Good day SaLuSa, Good day Angelo, thank you and you too.  I would like to talk about ascension and coming events.  The energy of the planet will take a giant leap forward as more and more people are awakening to the truths of the crimes of the elite!  In May 2012 there will be many more conclusions as Angelo stated in the past post!  Some people are not happy with him they think he has an attitude, the short answer; he doesn’t plan mass murder of billions!!  Angelo has been planning this for thousands of years, so as you can see he’s patient, he has to conclude his mission on this planet Earth.  It is not that he does not like you personally; he just doesn’t like your organization’s protocols that it!  If you remember one of his posts he’s been on dark side many times, just like the rest of you on the planet Earth, he happens to be more centered/balance, so if you listen to his descriptions, you’re on your way becoming centered /balance yourself!  Say if there was a meeting to be with the Dalai Lama an Angelo, Angelo is not going to show up (his view a waste of time and there are more important matters) his point of view the organization had thousands and thousands of years to straight things out and refused to give the information to the public and also not letting women hold positions of authority in that organization!  Angelo *Dark ones, if I can do it, then she can do it, it’s that simple (all information was not kept from her and if she qualified for that post)!!  If you want to be of the Light you have to be fair (to reach Enlightenment)!  Enlightenment the way you describe it does not exist (try to tap into the “planetary block” you have people that can levitate off the ground*[it takes seven years practice basically to levitate, through meditation] get the people in your organization that you consider your best psychics, to tap in while meditating into the “planetary block”!!

 Liberian Ex-President Charles Taylor Guilty of War Crimes

An international court has delivered its verdict on Liberian ex-president Charles Taylor, finding him guilty of arming Sierra Leone’s rebels who paid him in “blood diamonds”.

Taylor helped rebels in Sierre Leone with the preparation and execution of crimes by helping to “design” their strategy.
War crimes “resulted directly from (these) plans” but he did not command the execution or instigate them, said Richard Lussick, a UN judge. “The trial chamber uanimously finds you guilty,” he said.
Taylor’s practical assistance, including trade in blood diamonds and moral support had substantial impact on the commission of war crimes and “he knew it well”, the UN court judged.
“The accused knew of atrocities being perpetrated against civlisans in Sierre Leone and of propensity to commit crimes. Notwithstanding such knowledge, the accused continued to provide support to the RUF during the period crimes were committed,” the judge said.
“The trial chamber finds, therefore, beyond reasonable doubt that the accused knew that his support would provide practical assistance, encouragement and moral support to them in the commission of crimes duting the course of their military operations in Sierre Leone.

“The trial chamber finds beyond reasonable doubt that the accused is criminally responsble for aiding and abetting the commision of crimes.”
Taylor stood and showed no emotion as Lussick delivered the guilty verdicts at the Special Court for Sierra Leone. Lussick scheduled a sentencing hearing for May 16 and said sentence would be passed two weeks later. Taylor will serve his sentence in Britain.

Human rights activists hailed the convictions as a watershed moment in the fight against impunity for national leaders responsible for atrocities.
“Taylor’s conviction sends a powerful message that even those in the highest level positions can be held to account for grave crimes,” said Elise Keppler of Human Rights Watch. “Not since Nuremberg has an international or hybrid war crimes court issued a judgment against a current or former head of state. This is a victory for Sierra Leonean victims, and all those seeking justice when the worst abuses are committed.”

Taylor had pleaded not guilty to all counts, claiming in seven months of testimony in his own defense that he was a statesman and peacemaker in West Africa.
While judges convicted him of aiding and abetting atrocities by rebels, they cleared him of direct command responsibility, saying he had no direct control over the rebels he supported.
During Taylor’s trial which began proper on June 4, 2007, some 94 witnesses took the stand for the prosecution and 21 for the defence. Taylor himself testified for 81 hours.

