a minor irritation. They no longer have the power or support to achieve any real measure of success, and are witnessing the demise of their empire.

What we are dealing with now is the system that they set up that still functions. It does for example stand in the way of Disclosure, but with each day that passes their obstruction is being removed. Once Disclosure becomes officially approved, it will open the floodgates to many other aspects of our ongoing relationship with you. Open contact has to be seen as a separate issue, but will take place before Ascension occurs. The way must be first prepared for such great revelations, because many people are still in denial of our existence let alone ready to receive us. However, the truth must come out as your future is very much bound up with ours, because we are All One.

Our arrival will not signal any intent to take anything away from you, and it is quite the opposite as we have so much to give you to help you leap into the New Age. That of course is not the end of it as you will then join up with us on an equal basis, and together we will serve others who are needing the type of experience that we can give. Your future will bear little or no similarity to what you have been experiencing, and will be totally different but also very acceptable. We might say that you have not lived yet, because your lives have been served in a false reality. It is one that you were given freewill to create as you wished, but was taken over by the dark forces.

Your freewill will not be taken away from you, and whatever you choose will be your new pathway that will commence after this present cycle ends. In these circumstances, there is no point in trying to persuade others to do differently, as they will not feel comfortable out of their depth. Furthermore, there are no such things as deadlines where your evolution is concerned. You progress at your own pace, and if souls choose to stay in the lower dimensions then quite clearly they are not ready to move on. In all probability they will not need to stay in them for very long, as like you they can call upon their earlier experiences.

Whether the media care to report it or not, we are progressing very steadily and matters are building up for a grand finale. The new financial situation is taking shape and the necessity for great change is being accepted. It cannot therefore be very long before some announcements about it are forthcoming. It will certainly be the beginning of the end of the Illuminati. Without control of the money supply they disjointed and unable to fund their various activities. We are in any event recovering vast sums of money, bonds and valuable metals that will be returned to their rightful owners or placed into a worldwide Redistribution Fund.

Dear Ones we are very busy overseeing our allies activities, and the more we work together the more success we are achieving. After Ascension our relationship with you will become even more personal, and you will quickly become Star Beings as you were eons of time ago. For that reason you will take to it very easily and feel at home with what you will be doing. It will all be very purposeful and aimed at bringing you fully into your new lives. How nice it will be for you to know that everyone you meet will be trustworthy and sincere in their activities. Honesty will be taken for granted, as in the higher dimensions there is no place for anything less.

So hold on for while longer as whatever your problems whether they be physical or otherwise they will be solved. We know that many suffer the physical ills associated with life on Earth, but rest easy in the knowledge that all of them will be put right. There is absolutely nothing that cannot be remedied though our healing methods, and as a Being of energy you will find that sound and colours are very central to them. Crystals are also very much involved and can be used in ways that creates the most powerful energies for transformation and cures. In fact crystals will play a very big part in your lives in future. These concepts are by no means new to you, as many of you were in Atlantis in the periods that they were widely used.

We believe you are beginning to understand why you are so highly thought of, because your levels of consciousness were much higher in the past. The lower vibrations of duality have made it difficult for you recall those times, and it is only recently that you have started to awaken to your true selves. Your potential is unlimited and you will soon find your true place in the scheme of things. When you get to know us you will see yourselves in us, and that is because many of you came from the civilizations that are members of the Galactic Federation of Light. When you meet your own you will know immediately that they relate to you, and what a reunion you will have. Indeed, there will be celebrations when we can openly meet you, because you will realize that we have always been close to each other. It will be the most natural coming together of souls who have worked together for eons of time.

You have so much to look forward to, so do not waste your time or energy worrying what will happen to the dark Ones. You will certainly be informed who has been behind the plans to take over you and your world, and who has been responsible for the atrocities committed throughout your history. Naturally you will be more interested in those that have occurred in your own lifetimes. There will be many shocks as people that you may have respected will be revealed for what they really are. With the downloading influx of the incoming energies, a more expansive view of the World you live on will encourage the onset of creative solutions to the many problems that beset the Planet and its inhabitants. As the hearts of its people begin to open wider in response to these energies, so too, will the feeling of Oneness begin to prevail upon the whole of Humanity.

One race will perceive another as connected in Oneness with them to the Source of All That Is. Differences will melt away as though they never were and much progress will be made in human relations in a relatively short time. For now, it is incumbent upon the Lightworkers around the World to hold their vision of a more perfect World and to stay faithfully and confidently upon their individual Path to wholeness, balance and ascension. It is your faith which will see you move beyond all previous limitations into the mastery of yourselves, your energies, your lives; and your dreams will manifest before you with amazing speed and wondrous synchronicity.

Know that you are creators and that what you see before you in your life in this moment is a result of your thoughts and intentions. The grace of Love prevails within your Being and it is this magnificent force within that will bring the changes that are needed, both within and without. Kindly remember that you walk this Earth as Ambassadors to the Divine, as representatives of a higher order of service to the World, and, that you are making a difference.

Each of you walks lightly and makes minimum impact upon your Planet in terms of contributing to the dense energies that are now being lifted by the focus of Light and Love that you hold. Those of you who have felt the weight of the denseness as you transmuted it will now experience a greater Lightness of Being within you and greater periods of clarity and awareness will take hold.

We know that many of you are weary and that you sometimes wonder why you raised your hand so enthusiastically when volunteers were being called to incarnate upon this Planet. It was your great Love and compassion for not only Humanity that propelled you here but also the knowing that there was a still greater purpose unfolding in the Cosmos. Your deep courage and sense of adventure is being honored by all those of us who have walked the same path before you. You are never alone.

Continue to nurture yourselves and to honor the promptings of your inner guidance. Use all your senses and feel into the World around you. Look for the beauty in all things and in all people, find the common ground between you rather than being put off by the seeming differences.

Let the peace that is within you surround you and bless all life as you daily labor to reach ever higher in your vision and your aspirations. *Can we look at the containment effort, please, particularly in international affairs? So, a while back you said, “Well, Vladimir Putin and Bashar al Assad are in containment.”
Could we know what the impact of the containment of the leaders is, and the impact on the financial system and also on Disclosure, please?

AAM: The impact on the international front is a greater desire and a greater creation of peace. And we don’t just mean that in the absence of armed uprising and the various forms of aggression that your governments are known to undertake. Now, we are not suggesting that some aggressions do not continue. They have, far more than we would even desire. But they are being contained. They are being limited.
What is happening — think of it in a very practical kind of way — is that the leadership that has been contained is having very much a change of heart. What has happened is they are growing extremely, extremely weary. Because to continue in a controlling, aggressive, dare I say hateful, manner is spiritually exhausting.

So think of it has fighting 24/7, in your terms, against the walls of light. After a while, after a very short while, you are so exhausted of that struggle — and this is something that we are addressing to the human collective as well — you are so exhausted of the struggle that you simply let go. And in that you begin what we would call the reconstruction.

So that is what is happening. You notice usually, when I introduce myself to you, my beloved friends, is that I call myself a warrior of peace, not an emissary, not an ambassador, not a mediator. I am a warrior of peace. As are you, my beloved friend. That is why your desire for truth is unquenchable.

So what is happening on the international front is you are beginning to see a decline in what you think of, or consider, or is, aggressive controlling action. That is also true in terms of your financial systems upon the planet. Only the… well, there is desire for control. But what is taking place, and how this containment — yes, of course it entails a change of heart — but the change of heart is also done politically, economically, in a community way.

It is also that many that are involved in financial systems are saying, “This is too hard to maintain.” We are trying to bolster a system that, in fact, does not support, or does not work. So already alternative methods of what we would call equity equalization are already being put in place.

Now, that does not discount or cancel what you think of as NESARA. In fact, in many ways the containment efforts, which from our perspective have been very successful —not completed, but underway — but these containment efforts are a precursor to NESARA because those who would have been the most vocal, the most adamant opponents of change, of simply allowing the system to re-balance itself, will be gone, will not have that voice, not because they have been removed — although some of them have been — but because the desire to be the opponent is no longer there.
So, this is how containment is working.

Now, you are still seeing what we would see as a friction in duality. And this is growing in many ways. Again, it is the water pushing against the dam so that it can break loose. It is gaining force, it is gaining momentum, it is gaining speed — within the human realm as well, because people are increasingly tired of what is presented as oppressive, what is presented as separation, whether it is psychology, politics, or finance.

So this is also what the humans, the collective, are also undertaking.
So can you see that growing separation between those who wish for a very different reality and Earth? Yes. But that is also creating the momentum and the pressure for the breakthrough. So do not see this as entirely negative. It is not.

There have been questions and comments about what realms we see in the international arena as oppressive, as dictatorial, and yes, democracies, and why there are sometimes realms — even though they are either republics or parliamentary systems — which we say are oppressive regimes because they seek to control the masses.

So there has been an illusion that if you have voting power that somehow it creates a freedom. Is it an element of freedom? Yes. It is something that needs to be expanded and will completely, completely, shift in the fifth reality. It will not look or feel the same. It will not have the same constructs.

But do not delude yourselves, my brothers and sisters, that simply because you believe that you live in a democracy that you are not being cajoled and confused and controlled. You are.
And  the purpose of containment is to remove those elements. So understand, that is also why we did not simply go to what you think of as dictatorships or very oppressive regimes. Containment has been very active all over your planet. And you will be seeing changes in leadership.

I speak to this because when we have originally spoken of containment we have talked of many leaders, whether it is in political or social or financial-economic realms remaining in place. But we need to say to you that for those who simply continue to try and resist, there will be new leadership. If they do not wish to cooperate, then there will simply be the emergence of new human beings, starseeds, Earth-keepers, who will take those positions and who will lead Nova Earth and help with the reconstruction process.

So that has been a slight shift. Some are more, hmm, determined and stubborn in their resistance. That is all right. That is their freedom and their soul desire. That is fine. But it is not that it will go on indefinitely. It cannot, and it will not.

SB: Lord, some people are asking what is the good of NESARA if it comes only in the last three, three and a half months? What would your response be to them?

AAM: It is a guidepost. It is an encouragement. It is a signal of the breakdown of the system. We hear this discussion all the time. And a similar discussion is also what good will Disclosure be, if in fact once you have shifted into the fifth dimension you will be in a place of being able to be fully with your star brothers and sisters?

It is part of what we have spoken of when we have talked about the build-up and the pressure of the human race looking for that breakthrough of the water against the dam, of that stone, that rock, that boulder picking up speed.

It is a guidepost for each of you to say, “straight ahead.” It is preparation in terms of looking to a new way of being. And, to many — not those who are already underway, but those who are on the far side of the fence? — it is an indicator to them that yes, the paradigm has changed.

What is the purpose? It is release. So much of what we are talking about today is about “what if?”. What if NESARA does not come to pass before December? What if Disclosure does not occur before December? Well, I would suggest to you that Disclosure is already well underway. Look to your media, look to yourself, look to your own experiences.

But nevertheless, it is this feeling of “what if?”. What if I am caught? What if I cannot pay my bills? What if I cannot meet my obligations? Because what that does is it leads to feelings of worthiness, lack of, lack of deservingness. It reinforces the old paradigm.

So what we do in breaking the old paradigm is introduce these guideposts, these landmarks. You have situations where you look to landmark decisions or events, and you say, “There. I can see that there is a shift.” That is what NESARA and Disclosure is all about.