Model Naomi Campbell and actress Mia Farrow gave headline-grabbing evidence in August 2010 about a gift of “dirty” diamonds Taylor gave to Campbell at a charity dinner hosted by then South African president Nelson Mandela in 1997.
Judges also heard gruesome testimony from victims of the Sierra Leone conflict, including a witness who said he pleaded with RUF rebels to cut off his remaining hand so they would spare his toddler son.
Others said Taylor’s fighters strung human intestines across roads, removed foetuses from women’s wombs and practised cannibalism, while children younger than 15 were enlisted to fight.
One witness said he was present when the Liberian leader ate human liver.
During his own testimony, which began in July 2009, Taylor called the trial a “sham” and denied allegations he ever ate human flesh.
Nigerian authorities arrested Taylor in March 2006 when he tried to flee from exile in Nigeria after stepping down as Liberian president three years earlier in a negotiated end to a civil war in his own country.

He was transferred to the SCSL in Freetown, but in June 2006 a UN Security Council resolution cleared the way for him to be transferred to The Hague, saying his presence in west Africa was an “impediment to stability and a threat to the peace.”

The court, set up jointly by the Sierra Leone government and the United Nations, has already convicted eight Sierra Leoneans of war crimes and jailed them for between 15 and 52 years after trials in Freetown.

*This has truly been a worldwide effort, where beings from many different countries have come together in an effort to bring to your world a better way.

We of the Galactic commands have done our part as well to assist those of you who wish to see changes in your world, to make it a better place for all of you to experience the physical realm.

All along your journey you have benefited greatly from the assistance of your universal families and friends. Never were you left on your own, and never were you forgotten or denied any assistance that you may have needed.

We have always assured that you would receive the benefits from our assistance, although it has been necessary for us to conceal our helping hand to better allow you to reap the rewards of going it on your own. This has always been a very delicate operation where we needed to conceal our craft from your eyes and needed to camouflage our part in many of your affairs.

We feel we have done an adequate job in this sense, and up until very recent times we feel very few of you were even aware of our presence and still more of you were unaware that we took part in so many events and directions that your society has taken.

What we would now like to do is take an even more active role in your affairs, and we would like to do this openly and we would like to do this with your full knowledge and cooperation, as the time for secrecy is quickly fading into your past.

We would like to discuss with you each and everything that we would like to accomplish here in your world with you before these tasks are undertaken. This is what we will do, as we are now better able to communicate with many of you through our channels and even directly with some of you through means of telepathy.

In the days ahead, we see even greater numbers of you being able to communicate in this manner, and we also see a day when we will be able to speak with large numbers of you openly and directly without any need for telepathic communication.

When all this will take place is still a subject of debate and consideration, for we cannot tell for sure at this time when situations in your world will allow us to safely interact more personally with you. There will be a period in your very near future where we will be able to navigate our ships openly through your skies and personally interact with many of you as we work to complete our many projects together.

This will be; there is no doubt of this, as this is a very necessary step towards the realization of the goal of your new world. Timing is so important at this time, and we wish to take every precaution and make sure the timing is just right for us to move forward with the operation. Please be patient as you have been, as much is riding on the successful conclusion of our project with you and we wish to proceed as slowly and carefully as is necessary.

Allow us to properly set the table for our introductions to you, and allow our Earth allies to clear the playing field of those still playing for another team, as they must be removed from your society before many of our projects together can be undertaken. This is a very important step, and we ask for your continued patience and cooperation in sharing your knowledge of these upcoming events as they will take place.

We wish for as many of your world as possible to be familiar with this process as these arrests may be quite startling for many, and we also wish for as many of your world as possible to benefit as greatly as they can from what these arrests will signify to each of you and your society as a whole.

You all have done such a tremendous job thus far setting the table for this event, and we wish at this time to thank each of you once again for your efforts and say to you that your hard work will pay off for all of you.

As we have promised you, we have been allowing more sightings of our ships all over your world, and we are very pleased to see that so many of you are taking the time to film these events and also share this evidence with those of your world through your online social networks.