The first ever GAO (Government Accountability Office) audit of the Federal Reserve was carried out in the past few months due to the Ron Paul, Alan Grayson Amendment to the Dodd-Frank bill, which passed last year. Jim DeMint, a Republican Senator, and Bernie Sanders, an independent Senator, led the charge for a Federal Reserve audit in the Senate, but watered down the original language of the house bill(HR1207), so that a complete audit would not be carried out.

Ben Bernanke (pictured to the right), Alan Greenspan, and various other bankers vehemently opposed the audit and lied to Congress about the effects an audit would have on markets. Nevertheless, the results of the first audit in the Federal Reserve’s nearly 100 year history were posted on Senator Sander’s webpage earlier this morning.

What was revealed in the audit was startling:

$16,000,000,000,000.00 had been secretly given out to US banks and corporations and foreign banks everywhere from France to Scotland. From the period between December 2007 and June 2010, the Federal Reserve had secretly bailed out many of the world’s banks, corporations, and governments. The Federal Reserve likes to refer to these secret bailouts as an all-inclusive loan program, but virtually none of the money has been returned and it was loaned out at 0% interest. Why the Federal Reserve had never been public about this or even informed the United States Congress about the $16 trillion dollar bailout is obvious – the American public would have been outraged to find out that the Federal Reserve bailed out foreign banks while Americans were struggling to find jobs.

To place $16 trillion into perspective, remember that GDP of the United States is only $14.12 trillion. The entire national debt of the United States government spanning its 200+ year history is "only" $14.5 trillion. The budget that is being debated so heavily in Congress and the Senate is "only" $3.5 trillion. Take all of the outrage and debate over the $1.5 trillion deficit into consideration, and swallow this Red pill: There was no debate about whether $16,000,000,000,000 would be given to failing banks and failing corporations around the world.

In late 2008, the TARP Bailout bill was passed and loans of $800 billion were given to failing banks and companies. That was a blatant lie considering the fact that Goldman Sachs alone received 814 billion dollars. As is turns out, the Federal Reserve donated $2.5 trillion to Citigroup, while Morgan Stanley received $2.04 trillion. The Royal Bank of Scotland and Deutsche Bank, a German bank, split about a trillion and numerous other banks received hefty chunks of the $16 trillion.

When you have conservative Republican stalwarts like Jim DeMint(R-SC) and Ron Paul(R-TX) as well as self identified Democratic socialists like Bernie Sanders all fighting against the Federal Reserve, you know that it is no longer an issue of Right versus Left. When you have every single member of the Republican Party in Congress and progressive Congressmen like Dennis Kucinich sponsoring a bill to audit the Federal Reserve, you realize that the Federal Reserve is an entity onto itself, which has no oversight and no accountability.

Americans should be swelled with anger and outrage at the abysmal state of affairs when an unelected group of bankers can create money out of thin air and give it out to megabanks and supercorporations like Halloween candy. If the Federal Reserve and the bankers who control it believe that they can continue to devalue the savings of Americans and continue to destroy the US economy, they will have to face the realization that their trillion dollar printing presses will eventually plunder the world economy.

We all know the Cabal has secret underground bases and places they think they can use to escape when the time comes for their arrest – and now billionaire media magnate and former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi’s secret underground cave and escape route is public news, as it hits the world’s media.

I’m not quite sure whether the newspaper publishing this, London’s The Telegraph, quite understands the real significance of these exclusive photos – yet.

However, they are at least heading in the right direction with the line: "It is connected to a short tunnel and a gate which reportedly leads straight to the sea’.

I feel it won’t be long before someone in the mainstream media works out that it also leads to an undersea base and then reports on why this escape ‘hatch’ is there in the first place.

Which begs the question: is this also being anonymously exposed now because Berlusconi and other members of the Cabal are about to be arrested and someone wants to alert those ready to make the arrests to the existence of this underground escape possibility? And make them assume there are others?

We know Berlusconi isn’t the only Illuminati and world leader to have such a secret below-ground base. So I wonder whose next to appear on ‘lifestyles of the Cabal’s rich and famous’ cave list? Silvio Berlusconi’s summer retreat on Sardinia’s exclusive Costa Smeralda, which gained notoriety for parties with topless models, features an underground cave, complete with an emergency escape exit to the sea.

The existence of the cave at the former Italian prime minister’s Villa Certosa estate had been rumoured for years but the first photographs of it emerged on Friday.

They were obtained by Antonello Zappadu, an Italian photographer who made his name in 2009 by taking long-lens pictures of scantily-clad showgirls at Mr Berlusconi’s residence.

The cave, which could have come straight out of a James Bond film, features a swimming pool, its floor decorated with a mosaic of Poseidon, the god of the sea, holding a trident.

It is connected to a short tunnel and a gate which reportedly leads straight to the sea.

The cave is connected to the rest of the villa by stairs and a passageway, which are illuminated by discreetly placed lights set into the floor.

The underground complex is believed to have been built in 2004 but has never been seen publicly.

"It was the secret services who asked me to carry out the work, after I had received 38 death threats," Mr Berlusconi explained at the time.

He said he had sought advice on the design and construction from Pietro Lunardi, a cabinet colleague who was then the minister for infrastructure and insisted that no planning regulations had been broken.

Mr Zappadu, who now lives in Colombia, said on his blog that he had obtained the images from an anonymous source.

The semi-submerged cave is not the only flamboyant feature at Villa Certosa, a 150-acre estate where Mr Berlusconi has hosted the likes of Tony Blair and Vladimir Putin.

He once built an artificial volcano in the grounds of the villa to entertain guests at one of his parties.

A week ago he injured his shoulder and wrist after taking a tumble at the villa, although his personal doctor said the damage was not serious.

Mr Berlusconi, who turns 76 this month, stepped down in November when Italy became immersed in the eurozone crisis and after his reputation was damaged by a series of sex scandals, most notably involving allegations that he paid for sex with an under age prostitute at "bunga bunga" parties at his mansion in Milan.

Karima El Mahroug, better known by her stage name Ruby the Heart Stealer, and Mr Berlusconi both deny the charges. The ongoing trial is not expected to finish until the autumn with dozens of witnesses due to testify including George Clooney and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Mr Berlusconi and his allies have dropped heavy hints that he is planning to contest Italy’s next elections, which are expected in April when Mario Monti, the caretaker prime minister, is expected to step down.

It would be his fourth stint as prime minister, although his People of Freedom party currently only has around 20 per cent of the vote.

As much as you learn through the various sources of information, the truth is difficult to convey in a way that you will fully understand without being backed with firm evidence. That will come after those who block such information are removed, and we will do it in such a way that you are left without any doubts as to the truth.

However, whatever course events follow the main focus will remain upon you who are preparing to ascend. We are pleased to see that people are now speaking more freely amongst themselves about Ascension and what it means for your civilization.

After all it will affect every single soul regardless of whether they have any foreknowledge of what is about to take place. Simply put, you either stay in your present level of vibration, or it is sufficiently raised to enable you to ascend with Mother Earth.

There is no question of souls being chosen for Ascension, as it is a state of being that you achieve yourselves. If you are ready you cannot do anything else but rise up as the higher vibrations take hold. Obviously it means that you will find yourselves with those souls who are very much like you, and ready to participate in creating a new environment fit for a civilization that works with Light and Love.

We will by then have been able to openly work with you, and we will progress together and build a society that is based upon harmony and balance in all things. Until you are lifted up out of the lower vibrations, you will always find it difficult to create and hold on to your vision of the New Age.

We share your frustration where delays are experienced which are preventing you from being aware of what is happening behind the scenes. However, it is not always wise to reveal too much where our activities are concerned, but be assured we are constantly working to bring about completion.

The projects involved are quite challenging and involve a tremendous amount of co-operation, and we must thank our allies for what they have achieved in extremely difficult circumstances. The objective has always been to involve you in the changes, as it was never intended that we should do it all for you. Together we will proceed to create the conditions that allow for Disclosure, but be prepared for it to come out in a series of revelations.

A tremendous amount of work has been put in by our allies, and that includes all of you who are spreading the truth. Yet, because of the success of the dark Ones in spreading false information, there are still many souls who are finding it difficult to shift from their present beliefs. Whatever they are it is hard to believe that you have been fooled, particularly when you have leaders that have become respected for their knowledge.

The answer is to think for yourselves and be prepared to change your views to those that you can comfortably live with. In time you will be confronted with irrefutable facts and information that will leave you in no doubt as to the truth about you and your civilization.

Ascension is to be your total release from the lower vibrations and lift you into a level that is your true state of being where your creative powers become more evident. Your power of thought is still creating in your present dimension but it rarely provides you with an instant result.

However, as a civilization you have set each turn of events, and it is only in comparatively recent times that you have lifted yourselves out of the pit where the lower vibrations were pulling you down. It is true that you have always had help, but that has been in response to your pleas and never placed upon you without it. Our role is not one where we are forcing changes upon you, as they are taking place as a natural result of the upliftment of your vibrations.

What is beyond all of our abilities to change, is the process of Ascension that has been divinely decreed. It is affecting the whole Universe and you are a small but nevertheless important part of what is taking place. You could describe us as the servants of God as we carry out God’s bidding, and that is indeed the function of the Galactic Federation of Light.

Living in peace and harmony is a joy that you will yourselves soon experience, and your words do not really describe how it feels to be in the higher vibrations. There are no harsh or repulsive energies such as you experience on Earth, and all aspects of your life are satisfying and uplifting. If you could only sample what we describe you would never want to return to your old ways or experiences. Keep it in mind and let events on Earth find their own path to completion.

Back on Earth you are getting nearer to the actual end time, and in the weeks that remain you will experience many surges of energy. Gradually you will recognise the changes that they are bringing about within you, and most likely it will be a calmness that you have created around you that is unaffected by outer happenings.

Start to live your lives as though you have already ascended, and release any attachments that you know will not serve you when you have done so. It is not perfection that is expected whilst you are on Earth, as that is virtually impossible. However, by being such an example you are doing much that will help uplift other souls, and your Light will pass on your calmness to others.

Dear Ones, we are close to bringing about some of the events that you have been waiting for and you must realise by now that we are reluctant to talk of actual dates. In fact it is not always possible to be so precise as events on Earth shift so quickly, and we move according to the most appropriate time.

We can remove the Illuminati but that will not immediately bring a cessation of their activities. Their controls go deep into society and we have to cut it off bit by bit. They cannot resurrect their power bases which have been seriously weakened by our allies, and total collapse is not far away.

Taliban ‘Prepared to Work With US on Security in Afghanistan’

The Taliban is prepared to completely disown al-Qaeda, allow the US to retain several military bases in Afghanistan and agree a ceasefire deal to end its 11 year conflict with Nato, a major report released on Monday discloses.

The group, which was ousted by the US-led invasion of Afghanistan in the wake of 9/11, is now willing to cooperate with the US on security and take part in peace negotiations in return for international political recognition, the study says.

The report was compiled by the respected Royal United Services Institute (Rusi) following interviews with four senior Taliban figures close to the organisation’s leader, Mullah Mohammad Omar. These included former government ministers, one of the group’s founding members and a Mujahideen commander.

It sets out a detailed path to a negotiated settlement for Afghanistan that could allow the majority of western troops to withdraw in 2014 without the country descending into renewed chaos.

According to the report, the Taliban representatives believe there is "no natural enmity" with the Americans, and that they would be prepared to accept a long-term US military presence in the country if it helped Afghan security.

Under the plan, five US military bases could operate in Kandahar, Herat, Jalalabad, Mazar-e-Sharif and Kabul to help rebuild Afghanistan up to 2024. The Taliban figures expressed hope that military assistance would translate into economic assistance over time.

According to the paper, the group’s leadership and ‘base’ deeply regret their past association with al-Qaeda and would obey a command to completely renounce the group once a ceasefire had been agreed.

The four Taliban representatives, who did not want to be named, said that while they could not speak for the more hardline military commission, Mullah Omar had broad control over all factions and he supported the plan.

However, they imposed several conditions on the deal. These would include rejecting the current Afghan constitution so that any ceasefire would not be considered a "surrender", a refusal to negotiate with the "utterly corrupt" President Hamid Karzai and the Taliban being re-accepted into the international fold.

The four representatives also said that the US would have to guarantee not to launch any attacks on Pakistan or Iran from its Afghan bases, with the deal terminated if they did. America would also have to end drone strikes from the country.

They added, however, that the US would be free to attack Iran from the Persian Gulf. (Stephen: remember, the Galactics and the Celestials have told us this will not happen.)

"They all stated, in different words, that the Taliban now recognise their links to al-Qaeda before 9/11 were a mistake," said the report that is due out on Monday, adding that the Taliban now considered al-Qaeda responsible for their ousting from power in 2001.

"The report shows that the outlook of the Taliban leadership has changed over the last three years," explained Dr Rudra Chaudhuri, one of the report’s authors along with Michael Semple, Anatol Lieven and Theo Farrell. "There is an acceptability now that this conflict cannot be won and an outright victory is almost unforeseeable.

"They understand that the US military machine will stay on after 2014, and allowing bases to stay would be similar to those in Iraq — with clear red lines on what is and is not acceptable. They see the Americans as a safe bet.

"It will obviously be difficult for David Cameron to sell a deal with the Taliban when British troops are dying in Helmand. It will be equally difficult for the Taliban to sell negotiating with the so-called infidels. But a narrative is needed that is acceptable to both sides."

Making reference to the Coalition and the political relationship between the Conservatives and the Liberal Democrats, one of the Taliban members dismissed rumours of division within the Quetta Shura.

The leader responsible for military affairs, Qayum Zakir, challenged the group’s coalition from within, but only to a "tolerable extent".

"We think of Zakir as Nick Clegg," he said.

Abdul Hakim Mujahid, deputy leader of Hamid Karzai’s High Peace Council and himself a former Taliban envoy, confirmed to The Daily Telegraph that some Taliban figures had discussed negotiating a "package", including a ceasefire, to try and find a settlement to the conflict.

However they rejected current demands that they lay down their weapons and abide by the constitution, saying it would be tantamount to a surrender. Mr Karzai has said in the past that acceptance of the constitution was not negotiable.

Concessions to the Taliban are likely to face deep opposition from the influential remanants of the Northern Alliance who fought the Taliban regime throughout the 1990s.

America and its allies have made concerted efforts in the past 18 months to get an embryonic peace process underway, but talks have failed to materialise.

Taliban negotiators in Qatar earlier this year cancelled plans to open a political office to foster peace contacts, saying America had broken a promise to release five of their leaders from Guantanamo Bay prison.

Violence in Afghanistan has in the meantime continued unabated and many in the country doubt the insurgents’ sincerity.

The United Nations estimates 1,145 civilians died in the first six months of the year, about four fifths killed by insurgent bombings or shootings. The White House refused to comment on the report.

We see many patiently awaiting promised changes and many others who have chosen to move into doubt and despair. Try not to allow messages in and of the old energy to keep you from your center dear ones,for much of it functions as a tool to keep you in bondage to what is now finishing.
Many (not all) in power or hoping for it, hold desperately to what little power is left in obsolete concepts and beliefs, for it is what will keep the status quo, allowing them to function while keeping you tied to the past. It is good to contemplate this when considering your upcoming elections.

When thoughts of discouragement come to you, always remember that they are not yours – they are impersonal. How could negativity flow from the Heart of the Divine which is what you truly are. Third dimensional thoughts and beliefs are simply energy waiting to be claimed by a receptive state of consciousness. Concepts accepted by the unenlightened mind manifest outwardly and are accepted then as reality.

You are learning that a consciousness filled with beliefs of duality and separation manifests as the so called evils of the world, for you are creators. Until an individual awakens, this is done ignorantly without conscious awareness.

Mankind has been happily asleep and ignorantly creating good and bad for eons. There is to be no blame or guilt for the many lifetimes including this one, lived in ignorance because these experiences were necessary steps in your evolution.

This is why it is called awakening, you are awakening out of your created illusions into the Light of truth. It is not the world that is illusion, rather it is your concept of the world that is the illusion. You chose to awaken through the experiences of third dimensional energy and now you are graduating – learning the truth of who and what you really are. This is huge dear ones, and you can be very proud of yourselves for it has been a long and difficult journey. This is why so many are excitedly observing your process now, it is a great and wonderful occurrence and many are rejoicing with you.

You are learning that many things you believed to be true, never were and are beginning to understand that as creators, you can change yourselves and your world. This is what is meant by taking your power back and this is what is going on right now. You are seeing results in many places where the consciousness of the people is allowing in more Light. This in turn is exposing all that is not of the light including those individuals working to keep it away.

The process cannot be slowed dear ones, for mankind and the dear soul Gaia, are changing, evolving, graduating. It was never meant that mankind remain in darkness forever, it was simply your learning path, and you have done it.

Be aware that much is soon to transpire that will shock you. Revelations about the actions of many you believed to be leaders. Try to understand that they have lived out from a state of tremendous ignorance, allowing the pulls of power to take precedence over their life plan and are now being called to answer for it. All is proceeding according to plan.

Many are experiencing health issues that seeming come "out of the blue". Most of this is the clearing of old energy still present in cellular memory from many previous lifetimes as well as the present one. Many of you chose to experience horrendous childhoods of physical and emotional abuse and you wonder why.

It is very important to understand that before incarnating, a soul will often choose a life plan of experiences that will serve to reactivate certain energies needing to be released. Horrendous experiences of all sorts imprint themselves in cellular and emotional memory and are then carried from lifetime to lifetime until the individual is prepared to deal with them through release. These old energies color individual decisions and the personality (unreasonable fears) lifetime after lifetime until cleared.

Those of you dealing with these sort of issues need to understand that you were not ready until now to release these painful old energies but that you are now, which is why so much seems to be coming front and forward in your thinking. All of you are receiving much help from your Higher Self and Guides to do this for the Higher Self only brings in issues you are ready to release (not patched with 3d solutions), when you are ready. Try not to get sucked backward by what you feel or experience during these clearings.

Every soul formulates a plan before reincarnating; a plan to bring about the experiences and relationships that it knows are necessary in order to evolve. Because of the importance of these times, all ready to evolve with Gaia into the higher frequencies, came to earth with their whole list, not just one issue needing to be addressed. Some forget their plan once they are in the dense energies, but most do not.

If you are aware of truth and yet find yourself immersed in many uncomfortable situations, examine what you are believing. Say to yourselves; "What am I believing that is causing me to feel this way? In the light of truth, is it true?". Physically, do what you need to do, sometimes medical help is needed, but remember that much of what is happening right now is the release and resolution of old finished business.

When you understand that the unpleasant experiences of your lives are opportunities for you to awaken presented by your own Higher Self because you are ready, you will be able to embrace and learn from them, feeling peace in knowing that you are now able to understand. It is only when an individual tries to hold tightly to what they have evolved beyond, that there is great suffering.

This is how evolution takes place–awareness unfolds gradually through experience after experience until the individual no longer needs that particular experience and it is no longer a part of their state of consciousness.

You will not have to wait much longer to see the results of your Light dear ones for much is coming to a head at this time. Many are feeling change on an individual basis in that they are no longer resonating with the many presentations of the old energy. Foods, people, entertainment, and ways of living simply no longer speak to you in the ways they used to .

Rejoice in this dear ones, for it means that your resonance has moved beyond the resonance of these things. Please remember that we are not saying you will not have foods, people or entertainments in your lives, but that they will be on new and higher levels.

Enjoy yourselves and feel joy in the ways that resonate with you, for joy is the closest energy to the Divine. Simple pleasures will begin take precedence over complicated, expensive, and self serving entertainments that reflect popular beliefs based in duality and separation.

All is proceeding according to plan. Rejoice dear ones, you are doing a fine job of it. Just hold to your center in all experiences, not giving them the power of being good or bad for this is duality, but seeing the divine plan in all experiences and all people knowing that only truth is.

　
*And so we come to an even greater increase in the energetic waves of Light that are bombarding your Planet. This energy will continue to bring up all issues and subconscious belief systems that anyone on Earth holds within themselves that have not yet been addressed or looked at.

This will create stress for many people and it behooves the Lightworkers of the World to maintain a calm and peaceful state within your own energy fields in order to create and hold a steady balance to counteract all that might take place. Hold the space of love, empathy and compassion within your hearts and minds for all your loved ones and your sphere of influence.

Take time to be out in nature in order to connect with Mother Earth and send her your energies of love, empathy, compassion and support. More and more, your work here at this time is to be the stabilizing force, the uplifting force, the steady, calm force.

Breathe deeply so that you ingest the higher pranic energies through your breath and hold these inside you for as long as is comfortable before exhaling. This will help you maintain stability as the World around you goes through the gamut of experience, both the high and the low.

Every polarity that has ever been felt and experienced throughout the ages is coming up for review, dissipation and transmutation. You have been through the worst of it as the forerunners and now your task is to be here now as the grounding force.

Go with the flow of events as they unfold and stay in a space of peace and calm as much as possible. Affirm often that all is well and everything is perfect and is a part of the Divine Plan for the Earth and her inhabitants. This helps more than you can know, Dear Ones. Also be cognizant of the fact that you are also continuing in your integration with your Higher Self, your Holy Christ Self and your Divine Monad.

Much is occurring on many levels and dimensions and you are capably giving assistance to the immediate tasks before you, even if you have no waking memory of it. Know that it is so.

Each of you is being led to those on Earth who can facilitate further openings and initiations as you become ready for them. This will continue to happen as your Higher guidance takes you to the people you most need to connect with.

If funds are needed, ask that you be given what you need, then have faith that it will be supplied and given back to you. Your Higher Selves know what is required for you to move forward during these times and they need your absolute faith in them to take action in whatever way you are guided to in each moment. Stay aware and awake, Beloveds, and be observant to the synchronicities that take place.

These times you are living in ARE the Ascension and you are in it NOW, Dear Ones. Keep focused on your highest visions for a sparkling new World and let nothing distract you from it. Set the highest vision that you can for yourself and do everything you can to maintain this in the days to come.

Connect within to bring up all the wondrous gifts that you have had locked away until the time was right. This IS the time and the puzzle pieces of your life begin to fall into a semblance of Divine Order and a much clearer picture of your purpose on Earth emerges.

Stephen: It seems China’s Vice President, Xi Jinping, may well have been in containment for some time; or at least he is now. There are many rumours that the country’s leadership is about to change faces and policies, so maybe he requires a little bit more Lightwork before he can take up his new job? Or maybe he’s not the man for the job at all? I doubt there is a conspiracy at work here as this story implies – simply the light forces in action, I suspect.

It’ll be interesting to see if Xi surfaces a changed man or ‘disappears’ for good – like many other world leaders, especially those in Africa, who have been recently unable to cope with the ‘demands’ of their time in containment – and have left this world for good.