This is a very important process in our overall lmission, as we wish to prepare as many of your world as possible for our introductions to you which we eagerly anticipate. We will continue this process and step up even greater the number and quality of the sightings of our ships in the days ahead, and we ask you to continue to share your video footage with your brothers and sisters.

We have some fun sightings planned for you and we look so forward to this, and we also wish you to know that we enjoy these sightings just as much as you do. We have wanted to make our presence more known to you for a very long time, and we do not wish to have to camouflage ourselves any more than many of you like it.

We wish to go about our affairs openly with you, and we tell you that this day will come as there can be no stopping it. This is part of your new experience, where you will have completely open contact with us of the Galactic Federation of Light, and we look very forward to this day.

It has been a challenge for us to work for so long in the background without your knowledge, and we have longed for a reunion with you far longer than many of you have even been aware of our existence. There are many reasons that have contributed to this need for secrecy, and at this time we are removing these obstacles one by one with your assistance.

It will be soon that the last obstacle from our path is cleared and we can reunite with you, our brothers and sisters, and openly work together on the many projects that will bring to each of you the new world that you all want for yourselves, your family, your friends, and each and every one who calls your planet home.

You may even have some new friends coming your way as finally the old friends that no longer serve your greater good fade away into your past. This has always been the plan for you, where the old has had to move aside to make way for the new and allow you to become the new being that you are developing into today.

Allow all that no longer serves your higher purpose to fade away now and become but fond memories of your education and your growth as a spiritual being. Allow the experiences and the lessons that were designed to advance you on your journey become relics of your past that can be observed as if you were visiting a museum of all that was but is no longer.

Do not allow these memories of lessons sometimes hard learned to intrude upon your present-day, for they have no rightful place here with you as their meaning and their purpose no longer exists for you. Do you understand this? Do not allow what is old to become obstacles for what is new. This is a very important concept for you to learn and to implement into your new lives.

So many of you allow your past experiences to manifest once again and present to you repeated challenges and obstacles that you have already cleared and have no need to experience again. Do the best that you can to keep your path clear before you by not allowing obstacles on the path behind you to experience a rebirth of any kind.

Try to view the experiences that were necessary for you in your past as if they were encased behind glass at a museum of your life. You may take notice and admire these treasures as you make your way through your museums corridors, but do not allow yourself to be slowed or stopped as you stand and stare before an exhibit and allow it to take hold of you and deter you from completing the tour.

This is the way we would like you to view your past experiences, unemotional and detached, as this is the best way for you to extract from these experiences all that they were designed to give you without allowing them to affect you emotionally and negatively. If you can achieve this, then you will certainly be on your way to housing a new and exciting collection of wonderful and valuable pieces that will line the halls of your new museum.

No one will be left behind here, as there will be different places that you journey to. This is the way it must be, as there are many of you and just as many paths to travel, and there are those of you who have learned more at this point than some of the others.

This will bring you to the first steps of a path others have not yet reached. Do not feel saddened by this, as throughout your long journey you have made many friends and have said adieu to many of them, but just the same, for each friend that you have said goodbye to another new friend was waiting to make your acquaintance and begin new adventures with you that more closely resonate with your similar vibrations.

This is the way it is throughout this entire universe, where like attracts like and people, places and adventures come to those whose vibrations attract them like a powerful magnet. Many of you at this time are feeling the pull of this magnetic attraction, and there are those of you who are not feeling this same tow as they are still being pulled towards vibrations of the density you are now freeing yourself from and rising above.

Do not look at this day when your ship sets sail as a sad day, for it is a remarkable achievement for you and you have put so much effort into hoisting your sails and catching this new breeze that will take you to points uncharted. Do not feel saddened for those you love who wave goodbye from the dock, as they too will board a ship that will take them to destinations they have mapped out for themselves.

In the end, all ships will dock at the same port, and you will be there waiting, standing on the dock as their ship arrives.

We see from this vantage point many transformations taking place within the hearts of a greater number of Humanity than ever before.