What’s interesting is that this ‘disappearance’ is making headlines around the world; showing how much more open China’s political scene has already become… and on this particular day, too.

Conspiracy Theories as China’s Heir Disappears

The credibility of China’s opaque and rigid political system is again on trial as the nation waits with bated breath for any sign of president-in-waiting, Xi Jinping.

Mr Xi has been mysteriously absent from the public stage for eight days, just weeks before a crucial Party Congress where he was expected to inherit the leadership of the Communist Party from President Hu Jintao.

His absence, against a backdrop of apparently febrile factional manoeuvrings, has fuelled rumours ranging from a sore back to an assassination attempt.

While the latter would seem implausible, especially given the lack of any noticeable increase in security measures around Beijing, political watchers this year have learnt that apparently fanciful rumours of debauchery and political thuggery can turn out true.

The failure of the Party to confirm a date for the Congress is fuelling the uncertainty, even as the bureaucracy prepares for an event in mid-October.

For veteran analysts and insiders, the public relations debacle over what might be an ordinary physical ailment is further evidence that China’s elite political framework is reaching its use-by date.

"There is a taste in the air that an era is coming to an end," said intellectual Chen Ziming, who was an influential government adviser until the protests of 1989.

"We had 30 years of Mao and 30 years of Den. It feels now like the latter days of Mao’s dictatorship."

Last week Mr Xi cancelled meetings with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.

Yesterday he did not attend a previously advertised meeting with the Danish prime minister, although Chinese officials now say it was never intended to take place.

Some sources claim Mr Xi is working too hard – "in the office day and night" – and simply too busy to attend to usual public obligations.

Propaganda authorities have thus far failed to report Xi attending a random and inconsequential internal meeting, which might have allayed public anxieties.

This sits in contrast with a report that was rushed out when the Governor of the People’s Bank of China, Zhou Xiaochuan, was rumoured to have defected to the US.

Instead, Xinhua made things worse yesterday by putting out a report about a speech Mr Xi made to the Party school, without saying that he made that speech on September 1.

In March, Premier Wen Jiabao made a rare public warning about the disastrous consequences that lay ahead if China’s political elite did not establish democratic groundrules for inner-party combat.

"We must press ahead with both economic reform and political structural reform, especially reform in the leadership system of our party and country," Mr Wen said in his final scheduled press conference on March 14.

"Without successful political structural reform … such historical tragedies as the Cultural Revolution may happen again."

Mr Wen’s comments were prompted by the travails of leadership aspirant Bo Xilai, whose plans were derailed this year when his police chief told US diplomats of a cover-up of the Bo family’s involvement in the death of an English acquaintance, Neil Heywood.

Last month, Mr Bo’s wife, Gu Kailai, was convicted of Heywood’s murder.

Four days after Mr Wen’s comments, on March 18, the son of President Hu Jintao’s chief political fixer, Ling Jihua, was killed in a high-speed Ferrari accident reportedly involving two naked women.

The story percolated on the internet for five months before being confirmed last week.

While some lurid rumours have proven to be true, many others have been wildly off the mark.

Rumours of an attempted coup in March were taken so seriously that analysts say they had an impact on financial markets.

And many apparently wild rumours, including the coup, are impossible to disprove.

Accompanying the opacity, uncertainty and increasing cynicism, however, there is also optimism about future possibilities.

"There is a surge in profound intellectual thought that is like the end of the 1970s and beginning of 1980s," Mr Chen said, recalling the dawn of what many believe was China’s most vibrant era.

As with much of our allies work, it is ready to be implemented and awaiting the right opportunity to be introduced. The old corrupt system will not be retained, and the new one is receiving support for the far-reaching changes that it will bring.

The need for governmental changes is being accepted, so that your new representatives put your needs first and foremost. Instead the serving of self has grown to endemic proportions, and financial control and accountability is practically non-existent.

On a larger scale your money is siphoned off to fund black operations that have not been authorized by your government and are often directed at you, the people they should be serving. These situations have been going on unchecked for far too long, and with our allies who have our help we have made it clear we are going to put a stop to them. So you see Dear Ones that we are working towards bringing about the changes needed.

What you are beginning to become aware of are the vast opportunities presented by the use of free energy. Naturally the Oil Industry fights against their introduction, but it is the way forward and progress cannot be stopped. In time none of the old polluting fuels will be used, and everyone will benefit from clean and efficient methods that, most importantly, will include new means of transportation.

For those presently employed in these industries we must tell you that your future will be secure. By that time everyone will have benefitted from the new financial systems, and the redistribution of wealth will ensure that the loss of jobs will not affect your position

Indeed, relocation and help for people out of work due to any circumstances at all, will mean an acceptable standard of life that will cover your needs. In any event, after Ascension your life style will change to one that no longer causes worries or stress. You will have all of your needs supplied, including suitable accommodation and medical care.

There is naturally a certain period of time required to carry out all of the changes, but they will happen quite quickly. We have fully prepared for all eventualities, and the basis for the changes has already commenced that is establishing the right structure that will allow us to go ahead.

The level of your mass consciousness continues to rise, and more people are awakening as a result. However, many are still in limbo and do not even contemplate what the changes herald. We would rather they awakened gradually but there will come a point before Ascension when the truth must come out.

Somehow the old beliefs must be shaken up and shown for what they are, but even so we do not want people to react the wrong way. In the final reckoning whatever is believed will be down to free choice, and such souls will continue their experiences in a vibration that is the same as theirs. There is no point in trying to force people to accept what they are unprepared for, and that is not our way.

Bear in mind that we of the Galactic Federation of Light are here by Divine request, and our whole objective is to prepare you for Ascension. With it comes other responsibilities, as it is desired to make the path as smooth as possible.

The coming of the end times has been known for a very long time, but it is only in recent times that it has become fully understood. The end of duality as you experience it is due very soon, and our work and that of our allies is to ensure that you and Mother Earth will be ready to ascend. Much work has already been carried out and you will see the outcome resulting from it.

You are at a stage when just anything could happen at short notice, and it will not be unexpected. We press on with our activities that include keeping watch on any country that has nuclear weapons to ensure that they cannot be used. For us with our advanced technology that is quite a simple task, and we believe the military now realise it is futile to try otherwise.

We have, so to say, removed the teeth from the tiger, but it still has claws. We have at different times approached all leaders with a view to completely banning such weapons, but there is so much distrust between them it could not be achieved. However, it will not matter anymore as world peace will be established before very long, and wars and anything associated with them will disappear for good.

Already the vibrations upon Earth have lifted up your consciousness levels to a point where you can see that wars are a crime against Humanity. As a result the movement towards establishing peace has never been as strong. It has given rise to many large demonstrations seeking freedom to determine your own future, and that call is being answered.

The days of rule by dictatorships are numbered, and you shall be represented by souls who care and who love their fellow travellers. Your journey from hereon is heading for Ascension that will bring all of those improvements and benefits that you have been promised.

We know some of you are tired and fatigued by the pressures of life on Earth, but realize that you are soon to be the recipients of abundance and other very acceptable changes. You could view them as a reward for your dedication to the Path of Light, and your upliftment to the higher dimensions.

It is so vastly different to what you have been used to, and only souls of Light will be able to take such a quantum leap forward. So please keep your focus on all things that are associated with the higher vibrations, because they are pure and wholesome.

*German court removes hurdle to euro zone bailout fund

KARLSRUHE, Germany (Reuters) - Germany's Constitutional Court gave a green light on Wednesday for the country to ratify Europe's new bailout fund, boosting hopes that the single currency bloc is finally putting in place the tools to resolve its three-year old debt crisis.

In an eagerly anticipated ruling that has had investors on tenterhooks for months, the court in the southern city of Karlsruhe insisted the German parliament be given veto rights over any increase in Berlin's contribution to the 700 billion euro European Stability Mechanism (ESM).

But the strings it attached to its endorsement of the ESM and a separate European pact on budget rules were less onerous than many had feared. The euro shot up to a four month high against the dollar and global stocks rose to a five month peak.

"This is a good day for Germany and a good day for Europe," German Chancellor Angela Merkel said in a speech to parliament.

Germany is the only country in the 17-nation euro zone that has not ratified the ESM, an important tool to stem the crisis that has forced bailouts of Greece, Ireland and Portugal, and is now threatening big countries like Italy and Spain.

Had the court upheld complaints against the rescue fund by thousands of German plaintiffs it would have delayed its implementation or even doomed it, dealing a devastating blow to policymakers and sending markets reeling.

European Central Bank (ECB) President Mario Draghi announced plans last week to buy "unlimited" amounts of government bonds issued by stricken euro states like Spain and Italy in order to reduce their borrowing costs.

That plan fuelled optimism in the markets, but it was contingent on the ESM coming into force. Following Wednesday's ruling, German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble said he expected the rescue fund to be operational within weeks.

Jean-Claude Juncker, who heads the group of euro zone finance ministers, set a first meeting of the ESM's board of governors for October 8, another sign of optimism that the fund will soon be up and running.

"The euro zone has got over another hurdle, and slowly but surely, the region is getting more stable, less risky," said David Thebault, head of quantitative sales trading at Global Equities in Paris.

TWO CONDITIONS

Roughly 37,000 plaintiffs, including democracy advocates, lawmakers from Merkel's ruling coalition and others from a far-left party, had argued that the ESM amounted to an illegal transfer of sovereignty from Berlin to Brussels.

The court rejected the complaints as "largely unfounded" but did set two main conditions.

First, German liability in the rescue fund must be limited to 190 billion euros, the share set out in the current ESM treaty, and any increase in that amount will require prior approval by the Bundestag lower house of parliament, the court said.

Until now, Merkel has always succeeded in getting new aid measures through parliament, in part because of the support of opposition parties like the Social Democrats (SPD) and Greens.

Second, the court said a clause in the ESM treaty which seeks to keep decisions of the fund confidential "must not stand in the way of the comprehensive information of the Bundestag and of the Bundesrat (upper house)", meaning both chambers would have the right to be consulted on the ESM's activities.

The German government may now have to incorporate the court's reservations in some form of addendum or protocol to the ESM treaty, although this is not expected to take much time.

"These conditions are significantly less onerous than they might have been," said J.P. Morgan economist Alex White.

Spain and Italy, whose struggling economies are likely to be the main beneficiaries of the ECB's debt-buying program, hailed the ruling, with Italian Prime Minister Mario Monti calling it "excellent news".

It represents a victory for Merkel, who has been forced to walk a fine line between helping weaker euro states and keeping her skeptical domestic audience on board ahead of a federal election one year from now where she will seek a third term.

The centre-right chancellor should now be able "to hold on to her domestically popular line of managing the euro zone crisis with a mixture of commitment and conditionality", said Carsten Nickel, a political risk analyst at Eurasia.

The Constitutional Court, one of Germany's most trusted institutions, has earned a reputation as a thorn in the side of the European Union by delaying treaties to check their legality.

But legal experts said the court's decision on Wednesday had underlined Germany's commitment to deeper European integration.

What the ruling does not do is remove the threat of further challenges down the road.

Peter Gauweiler, a eurosceptic lawmaker from Merkel's Bavarian sister party and one of the plaintiffs, hailed the ruling as "a very big success", in part because the court agreed to take a closer look at the ECB's bond buying plan at a later date.

"They are clearly not discouraging further lawsuits, rather the contrary," said Franz Mayer, a law professor at Bielefeld University.