As they awaken and transform within themselves, the energy they create grows exponentially to encompass an ever greater field around the atmosphere of the Earth which in turn ignites more hearts to awaken and transform.

Be aware, Dear Ones, of the great power that you hold and wield, as you live your daily lives.

I AM present, here, now.” Say these words often to align yourselves with your higher aspects which are now beginning to come closer to you.

You are starting to have more conscious inner conversations with your Higher Self as you go about your Earthly duties and much guidance comes through to you.

Be open and receptive to the flow of words and thoughts that come to you. Watch the thoughts to see which have a positive effect upon your well being and which create opposing forces within you that gives you a feeling of unrest and anxiety.

Those are the ones that must yet be changed by you into thoughts that are nurturing and kind. Know that at this moment in time, everyone upon the Planet is going through these experiences, as they face the shadow within.

It is in this way that all illusions and lies that each person has been telling themselves are seen for what they are and when this happens, a change to a better way of relating takes place

If you are sincere in your quest for upward mobility into the higher realms of consciousness, these challenges will be seen by you as great revelations of insight into your deeper aspects that propel you and sometimes, catapult you, into a higher dimensional reality where all that you manifest is of a higher order.

It is for this purpose that you have all been cleansing and transmuting so that your way forward is filled with greater ease and grace.

There is but one way to go now and that is forward. The choices have already been made within each Soul and now those who have followed the narrow Path come into their own.

As you each align to your true power and embody more and more of your real selves, the changes that have taken place within you will become more discernible to the people in your circle of activities and you will be seen and heard in ways that you never were before.

Your Light is now illuminating your physical body and permeating every cell. People around you will think you have the secret to the Fountain of Youth and truly, it is so.

As this process continues, you will all become living examples for others to emulate and follow. It will become obvious that you know of what you speak, for the evidence will shine before them.

It is now very important that every thought, word and deed comes from the highest integrity within. A leader must be willing to walk the talk so it will be obvious that you are such a One.

Your Ambassadorship as Emissaries of the Light are beginning to become noticed and we rejoice that it is so!

Russian tycoon Boris Berezovsky arrives at the High Court in central London

France has frozen €13 million worth assets of exiled Russian tycoon Boris Berezovsky. The measure follows a request from Russian prosecutors, and was taken alongside other seizures throughout Europe.

­Switzerland, Monaco, France and Ukraine have seized property and bank accounts of several individuals charged in high-profile cases in Russia, the country's Prosecutor General announced Saturday. The total amount of assets seized is estimated at €30 million euro.

The office did not specify what of Berezovsky's property was seized, but said the Prosecutor General would report the details of the operation to the government at the end of May.

Meanwhile, Berezovsky himself says he is not aware of any seizures or arrests.

“I don't know anything about my property being seized. [Prosecutors] were talking about my yacht being seized, but then it turned out the yacht was not mine,” he told Interfax.

Moscow has issued multiple arrest warrants for the self-exiled tycoon, who now lives in London, and has repeatedly demanded his extradition from Britain.

Russian courts accuse Berezovsky of embezzling $2 billion from two major state companies, as well as fraud and money-laundering.

They probably won’t have much more time in their current roles anyway, but a quick look around the globe today – and I can only really do an English-speaking media scan (and mainstream at that!) – shows that many of the world’s leaders are in tenuous, contentious or ridiculous situations.

British PM David Cameron - facing an unprecedented poll slump and the country’s double dip recession - is being called to the Commons to answer why he and his ministers have been so cosy with the Murdochs.

France’s President Nicolas Sarkozy – fighting claims that he took money from former Libyan Leader Gafaffi to fund his 2007 Presidential campaign and that he set up potential rival, former IMF chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn – will most likely not be around after this coming weekend. France goes to the polls to vote for their next president this Sunday, May 6.

In Spain, Mariano Rajoy Brey of the People’s Party, who has only been the prime minister since he was sworn in on December 21, 2011, must be asking himself why he took the job. Spain has gone into double-dip recession, and current figures show almost 25% of the Spanish people are out of work. Then there are the big concerns that the Spanish banking sector may need bailout of up to £100m.

In Venezuela, the testimony of one of the world’s Mr Bigs of cocaine threatens to expose Venezuelan leader Hugo Chavez’s regime’s involvement in cocaine trafficking – and just after he survived cancer surgery in Cuba in February.

Drugs also feature prominently in Mexico’s upcoming elections, which will see President Felipe de Jesús Calderón step down at the end of his current six year term.

In China, the aftermath of Bo Xilai’s ousting and the murder scandal surrounding his wife and her English lover look like leading to real reform in the Communist Party ranks.

In Australia, Prime Minister Julia Gillard’s fragile grip on power in a minority government and her continuing low popularity is now further awash in yet more scandal. In the past 24 hours, she has had to keep the Speaker of the country’s parliament out of his seat following fraud and sexual harassment claims and ask one of the members of her own party to quit her team (and yet still vote with her, as an independent) amid claims he oversaw massive fraudulent spending when he ran one of the country’s big unions.

The list goes on – Portugal, Italy, Malaysia, Russia…

Greece’s technocrat Prime Minister Lucas Papademos – the former Vice President of the European Central Bank, who was put in to power in Greece simply to secure a second bailout for his country – could be this week’s smartest. Like France, Austerity-plagued Greece’s goes to the polls this weekend. Papademos won’t be standing. He plans to resume his academic career.

But it seems the only one who is laughing out loud right now is US President Barack Obama – judging by his speech at the White House Correspondents dinner yesterday.

You will notice more capabilities, coming this month of May 2012 and also the Central Sun Alignment/Galactic Alignment!  This will lead to transformation of the dark pockets around the Earth and each month after less and less dark pockets around the Earth!  A few people on the planet Earth will notice and will be in the Now more often. Angelo has been noticing things the Last few months of his higher capabilities starting to expand; he is more into the higher self region now in his decisions and of course he will test them out on some of his friends to see how far his new capabilities can go, he has one female to test it on “JHRH”/Goddess/Queen of Wisdom, she will enjoy this venture with Angelo as he progress to full consciousness! Angelo, (A male is “JHWH”/God/King of Wisdom). The dark ones still arrogant. * So send your love to the dark ones (the ones that are in the news, this will weaken there negative thoughts) and it will help them in the long run!

*We have often told you that you that there is nothing you cannot achieve, and we wish to thank you for supporting our allies who have done extremely well in such a short time, by bringing the truth into the public domain. Your acceptance of their revelations and intent to make them generally known has sent the information far and wide. It has opened the eyes of many people who had no idea that covert operations existed on such a large scale. The truth needs to be spread to as many people as possible, and that will make disclosure and our coming much easier for them to accept. Fear still dwells within the minds of some people, and anything that can lessen the shock of our existence will help them to move on. The facts about our relationship to you cannot be held back much longer, and we are eager for disclosure to take place. It must precede our coming which has been planned for a long time.

Most of you are aware that there are whistle-blowers amongst you who have put themselves forward, to reveal what is happening where both the military and financial activities are concerned. Their help is important to ensure that until the media can be freed from their restraints and truthfully report the news, that you know that we are very active in backing up our allies. Our presence and back up will ensure that any attempt to start another World War will be unsuccessful. We are also making sure that where the arrests for criminal acts involving financial matters are concerned, that those who are guilty do not escape justice. However, we ask you to leave such matters to the authorities, and when you learn the facts not to let your anger result in reprisals. All will answer at some stage for their actions against the people. Your energy is best spent spreading the Light and sending Love to all those that need it at this special time.

We would like to say once again that every soul that is on Earth at this time, is there for a special purpose, even if in some instances it is purely to be an observer. All stand to benefit from their experiences, and many have elected to ascend. In other words, all have a life plan including those who have no current knowledge or understanding of Ascension. Indeed many have incarnated knowing that they will not reach the level of consciousness necessary to do so. Yet all will have gained through their experiences, and particularly those who remain for the end time. All knowledge acquired moves each soul forward to reach their own time for Ascension. Duality is a fast track road to success, but often at the cost of experiencing the depths of darkness. There is always a way out of it, and as soon as the Light is responded to great Beings of Light will appear.