Kai von Lewinski, a legal expert at Humboldt University in Berlin, said: "We can be very sure this has not been the last decision of the German constitutional court. The ESM is safe, but the role of the European Central Bank definitely is not."

**We would speak today on your dedication and focus on your ascension. On first sight, it would appear to be a selfish thing to do. Allow us to explain why that is not so. We could give many lines of reasoning to refute that opinion, but let us voice just a few.

First, and most obviously, you are all one. Each of you affects the state of all others. As you rise in consciousness, you raise all others. Every effort you make to embody the love of your Creator in any fashion will increase your light and therefore help all around you. And could you see it, you would know that your light extends out infinitely into the reaches of universes.

Then, importantly, there is the fact that you cannot help others unless you have first helped yourself. What could you give them if you have naught to give? What will you teach if you have not first learned? How make them happy if you know only sadness and misery? First you must uncover the joyful, powerful, radiant being that you truly are. You must discover this and make it your own. It is not meant to be a monumental trial. Remember one of the teachings that have not been corrupted down through the ages, “Seek and ye shall find.” It is only necessary to seek in the right place, inside yourself. Yes, you may ask us for help. Yes, you may ask your Creator as well. Remember also, “Ask and it shall be given.” It was promised you, and we tell you again, it shall be so.

You have wandered far and experienced much. That, dear ones, as much as you do not like to hear it, was your intent when you first came here. But now it is time for you to return to the state of consciousness from which you began. It has been said that when you make a decision, the universe will conspire to make it so. That is a truth which you are quickly learning to be true. It is also taught that your beliefs are the cause of much repeating cycles of suffering. That has also been so. Many, many of those cycles have had their last hurrah now. You have done well. As more of your past returns for your attention now, if indeed it does for you personally, ask to know the lesson you have spent so long learning, and then release the situation to the light, never to be repeated again. Your guides, your angels, and your own higher selves want nothing more than this for you. As your television loves to say, “Operators are standing by.”

If you take the steps we are speaking of, or have already taken them, we tell you that the next few months will be as a whirlwind for you. You will have many chances to see things which are appearing frightful to many others. 

Keep your focus on your own transformation and you will be able to see the transformation which all of the outside circumstances represent. You will be told that the world is coming to end and the sky is falling. It is not, and it will not. As you see the changes in yourselves, you will know that for fact.

Reach out with your hearts and feel our presence around you. We rejoice in seeing that as much as you do. Good day to you now, my dear, dear friends.

Over time its interpretation has been deliberately changed to place more power and control into the controllers’ hands, so much so that the true meaning has become obscured. Our presence, and your understanding of our service to you, has helped you realise that a point can be reached in your evolution when you can go within to find the truth. It clearly does not mean that you should not converse with others, as it is always useful to consider other points of view.

We have already set out our beliefs as a creed that we uphold, and which expresses our place of service to others within the Universe. At our level of vibration only the truth can exist, and it is one that you are also moving into very soon.

So we ask you to be open to new ideas which in general terms are based upon the Oneness of All That Is. The problem you have had is that your civilization has become fragmented and separated into so many schisms you find it difficult to know what to believe. Furthermore, it has brought about so much conflict that you have fought amongst yourselves to prove who is right and who is wrong.

On Earth tolerance is not found in abundance, and this is caused by those trying to hold onto their power whether that be in religion or politics. We encourage you to accept that other souls will not necessarily be at your stage of understanding, and realize that in time all will evolve at their own pace.

No one should be persecuted because of their beliefs, but neither should they try to impose them upon others. The period you are going through shows how dependent you all are upon each other, and it sometimes takes adversity to bring you together.

People are realizing that class distinction based upon wealth and education is keeping the divide in place, and that every person should have equal opportunities. Some come from deprived backgrounds and that is something that will be addressed with the changes. All will be considered as equal as they are in the eyes of God, no matter what karma they are serving out.

Indeed, in these end times many of you are taking on whatever is needed to clear it. Much of it refers to relationships with each other and some hard lessons are being learnt. Where minor lessons are concerned these can in fact be marked out, when it is apparent that your consciousness levels have been lifted up.

Once you ascend it will be very different to what you have experienced in your present dimension. The harshness and conflict you normally encounter will no longer come about, as there is total harmony and co-operation as all help each other for the greater good.

You will meet your guardians and Angelic Beings that have stood by your side through life after life. You will have developed consciousness levels that will give you a greater understanding of all things, and you will truly have become a Galactic Being. Your civilization is already a member of our Federation of Light, and a place awaits all those who wish to join us.

A fantastic life awaits you that releases you from the darkness that has accompanied you on your journey through your present dimension. You have done your bit and it is time to leave the cycle of rebirth that you have been experiencing.

In the future you will simply change bodies when you feel it is necessary, as natural decay and death will no longer be part of your experience. As you are no doubt aware, you also live for hundreds of years as you would count it, but with no aging and instead maintain a body in its prime condition. You will have all the time you need to follow your heart’s desire, and unlike on Earth you will not need money to do so as it will not be necessary.

Much that you view as an essential part of your life now will no longer be required, and as you dispense with material objects so they will be returned to source without any waste. In time you will have your personal craft, but join others for inter-dimensional travel into the depths of space.

You call these bigger craft Motherships and some are cities in their own rights. You could travel around in one for years at a time, and find all of your needs available at all times. They are totally self-sufficient and take advantage of free energy that is all around them. In those circumstances life is far from dull and always offers a sense of excitement as you travel into the unknown.

You will have noticed that where we have met your people, they have commented on our apparent skin-tight one-piece outfits. That is because they are thought into being and are literally our second skin and follow every movement of our body.

Unlike you, when we travel we do not have to take a suitcase full of essential belongings. In that respect our needs are very limited as for example, we do not have daily chores such as shaving or other bodily requirements. You will have quite a lot to learn when you commence your new lives, yet they are nowhere as complicated as life on Earth. Life in the higher dimensions is a joy and so satisfying in all respects.

When you feel downhearted just remember where your future lies, and the indescribable upliftment that will start a whole new chapter in your evolution. The pain and suffering you have experienced will pass, and such memories will eventually fade into the past to be finally forgotten.

So keep your sights on what is to come and not what has been, and do not allow negative thoughts to distract you. No matter what fears are raised by the news or speculation about your future, it will all be short lived. Until the dark Ones are removed they will still try to interfere with your progress, believing that somehow they will still succeed. They will learn that they have little power left and cannot return to their previous level of control.

*Within the cycle of duality you have had many lives, and when you look back you will probably find that they have been some of the most testing and difficult you have had. The reason is that you have gone through some of the lowest vibrations that you have ever experienced.

It has meant that you felt more separated from the Source than any previous lives, and have lived largely through the instinct of survival. Those bringing Light to the Earth had the challenge of grounding it, and helping bring some balance between it and the dark energies. At times the depths of darkness were reached, and Man looked to have lost any hope of recovery.

However, those higher Beings in control of the plan for Man had other ideas and gradually turned the tide so that the Light made progress. It was not until more recent times that it started to become more evident and gained influence.

In spite of the continual warring between countries, the Light was beginning to empower those who came to Earth to bring about much needed changes. In the midst of chaos and disaster it started to re-create the grids of Light around the Earth.

They have since become powerful points of Light that radiate out around it. The result is that Light groups have formed that have been able to enlighten the people to the truth, and today you stand at the doorway to full enlightenment.

Looking back eons of time it was known that this time would signal the end of the cycle of duality. It was a promise that was made from the very earliest times when you first started to incarnate, and why you have always known intuitively that it would be so.

Some past civilizations have destroyed themselves almost without trace, and you who are on Earth today are one and the same souls. You were determined to ensure that the end times would result in your Ascension, and not destruction.

Here you are on the verge of a great upliftment that has been achieved through hard work and dedication to Light and Love. You have gained vast experience which you can use to help others who are faced with similar challenges to what you have experienced.

Life is about learning lessons through your chosen experiences, knowing that you would be using them by serving the Light. The object is to bring souls together, so that they may once again become part of the Oneness that all are part of.

However, Ascension means a separation at the physical level so that each soul can continue on its present path. Some are already in an expanded state of consciousness and on their desired path for Ascension, whilst others have not entertained the thought because they are not finished with duality.

It is a freewill choice that you have all made, and must therefore allow others to proceed accordingly. No one is really left behind, and they will greatly benefit from their experiences so far.

Evolution never ends until you finally return to the Source, and even then new cycles of experience are introduced. That is not however in your immediate sight, and you have a long way to go before you reach it.

God has created an infinite number of Universes, and you can choose to start an entirely new experience if you so desire. The future that awaits you is full of wonder and excitement, and you will find never ending expressions of the Light and its magical powers to create.

Life on Earth bears little if any resemblance to what you are about to move into, but you will very easily take to becoming a Galactic Being. You are about to return to your true home amongst the stars and re-unite with your true families. Your Earth experiences are but an excursion from your place in the higher dimensions, to which you are returning very shortly.

As we often inform you, there is so much coming your way that will lift you up to great heights. Once ascended, unless for some reason you choose to spend time in the new 3rd dimension prepared for those who do not ascend, you will never have to return to it.

You have all but finished with the lower vibrations, and many souls are able to protect themselves against the lower energies. You only need to place a band of white light around you as your defence. Having done so you will need to avoid expressing any negative tones in speech, as these are likely to break up your protection and make you vulnerable to them. The best way is to keep focussed upon all that is of the Light, and keeping Ascension in your sights is one way to do it.

So many people are still carrying baggage that needs to be dealt with, and will keep coming back to them until it is cleared. It will come at you in the way of challenging thoughts when in fact you now know that you are beyond what they are inciting you to do.

Talk to that "other" person that keeps reminding you of such things and be firm, and tell it to be gone as it does not interest you anymore. You are being tempted to see if you have overcome whatever the problem is, and if you reject it often enough it will disappear.

Some of you have much karma to clear, and it is why you are busy carrying out your cleansing. It can of course involve others and often you can work together to deal with whatever it is. Previous relationships often bring people together again for the very purpose of helping each other achieve it.

Understand that you agreed to do the hard work getting yourself ready for Ascension, but you are never without help. Indeed every soul has its helpers, even those who indulge in the lower energies. Each soul is still of the Light and never deserted, as all have the capability to work their way back to it.

Remember that the only reason you are experiencing both the Light and the dark, is because you are in duality and have sought to understand how the two can help your evolution. Naturally the final goal is to be able to overcome the dark energies by rising above them. Many of you now stand tall and know you have achieved it, and your place in the Ascended realms is assured.

Those of you who have been transmuting your own dense energies from the very cells of your body now vibrate with pure energy that flows constantly through your meridian channels. You are holding this Light for All upon this Planet and serving as living conduits of pure energy. As you are aware, this pure energy is much needed to further transmute the chaotic ones that still create confusion, fear and so much sorrow, sadness and unhappiness within the hearts of Humanity.

Know that this too shall pass and those around you in close vicinity, your Loved Ones, have been the recipients of the higher frequencies which emanate from you and this has effected many changes within their consciousness and understanding. This will become more and more evident in their comprehension of the work that you have come here to do and any tensions and differences that had developed between you will dissipate as though by magic. In other words, Dear Ones, they will come ‘on board’ in the coming days. They too, have chosen their paths to Oneness and were chosen to stand beside you in support as their awakening occurred.