Dear Ones, the whole purpose of your life is to evolve, and your soul journey will eventually take all back to the Source of All That Is. Obviously a souls progress comparing one to another, can differ quite a lot according to how long is spent in the lower dimensions. At present you are moving towards the higher dimensions and once there, will no longer be bound by linear time. Everything will be in the "Now" and you will move at will between the past, present and future. However, for the time being you are still much involved with time, and we are aware that the apparent delay in starting our many projects concerns you. Yet in reality they are advancing very well, and we are poised to help make some major arrests of people that are high up within the dark forces. It will be the start of a long lasting cleansing of those in places of power, so that authority and responsibility for your wellbeing is passed on to others who care. Be assured that we know who is of the Light, and no one will be able to get past our scrutiny or deceive us. Matters are coming to a head, and you can expect some surprising developments very soon.

It is more important at this time to remain steadfast and resolved to maintain the Light that now abounds upon Earth, and it will continue to do so lifting the vibrations. The levels of your consciousness cannot remain stagnant, and must rise up as a result. Already it is transmuting areas of darkness, and we find that it is reaching into the hearts of those who have closed it off. As you quickly approach Ascension, so will those souls who cannot absorb such vibrations have to leave the Earth. Their path is destined to take them on to a time line that allows a continuation of their present experiences. There is no choice involved, as you cannot rise up unless you are already of the higher vibration. As we have already mentioned, all souls will have already decided their future.

We of the Galactic Federation are ready to meet you, and indeed in certain circumstances contact has been made in recent times on many occasions. Some would appear as random meetings, but others have been purposely arranged to give your leaders an opportunity to bring peace to the world. Many times we have offered to broker peace for you, but those who wield the power have preferred to carry on with their plan for your enslavement. However, you the people have called to God, asking for release from your dark masters and it has been answered in no uncertain way. As a result you face the end of the cycle with Ascension, instead of the collapse of your civilization. The prospect of it rising up with Mother Earth is a unique achievement, especially as you will do so whilst in your physical bodies. Many other civilizations are attracted to your Earth because of it, and it will be a spectacle that will make a lasting impression. We ourselves will get a grandstand view and be present to ensure a happy and joyful conclusion. From there on you will commence a new stage in your evolution, one that will be quite different to what you are familiar with now. All the gifts of God will be bestowed upon you, as you take your place amongst the enlightened souls who are true beings of Light and Love.

We are not here to play games or meddle with your lives irresponsibly. We are here conducting serious scientific evaluations and experiments to better understand the being that is human, and to better prepare you for your advancement in becoming Galactic beings and a Galactic society as well. We do not wish to see any of you suffer unduly through such experiments, and each of you that has taken part in these experiments has given us your complete permission before any of these procedures are carried out.

Never are any of you selected for such assignments without discussing in advance exactly what these experiments will entail and demonstrating your willingness to cooperate in these field tests. Each of you that has participated in these tests either have been or will be rewarded in one way or another, which has also been discussed with you and these terms were agreed upon by you prior to your participation in these experiments

We do not see you as guinea pigs. We have nothing but the highest respect for each and every one of you, and we see these experiments as extremely valuable to you and to your society as a whole, as they have been used to better prepare you for bigger and better things that await just ahead for you.

You can take solace in knowing that these tests have been a great success, and due to the efforts of so many of you, your world is about to receive so many gifts that it has earned due to the efforts of individuals such as those who have volunteered for these experiments.

You have done your world and your fellow human beings a great service in your efforts to allow us to learn more about your people, and we wish to thank you tremendously at this time and tell you the work that we have accomplished together could not have been accomplished without your efforts and your willing participation in these field tests.