The awakening of Humanity is in full progress now and people are seeing the futility of striving to work within the old system because it is no longer being supported by the higher energies coming in. There is a dawning of a new way of relating that will honor the inherent right of each Soul to stand tall in their own power and sovereignty while honoring the same rights in their Sisters and Brothers. As this practice becomes more fully realized, many old paradigms that kept Humanity enslaved in the lower consciousness realms will simply cease to exist. The World will be the richer for it as each person takes responsibility for all that they do and begin to strive to create a better life where all are included in the benefits that can be obtained.

It is incumbent upon each Initiate upon the Path to observe the signs by watching the birds and animals around them. When Earth changes are about to take place, these creatures serve as warning. Watch them closely in your area and look deeply at everything that is around you. Send them Love and reassurance that all is well. Their internal guidance systems are being depleted during the movement of the electro-magnetic currents as they occur. You will notice that some of the birds that usually migrate from the North to warmer climates for the winter are not leaving their nests and this might become more prevalent as the energies spiraling to the Earth become stronger. Think of yourselves as the agents who bring Divine Order to all things as you go about your daily lives, for in reality, it is so!

*This year has sped by and so far there have been less incidents than you might have expected. It has neither been catastrophic as many prophesied, or fulfilled the promise of changes that are to lift you up. Yet, your consciousness levels have increased quite substantially and Ascension is still assured.

Looking all around it is apparent that the Institutions that have held prominent places in your world, are in stages of collapse from which there is no escape. The truth is, as expected, revealing much about them that shows how they have manipulated events for their own advantage.

You are even becoming aware that they have had an agenda for a very long time to enslave you and gain world control. You can see how near they were to achieving their aims, and also the great movement amongst the people who have awoken to their plan and defeated it.

You are the ones who are taking over and deciding the destiny of your civilization. You have the power to determine how the end times work out, and you are visualising a peaceful transition. That is creating the time line that will complete the cycle according to your intent.

However, Mother Earth also has a say in it and desires to carry out a cleansing as part of her preparations to ascend. The more you send out Love and Light to her, the more easily will the end times pass.

Naturally the expected changes will commence very shortly, as the New Age must be launched so as to break up the old paradigm. The new one is waiting to be introduced, and its benefits are to be shared by you all. Completion cannot however take place until you have Ascended, as those who are the dark Ones are not to be the beneficiaries of that which is for those of the Light.

The changes will come and new governments will take over from the old guard. Financial changes will go ahead to ensure that there is never a repeat of the corruption that is bringing them down. That will certainly happen soon, and our presence will be acknowledged, enabling us to draw closer to you.

Regardless of what you may have thought, there is no rush to complete the changes before Ascension. Indeed the process was always going to run into the New Year, when we will have a greater opportunity to work together.

We need those who are of the Light to be part of our teams, using your skills and knowledge for the betterment of all. Then we will all really be able to rapidly move ahead, knowing that we will not be impeded or deliberately delayed in our work.

Everything you expected to take place will do so, and as progress is made you will find that it will take you further than you thought possible. It will be a wonderful time that will see you relieved of all of the old problems that have held you back. It is time to go speeding forward and move into a new world that reflects your upliftment into the higher dimensions.

There will be ample facilities, including the Cities of Light, where you can be healed as you are to be fully restored to a prime condition. Eventually you will also be able to reverse the aging process and return to a youthful appearance, and so it will go on until you become a Galactic Being. All of these changes await you and they are not too far in the future. Think positively about them and you will be helping to manifest them much sooner than we have allowed for.

While the cleansing takes place it may appear that all is in some state of disintegration, and that is true to the point that the old ways and systems have to go. Anything that cannot hold up in the higher vibrations clearly has no place in them. So do not despair or get depressed as all is ready now to replace the old systems.

All will arrive in good time and you shall eventually need for nothing at all. We know from our own experience exactly what you will require to settle down in the higher dimensions. The Galactic Federation of Light has unlimited resources, and personnel that are fully versed in what is needed to be done. Unbeknown to most of you, we are still very much engaged in keeping the Earth clear of pollution and, but for our efforts, it would be far worse than you are aware.

In the future there will not be a repetition of the pollution you are used to experiencing. The use of polluting machinery or installations will no longer be necessary or allowed. Instead you will have new methods of operation that will be "clean" to use.

The biggest changes will be in your present forms of travel, and the combustion engine will eventually disappear from use. Not only that but the new vehicles will be much quicker and safer to use. They will be using free energy which is our source of power for our craft. Everyone will have use of them and they will be absolutely pollution free. These changes have been planned for a long time and are ready to go ahead as soon as it is safe to introduce them.

Naturally we are very keen to meet you and are doing all we can to move things forward. Disclosure is creeping in through our allies efforts, but we obviously would like it to be speeded up. However, the more people that become aware of us and our mission and learn of the purpose, which is to see you through Ascension, the nearer you will be to meeting us.

Of course there are still those who for different reasons desire a different outcome to the changes. They attempt to confuse people with messages of disinformation, but if you are well informed they will not deceive you. Always use your intuition and be prepared to change your beliefs if you are sufficiently certain you have the truth.

 *Because everything is in the now we do not view things as you do, and we see the overall picture which shows that completion of this cycle will work out as intended. Once you have ascended then you will move into a new era and benefit from the upliftment in the energies, and your greater level of consciousness.
All that is due to you by way of changes will rapidly come into being, and at last you will be free from the attention of the dark Ones. There is no place in the new dimension for anything that is less, and you will be able to feel the heightened vibrations. It will be quite a new experience to know that every other person with you is of the same vibrations, and to be trusted and honest in all of their contact with you.

The Golden Age will take you far, and if you have ever wondered what Heaven would be like it is the nearest you will get to it. The sheer harmony in all life will be so apparent, and it will be a joy to be alive and experience it. Since all your needs will be supplied, you will enjoy a level of happiness and satisfaction seldom felt at present.

Duality by its very nature was always going to be a severe test of your ability to hold on to the truth, and yet in spite of the pressures you have emerged and moved into the Light. Keep your place in it secure and intact and do not allow doubt to creep in, but focus on all that is of the higher vibrations.

Even by your reckoning there is so little time left before this cycle comes to an end and, as others continue to awaken, give of your help and knowledge. However, please allow them to make up their own minds, as the truth can sometimes be overwhelming. Time has to be given to allow old beliefs to be examined in the light of new revelations.

That applies of course to anyone, as in fact you will never stop seeking and learning. Evolving is a slow progress but your Guides will gently lead you on to a greater understanding when you are ready. That is why it is accepted that not everyone will be ready to ascend, and that will be by their choice. You are not looked upon as being any the less successful than any other soul, and you will eventually reach the same level as any other one.

Many souls have identified with the earthly vibrations and become separated from their real self. That was expected and is seen as an essential part of your experiences, and represented the real challenge that you elected to face.

By acquiring a strong defense you have survived against the dark Ones and their attempts to pull you down to their level. They have in fact sunk so low that they have all but cut themselves off from the Light. Yet the Love of God for his creations only sees the Light however diminished it has become. Hope for their growth back into the Light is such that every help will be given to them to fully return to it.

As we have intimated previously, we ask that as a Being of Light you feel compassion for those who have gone astray. There will be others who do not understand that the greatest service you can give to another soul is to send them your love.

See their Light however dim it may be as the Godspark is immutable and will always remain in some form or another. Show that you have evolved beyond judgment, and allow the course of natural justice of the higher laws to look after those who are yet to answer for their crimes against Humanity. You have enough to occupy your minds with as your wonderful future unfolds.

Search around if you wish to find evidence of the banking situation moving on, as several are now being taken to task over their criminal dealings. What you the people have done is to highlight their shortcomings, by relentlessly harassing the authorities to take action against them.

It is getting publicity and the net result is that even more of you are awakening, and it is causing much concern amongst the big corporations. They know that people power is capable of achieving results. So whilst these changes are not readily noted, you are obtaining partial success now.

In many countries the demonstrations grow more intense and governments use force to put them down. However that will not lessen the amount of demonstrations that take place, and you have shown that you are very resilient when it comes to claiming your rights. We cannot openly support you, but where your actions are peaceful we will spur you on.

Just now a number of actions that are destined to start the changes are proceeding well, and it is likely that all of a sudden some of them will announce themselves to the media.

On the dark side the warmongers still try to start another World War, but do not be alarmed as they will not be allowed to do so. We can use whatever powers we have to prevent it, and some of our advanced technology is quite astonishing and absolutely perfect for these purposes. Indeed, we have often used it to keep a relatively peaceful situation on Earth, when certain elements would have launched all out war against another country.

You are safe with us and we shall continue to fully monitor your Earth. When we need to we can zoom in on any person wherever they are, so there is no hiding place for the dark Ones. When it is time to bring them in we shall waste no time in placing them where they can no longer obstruct the process of Ascension.

For the time being we look to you to do whatever is necessary to obtain the authority to take them out of circulation. We know you have experienced problems when you have previously tried to do so, but the situation is changing and your time has come to take action. You will have our protection and can go forward with confidence.

I also see that you have done an excellent job in grounding the Light, and it shines from Earth more powerfully than it has done for millennia of time. It is expanding exponentially and will see you safely through your Ascension.

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton entered the 2012 US presidential campaign fray for the first time Monday, highlighting a burning issue at the center of debate – taxing the wealthy.

"One of the issues that I have been preaching about around the world is collecting taxes in an equitable manner, especially from the elites in every country," Ms Clinton told a glittering New York conference.

Winning some laughter at the forum on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly, she insisted: "You know I’m out of American politics, but it is a fact that around the world the elites of every country are making money."

Democratic US President Barack Obama, fighting for re-election in November, and his bitter rival, Republican Mitt Romney, have laid out starkly different visions for how to boost the struggling US economy, AFP reported.

Multi-millionaire former businessman Mr Romney has proposed cutting income tax rates by 20pc across the board, eliminating tax on investment income, and slashing the corporate tax rate.

Mr Obama has said Mr Romney’s $5 trillion tax plan would mostly benefit the wealthy and force the US government to boost taxes on families with children by $2,000 per year.

Instead, Mr Obama favours higher taxes for the nation’s wealthiest.

Talking in general terms at the Clinton Global Initiative, Ms Clinton insisted: "There are rich people everywhere and yet they do not contribute to the growth of their own countries.

"They don’t invest in public schools, in public hospitals, in other kinds of development internally," she told the aid foundation set up by her husband, former Democratic president Bill Clinton.

But as countries seek to stop being aid recipients, Ms Clinton said taxes were vital to "mobilize their own domestic resources for long-term development".

"And so it means for leaders telling powerful people things they don’t want to hear," said Ms Clinton.

"It means being transparent about budgets and revenues, and bringing corruption to light and when that happens, we shouldn’t punish countries for uncovering corruption; we should reward them for doing so.

"And it means putting into place regulations designed to attract and protect investment."

Ms Clinton, who was defeated by Obama in 2008 to be the Democratic presidential candidate, has so far ruled out a run in 2016.

On Sunday, Bill Clinton left the matter open, saying: "I have no earthly idea what she will decide to do."

"I think we ought to give her a chance to organize her life and decide what she wants to do," he added.

*NEW YORK (AP) — A quiet day on Wall Street turned into the worst sell-off in three months after a Federal Reserve official said he doubted the bank's effort to boost economic growth would work.

Charles Plosser, president of the Fed's Philadelphia branch, told an audience Tuesday that the Fed's effort to support the economy would likely fall short of its goals.