Although we continue to complete some of these tests even up to the present day, we say to you that all these tests are wrapping up at this time as your planet and your people ready themselves for ascension and all the gifts that you have earned through such trial and tribulation.

Never before has a world and a people gone through such incredible challenges before, and we wish to tell you that so many other worlds look to you in awe and in respect for what you have gone through and what you have accomplished together here. There have been such great tests of your will, your stamina and your strength, and yet here you are, standing today at the threshold of all that is possible through such challenge.

Each and every one of you are a testament to the strength, the will and the determination of your race, the human race, and we say to you we look so forward to meeting all of you, to learn more about you and to sit with you and listen to you while you share your stories of how you became the beings that you are today.

We salute you, and say to each and every one of you that you should be proud of your journey and your accomplishments together. You will soon be invited to join your Galactic community, and we say to you that you will be proudly welcomed among your Galactic neighbors who have also gone through such challenges to be where it is they are today. You have so much more in common with those from other worlds than you think, and you will have much to talk about with your new friends and your familiar family in the days ahead.

Your days will be filled with meetings and conferences to better prepare you and acquaint you with your new lives as a 5th dimensional society and a member of a Galactic community. Many of you will be going through educational processes and training in many different fields and areas, as there will be much to learn about your new and rapidly evolving world.

Many new advancements and technologies will be quickly implemented within your society, and many of these will take a lot of careful study on your part. These technologies and equipment cannot be misused or mishandled, and it is of great importance that many of you learn how to properly use and maintain these technologies in order to safely utilize them to better the lives of your people.

We will be monitoring the use of much of this equipment and technologies, and we will not let these be misused in any way. This cannot be allowed, as much of this technology is very powerful and its misuse can have negative consequences, and therefore its use must be carefully observed for matters of safety.

Again, we do not wish to mettle overbearingly in your concerns, but we do feel it is important that we monitor certain situations over a certain period of time as your world experiences rapid development as a higher dimensional society. This is for the greater good of all, and we only wish to allow your journey to proceed safely as you experience the many changes that will bring to each of you better and more proficient lives in so many ways.

Your lives are about to change greatly in many ways, and we have very dedicated and able crewmembers to assist you make these transitions as smooth as possible. There will be no limits to the assistance that we can provide you and will provide you, and there will be no limits to educational and training courses that will be made available to each and every one of you, and these will be provided freely without cost, of course, to all of you.

These courses will be made available all throughout your world, and will be made available to each of you no matter which language you currently speak. There will be no limits of what you can learn, and there will be no qualifications of any kind for any of you to be welcomed to participate in any of these courses or teachings.

Your new society will be based on a system that will provide free and unlimited access to each and every being on your planet. There will be no tuitions, no fees, no taxes, no entrance exams, no qualifying grades needed or letters of recommendation. Each and every one of you will be entirely welcomed to begin training or education in any field that you desire to learn.

This is one of the attributes of your new society, and we look forward to seeing so many of you taking advantage of these new and wonderful opportunities to learn about so many new subjects that have not been made available to you up until this point.

Your new world will be full of new mystery and questions, and we wish to provide you with all the answers that you seek. We wish to provide you with all the training and education you will need to become masters of your new academia and your new technologies, and we will provide each and every one of you with every opportunity to fulfill your quest for knowledge and to better utilize these new technologies to better the lives of all your brothers and sisters.

This is how it will be; there can be no other way, as this is the way of a higher dimensional society. So much has been kept from you, and we see how so many of you make great attempts to unbury so many truths and uncover so many mysteries, and we say to you your new lives will be an ever cascading flow of information, knowledge and wisdom, and that no longer will you have to dig so long and so deep to discover the answer that you seek.

All will be revealed to you and all will continue to be made available to you as you proceed into your new lives and your society grows in the light of your new day.

Everything that you do individually is done on behalf on the entirety of Humanity and we are awed by your great determination to surpass all former expectations of what can be accomplished.