The speech probably startled some investors who had faith in the Fed's latest plan, said Jack Ablin, chief investment officer Harris Private Bank. The plan includes buying $40 billion in mortgage bonds each month until the economy improves.

"So many investors have bought into the illusion," he said. "And it was like Plosser pulled up the curtain on the Wizard of Oz."

The Standard & Poor's 500 index lost 15.30 points, its fourth straight decline, to close at 1,441.59. The 1.05 percent drop was the worst for the S&P since June 25.

The Dow Jones industrial average lost 101.37 points to close at 13,457.55. Caterpillar tugged the Dow down, losing 4 percent. The world's largest maker of bulldozers and other heavy equipment said late Monday that slower economic growth around the world dampened its earnings forecast. Its stock sank $3.86 to $87.01.

Stocks enjoyed one of their biggest rallies of the year Sept. 6 after Mario Draghi, the president of the European Central Bank, laid out a plan to buy unlimited amounts of government bonds to lower borrowing costs for Europe's debt-burdened countries.

A week later, Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke announced the central bank's open-ended mortgage bond-buying program and pledged to hold interest rates at super-low levels into 2015.

The S&P soared to a nearly five-year closing high of 1,465 the next day, Sept. 14, but has drifted lower since and fallen back almost to where it was before Bernanke's announcement.

On Tuesday, three economic reports gave the stock market a nudge in morning trading. House prices rose in major cities for a third straight month, and a gauge of consumer confidence came in surprisingly high.

More surprising than those two economic reports was the Richmond Federal Reserve's strong reading on regional manufacturing, a recent trouble spot, said Phil Orlando, chief equity strategist at Federated Investors.

"Look at that. There were three data points on the economy and we crushed them," said Phil Orlando, chief equity strategist at Federated Investors.

But sagging profits could drag on the stock market in the coming weeks, Orlando said. Caterpillar joined a growing collection of companies that have lowered their earnings forecasts. FedEx, a bellwether of world trade, said Sept. 18 that shipping has sunk to recession-like levels. Railroad giant Norfolk Southern has also warned that falling shipments and sinking coal prices will likely drag down its earnings.

Wall Street analysts now estimate that corporate profits will be lower this quarter than a year earlier. That would be the first such drop in three years.

The Nasdaq composite index dropped 43.05 points to 3,117.73. Google's stock touched an all-time high in early trading, clearing $764, but closed the trading day at $749.16.

Apple, the largest public company in the world, lost $17.25, or 2.5 percent, to close at $673.54. It has lost more than $26 in two days. Apple is the biggest component in the S&P but is not included in the Dow, helping explain why the S&P suffered a greater percentage decline than the Dow's 0.8 percent.

The closely watched Standard & Poor's/Case Shiller index of national house prices increased 1.2 percent in July compared with the same month in 2011. Prices rose from the previous month in all 20 major cities tracked by the report for the third month in a row.

The Conference Board said its gauge of consumer confidence shot to a seven-month high of 70.3 in September, up from 61.3 in August and far higher than the 63 analysts were expecting. People surveyed said they were more optimistic about the job market.

The Federal Reserve's manufacturing index, which surveys companies in the central Atlantic region, increased after shrinking for three months as businesses turned more optimistic. Companies said they anticipate more orders and shipments even as employment dips. The index turned positive in September after a negative reading in August.

Treasury prices rose as traders shifted money into safe assets. The 10-year Treasury yield, the benchmark for mortgages and other loans, dipped to 1.67 percent from 1.71 percent late Monday.

　


*The worldwide movement to bring about peace is gaining in support, and is helping awaken others of the need to no longer tolerate the lack of compliance with your demands. Success will be yours but maybe not quite in the way you would have expected. We will certainly have a hand in it, and are allowed to assist where the Lightworkers are concerned.

The main focus for the time being are the governmental changes that are needed to put the right people in charge of your future. Once one country has removed those who are not working for the people, the demand for changes elsewhere will escalate. There will be no stopping the energy from bringing down the dark Ones, and in general terms they know that their time is up.

On the one hand the world would seem to be in a hopeless mess, but beneath it all you are birthing the New Age and it waits to replace the old one. The old status quo cannot be maintained anymore as its very structure is falling down. No amount of effort or money can keep it intact, and many reputations will go down with it.

Already legal actions are poised to bring more well-known names out for their criminal activities. Some of the biggest culprits are still able to hide behind others who have done their dirty work for them. However, in the final reckoning no one will be able to avoid justice, or having to answer to the higher authorities. They are all known to us and their every deed is held in the Akashic records.

Every thought and deed of all souls is automatically known, but is not for viewing without permission. However, it is used when you pass over to the higher realms when you review your life and decide what you need to carry forward for further experiences.

To some life seems pointless, but in fact each one of you knew what was planned before you incarnated. So it follows that you are well advised to make the most of whatever challenges you get. Try not to be too hard on yourselves when you make mistakes, as you are not expected to be perfect. You are involved in trial and error to overcome your shortcomings, and to move further along your journey of evolution. Every soul is involved, and many of you come together purposefully to help each other succeed.

Naturally this lifetime is somewhat different to previous ones, as you are attempting to clear old issues that have been holding you back. It is clearly a very important time, and one in which you are being given every help to prepare for Ascension.

We would like to see as many souls as possible ascend and move off the wheel of re-birth. Having done so your future will be totally in your own hands, and you will have the choice of what you would like to do next. It even extends to how long you stay in any one body, and remember that in the higher dimensions it does not age and die as you experience now. The thought of such freedom should be enough to spur you on to achieve whatever is necessary to rise up above the lower vibrations.

Most souls are presently already at their lowest point where their vibrations are concerned, so progress is always upwards and returning you to where you really belong. You may be having a real experience in your dimension, but as far as being your real life it is an illusion. You are of the Light and normally a radiant soul of enormous powers to create.

As you rise up again you will learn to control your powers and use them for the greater good of all. You really are Gods in the making, which is why even now you have to be sure that you focus on what you actually want in your life. You should know by now that where you place your energy is where you are going to get results.

There may seem to be random happenings in your life, but it is what you attract to yourself. There are Laws that cover all aspects of it, regardless of whether you are aware of them or not. You do not necessarily need to know what they are, and should concentrate on trying to be to others as you would wish them to be to you. Work towards treating them as One with you, indeed as all are connected as part of yourself.

For too long people have not understood their connection to all souls, but if you accept that you are all Godsparks you will understand why it is so. We of the Galactic Federation of Light are in full realization of the truth, and that is why we serve all civilizations. It is the most natural desire to want to help those who are following on in your footsteps.

It is inevitable and desirable that all souls will eventually reach a point of returning to the Source. It is within you whether you realize it or not, and is a driving force that is always urging you forwards and upwards. Your eyes are being opened to what it means, and your coming Ascension is just one milestone along a wonderful journey.

It will seem to be endless and bear in mind you will soon be in dimensions where everything is in the Now. Time as you know it will have no bearing on whatever you do, as the past, present and future are All One. It is an amazing concept that allows you to follow your hearts desire to go wherever you want. Some souls have fond memories of previous lives in past history, and choose to go back and experience some more.

Allow yourself to begin to "feel" what it will be like after Ascension, and the changes will come so easily to you. They should anyway as you came from such levels previously before you ended up in the present dimension. Once we can visit you openly and invite some on board our ships, that will give you a preview of what type of life is waiting for you.

The changes will be most welcome and will eliminate many of the chores and the need to spend most of your life working simply to exist. You will have so much time for yourself and be able to devote it to what you consider to be the most satisfying. Ugliness, distortions and imperfections just cannot exist in the higher vibrations, and all is in beauty, balance and harmony.

We also see that many of you are taking on and transmuting the energies of others as you meet in groups and interact. This may be a reason why you wonder if your cleansing process will ever end. Your personal cleansing has taken place and you now walk the Earth purifying everything in your Path, for as Light bearers, this is a process that naturally occurs.

Take time each day to clear your personal energy fields so that you are aware of the times when the energies of others enter your field. Know that it is a temporary situation and that it is helping to more quickly transmute the very atmosphere in the area where you live and in the auric fields of those whom you encounter. Having this awareness should help you feel more confidence in your abilities to create the changes in your World that you desire. This is what Light bearers do and the exciting part of this is that this is the first time in Earth’s history that so many Beings who hold the Light are shining their Light in this way. Do not stop, Dear Ones!

It is also incumbent upon each of you to nurture yourselves when necessary and take time out to rejuvenate your inner forces. Being out in nature is becoming most crucial as the elemental Beings are most eager to assist each of you to renew your forces as needed. The energies of the Earth needs to be tapped into and connected with and this can only happen when you are actually out in the outdoors. There is Love all around you from these delightful Beings who desire a greater connection with Humanity. They wish to be acknowledged so that they can be of greater service.

Do not go into third dimensional concepts about how things ought to look dear ones, for much is happening that you are not aware of.

We now see many beginning to awaken although they may not announce this to their friends or families. They are silently starting to question all that they see around them and all that they have believed to be the truth. They are experiencing a lack of resonance with "politics as usual", and are beginning to realize that many of the ways that run the world are old and finished.

They are not sure what this all means, and so they ponder silently within, but this is the necessary crack in the veil, and once that crack has been established, more and more light will begin to pour in.

You see dear ones, YOU are creating the new world through your awakening consciousness; through the seeing and knowing of the truth of life and all its forms. You are awakening to a new dimension, and in the process are being told that in order to do this you must leave behind all that resonates of the old.

This has become a stumbling block for many because they interpret this letting go as a rejection of all that they love. The struggle results from the erroneous belief that these things will no longer be a part of their lives. We have talked of this many times, but repeat it again. Anything real can never disappear for all that is real is held in place by Divine Law. You need only release your concepts of those things you hold dear.

There are many who do not take this information seriously. They say to themselves; "Oh surely they do not speak of this or that.". Yes, we speak of anything that holds you in bondage to what is false however pleasant it may seem.

The opposite end of the stick of duality, is good. You see most spiritual students are willing to see "bad" as illusion, but are unable to realize that so called "good" is just as much an illusion, dear ones. The next stage of your evolution is to see through the appearances of both good and bad, to the spiritual reality behind them.

Everything is the Divine in expression. There is nothing else. This is what you are beginning to understand and this is where resistance begins to arise.

What you see in the outer is an interpretation of the Divine Reality presented by mind in a form you can understand. Example – Many ask for companionship, for Mr. or Mrs. Right to come along believing and creating from a sense of separation. When an individual realizes that he can never be separated from that perfect companion – Divine Consciousness, the mind will interpret that and manifest in the outer as right companionship. This is pure mysticism.

These are new and difficult truths for many to accept because you have been taught to pray to a God outside of yourselves for everything you need. But if you reading this, are ready for this next deep and powerful step.

Evolution has brought you to a new and evolved state of consciousness where you must let false beliefs dissolve into the nothingness that they are. You are ready for the truth that there is not a God outside of yourselves to pray to. However it is important to understand that it is not the false sense of self, the human unevolved self that is God, but your real essence, your Higher Self, that which is ever present and always has been.

All that you need is embodied within you. Evolution is the realization, practice, and gradual shift into a deeper state of awareness. It does not happen over night, it is a process but you have earned your readiness through lifetimes of struggle and search.

As you begin to understand that everything you see, hear, taste, touch, or smell is in and of Divine Consciousness but interpreted by mind according to the individual’s state of consciousness, you begin to lose your fears.

Everything is a mind interpretation of either Omnipresence (cars, transportation etc), Omniscience (inventions, new ideas on all levels), or Omnipotence (healing, events dissolved through realization). There is nothing but God and the sum of the whole journey dear ones, is awakening to that.

Those of you who choose, are rapidly moving into a new energy of Light and cannot drag with you any accumulated low resonating energy from your hundreds of past lifetimes. You are now releasing it. Physical cellular release may appear as the reactivation of old wounds, diseases, and pains or may simply be felt as a general lack of energy, headaches, etc. Emotional clearings may manifest as depression, anger, irrational fears, or the experiencing of emotions that seem to have no rhyme or reason. Mental clearing manifests outwardly as the dropping away of dearly held concepts.

Whole belief systems may come crashing down leaving an individual floundering and struggling to find secure footing, but if he is willing to let go, truth will replace that which has been released and he will find his footing in a whole new place. These experiences can be very difficult dear ones, especially when an individual does not understand what is happening and interprets everything from a three dimensional viewpoint.

This is why up to a certain point, the spiritual journey is often called a "dying daily". We understand and see your pain but no one can do the work for you. It is your journey and only you can decide whether or not to walk the walk of enlightenment.

There is no pressure to move out of your old belief system, other than the pressure of knowing all is in readiness now for this to happen should you choose. There are many who still talk the talk, go to classes, and read metaphysical books but refuse to move beyond believing that God must be accessed through some formula, action, tool, or person .

We tell you, IT is you and it is your choice to accept or reject this truth and act upon it.

*As you are finding time is speeding by, and the prophesies of massive earthquakes and other physical happenings have in no way occurred quite as was envisioned. You can certainly take some credit for the outcome, as by bringing the Light to Earth, you have also brought calmness. It does not however mean that there will not be physical changes, as some are inevitable. By keeping the vibrations high through the coming weeks, you can ensure that you have a fairly smooth finish to the cycle. We are of course part of the reason for the way it is working out, and are maintaining what can be called a peaceful time. Yes, there are battles taking place in some countries, but these will not be allowed to escalate into a greater global war.

It may sound strange to say that you are achieving peace on Earth, but it is so as more and more people demand it along with their freedom. You are already seeing the last stand in many countries, and the military personnel are showing their belief that it is time to call an end to all war. They realize that apart from self defense war is a senseless act that rarely achieves any lasting effect. Instead it creates hatred, and those whose people and lands are destroyed will carry thoughts of revenge until they are fulfilled. Is it not true Dear Ones, that you have created the terrorists that plague the world with their insane acts of self destruction and murder.

We would wish you to not dwell upon the negativity that is still present in your world, but you need to understand how it has come about. Naturally the dark Ones have had a hand in perpetuating it, and speaking historically have set up almost every modern war between nations. That will all finish with Ascension as you are moving into a level where such negativity cannot exist. The souls that think this way who will not give up their pursuits for wealth and power, will remain in the lower dimension with others who are unenlightened. However, the Light will not be denied them and every effort will be made to bring them back into it. One day they will return as eventually every soul will make it home.

Meantime the path to Ascension is opening up, and the changes required to move on are nearing manifestation. In consequence matters will take off quite quickly as certain goals have to be reached before you get there. Our allies still put their heart and soul into their work, and will see the results very soon. As we have said many times, nothing can stop the final curtain coming down, and the Illuminati will be gone from your lives forever. Your consciousness levels continue to rise, and with one great leap forward you will realize that you have ascended. There will no uncertainty in your mind at all, you will know that you have immensely changed from what you were previously. So do not allow worries to creep into your mind, keep your vision in front of you and it will become your reality.

Live in the Now and wait until it is necessary to change your daily pattern, to accommodate the New Age that is manifesting. You will know soon enough when it arrives, and it is the "knowing" that you can rely on to carry you forward. Your extrasensory perception will be sharper and enhanced by the new energies you are taking into yourself. You may well view the fact that your body will no longer be susceptible to illness, as the most welcome change of all. It will be just one of many that will immediately uplift your quality of life. We could say that you have not lived until you experience life in the higher dimensions. It would be true particularly where it relates to other souls. You will find that all are united in Love and Light, and will live together in bliss and total harmony.

We of the Galactic Federation of Light speak to you as ones who are already at the levels you are moving into. We experience in a happy environment where all forms of life interact with each other. There is no fear whatsoever between the different life forms, and it is based on trust. Consequently no one feels inhibited or withdrawn, but can express themselves freely in great joy and happiness. Thoughts associated with the lower vibrations never enter our minds, and we focus on all that is pure and untainted by any negative aspect. Living your life in this way is so satisfying and we certainly do not have any time for boredom. There will be so much more open to you to explore and as you ascend even further, as you say "the skies the limit".

So Dear Ones, make the most of your final days upon your present Earth. It still has so much beauty and places that are of the highest energies. Those of you who are sensitive's will know what I mean. Equally some areas still remain badly polluted, from centuries of being subjected to the lower energies through war and other conflicts. These will of course be finally cleared before Ascension, and indeed that work has already commenced. To help you we can work whilst off Earth, but when we can meet you it can be carried out as a joint venture. Mother Earth has been a most patient entity whilst seeing you through the last period of your lives. She receives and welcomes your contact with her, and your return to times when you both lived much closer together. It will come again in the near future when you shall understand your relationship with all other life forms.

You were all created and placed upon Earth to enjoy all of the Creator's bounty and beauty, and learn how to support each other. Regretfully in the latter stages you grew away from Nature, and forgot how much you needed each other. That is changing and many are recognizing the place that Man has on Earth, and the importance of his guardianship where all life is concerned. The Buddhists are renowned for their understanding, and have shown what can be done when you are in harmony with nature. Some of you are equally aware, and are a good example to others who are seeking a true relationship with Nature.

*The time lines are beginning to merge into the ones that carry the most energy, and are naturally strongest where people have the intent to ascend and those who do not. What you will be looking at is the result of your mass consciousness that is creating according to your wishes. Ascension itself is going to bring changes that have been divinely decreed, and are of Universal proportions and controlled by the higher forces. You do therefore create your own experiences, and Ascension will be your final one as you leave the cycle of duality, to take your place in the New Age. Events can be changed according to your speed and level of advancement, and that allows for any delay caused by the dark Ones. So we say to you still keep focused on the actual Ascension, and prepare for an input of powerful energy that you will be aware of.

There is always going to be much discussion about how the future events will take place, as there are many different views about it. What you have been promised will certainly come about and you have much to gain from it. In fact the timing has often had to be adjusted, and you are of course now aware that some events have had to be put back. However, you will not miss out and you will pass on to a higher vibration, and benefit from the many changes that will lift you up further into the Light. The old paradigm will by then have no further influence in your lives, and you will enjoy the absolute peace and joy that comes with the new one.

We are still pushing for our allies to raise their actions, as we would like to see some major changes commence very shortly. That would ease your worries and assure you that the end of the cycle was going to end as predicted. However, that may depend on your expectations as only a minority have any idea of what lies ahead. We will address that in one way or another, so that all souls have a final choice as to whether they desire to leave the lower dimensions for the higher ones. What you can be certain of is that those of you that came into this life having already made their choice to ascend will do so. There will have been high points in their lives that have led them on to the right path, and brought enlightened souls to them. Each of you has had immense help, and you would have had to be quite defiant to go against your life plan that included Ascension.

Ascension is not a 5 minute wonder, but is a path you have been travelling for a very long time and will continue to do so. There have been many highlights, particularly at the end of the last century and your present one. Each one has brought the energies to a higher level than previously. They have gently helped you along, unlike the 21<sup>st. December 2012 when all will be noticeably affected. Already many have noticed what have become to be known as Ascension symptoms, that can easily mistaken for the onset of illness. Clearly if they persist it is wise to check your condition with a doctor, as normally they will disappear in a matter of a few days.

Whatever happens go along with it knowing that Ascension is ongoing, and you are not going to miss out because of any delays. It is all planned and soon you will be rid of the Dark Ones, because no matter how devious they are or whatever power they can exert, they have no place in your future. You tend to get depressed when events do not turn out as expected, but if you are of the Light the battle has already been won. There is lots to be done to move you quickly into the New Age but we are more than equal to the task. We are constantly amending our plans to suit whatever situation comes up, and that is no problem at all for us.

The pivotal point at present revolves around the Presidential Elections in the U.S. Our man is the one chosen to lead you out of duality, and that is because he has immense spiritual experience and understanding to meet the challenge. There are others around him also ready to join up in a new Government, that will be based on new principles and truly represent the people. There will be no failure or repeat of what you previously experienced, as the dark Ones have had their day and capitulated to the Light. So please do not be too concerned by the threats of those who still promote greed and self power. They will not figure in the new Government which is to be for the people.

Accept that what happens is part of the cleansing that must take place, before the changes can be introduced. Mother Earth will also need to take some actions, but they will not be as severe as some people forecast. We of the Galactic Federation are still overseeing all that happens on Earth, and take part in many things that you are not aware of. So please do not feel that we are non-active, when in fact we are probably more involved than ever before. You are certainly seeing more of us, and the best is yet to come when we can arrange our flyovers. We register that disclosure is being powered by the people, and we applaud your initiative and persistence. Anything that awakens people to the truth is well worthwhile.

Obviously the next few weeks are going to be very important, and you should be able to see where matters are heading.
You can expect to see more charges come out against corrupt bankers as their activities are investigated. It takes time to gather the appropriate evidence, and it needs to be thorough. Some flee rather than face the music, and for the time being they will get away with their crimes but will eventually answer for them. Our main thrust is to see them removed, so that we are left with trustworthy and reliable people to handle the new financial arrangements. It is all part of moving you on and bridging the gap between the old and the new systems.

Guinea to See $2.1 Billion of Its Debt Cancelled

More than $2.1 billion of Guinea’s foreign debt is being cancelled in a major boost for the deeply impoverished West African nation whose mineral riches were looted over decades of corrupt dictatorship, officials said Wednesday.

Two-thirds of Guinea’s total foreign debt is being eliminated because it has qualified for the IMF and World Bank program for heavily indebted poor countries, according to a government statement.

The decision to support $2.1 billion in debt relief for Guinea was later announced by the IMF and the World Bank following a meeting of their administrative council Wednesday.

"This will allow Guinea to free up substantial resources," said Ansoumane Camara, an economist and consultant in Conakry who said the money could be redirected toward improving health and educational programs.

Guinea’s finances were left in ruins after nearly a quarter-century of rule by Lansana Conte, who pillaged state coffers to make his family fabulously wealthy before his death in 2008, according to economists.

In 2010, the country held its first democratic election but the political reforms have not translated into immediate improvements for the lives of most Guineans, who remain deeply impoverished. About 75 percent of the country’s 10 million people live below the poverty line, according to the United Nations.

Fatou Bonte Bangoura, who sells smoked fish at a port in Guinea’s capital, said Wednesday’s announcement would mean little for Guineans who are struggling to support their families.

"Our children need to eat, they need to be taken care of, they need to go to school," she lamented. Guinea’s debt elimination won’t result in individual families receiving money. "It doesn’t feed me," she says.

President Alpha Conde called Wednesday’s announcement "the first step on the path to economic recovery."

"It gives us the opportunity to make a historic new start," he said while visiting a women’s business cooperative. "We will now redouble our efforts, and no one will be left by the wayside."</sup>