You are Ones who go beyond all agreements and continue to exceed all that was required of you. We bow to you, our Beloved Human Angels, for all that you continue to do. By your actions and your courage, you are helping to move an entire Planet with all Her inhabitants into a glorious new beginning that is filled with the greatest hope for expanding and unlimited potentialities.

The days that you are now living are both the end times and the new beginnings. All about you these two forces are gathering speed and creating the brave New World.

It has been confusing for you to internalize and express outwardly the age old patterns that you volunteered to transmute for Humanity by applying Love in every disempowering and painful situation that you have been experiencing and feeling.

And slowly, you have been turning the tide of the opposing forces within yourselves into greater Light, Love and compassion – compassion for yourselves as well as for others around you. At this time, very few of you see the whole picture, for you have not regained your connection with your Divine Self; this will now be changing.

Let your Love of God be present in all that you do, think, feel and desire. It is this for which you have been longing. The fulfillment of this longing cannot be found outside of you, it is within you and by the experiences you have undertaken, no matter how unpleasant or painful they may be or have been, it has brought you to this place where you now stand, poised, on the brink of the manifestation of wonders and happenings never before seen or experienced in this Universe.

All that you are participating in has been foretold and it has been surpassed beyond all boundaries and limitations. You are in the process of remembering the greatness of your Being and as you do this, you heal and bless those around you.

The way forward is in the concentration on the details, putting one foot in front of the other, doing small deeds as necessary and joining together with others in unison when the opportunities to do so present themselves.

Where more than one are gathered, therein is created a greater and more potent power to effect the most incredible and comprehensive changes ever thought could happen. Rupert Murdoch is “not a fit person” to exercise stewardship of a major international company, a committee of MPs has concluded, in a report highly critical of the mogul and his son James’s role in the News of the World phone-hacking affair.

The Commons culture, media and sport select committee also concluded that James Murdoch showed “wilful ignorance” of the extent of phone hacking during 2009 and 2010 – in a highly charged document that saw MPs split on party lines as regards the two Murdochs.

Labour MPs and the sole Liberal Democrat on the committee, Adrian Sanders, voted together in a bloc of six against the five Conservatives to insert the criticisms of Rupert Murdoch and toughen up the remarks about his son James. But the MPs were united in their criticism of other former News International employees.

The cross-party group of MPs said that Les Hinton, the former executive chairman of News International, was “complicit” in a cover-up at the newspaper group, and that Colin Myler, former editor of the News of the World, and the paper’s ex-head of legal, Tom Crone, deliberately withheld crucial information and answered questions falsely. All three were accused of misleading parliament by the culture select committee.

Rupert Murdoch, the document said, “did not take steps to become fully informed about phone hacking” and “turned a blind eye and exhibited wilful blindness to what was going on in his companies and publications”.

The committee concluded that the culture of the company’s newspapers “permeated from the top” and “speaks volumes about the lack of effective corporate governance at News Corporation and News International”.

That prompted the MPs’ report to say: “We conclude, therefore, that Rupert Murdoch is not a fit person to exercise the stewardship of major international company.”

James Murdoch is described as exhibiting a “lack of curiosity … wilful ignorance even” at the time of the negotiations surrounding the 2008 Gordon Taylor phone-hacking settlement and into 2009 and 2010. The younger son of Rupert Murdoch is criticised for failing to appreciate the significance of the News of the World hacking when the “for Neville” email first became public in 2009 and during subsequent investigations by parliament in February 2010 and a New York Times report in September 2010.

“We would add to these admissions that as the head of a journalistic enterprise, we are astonished that James Murdoch did not seek more information or ask to see the evidence and counsel’s opinion when he was briefed by Tom Crone and Colin Myler on the Gordon Taylor case,” the select committee said.

Even if James Murdoch did not appreciate the significance of the £700,000 Taylor payout, the committee concluded it was “simply astonishing” that he did not realise that the “one ‘rogue reporter’ line was untrue” until late 2010, after a previous inquiry by the culture select committee which ran during 2009 and reported in February 2010.

According to minutes published by the committee, the MPs were almost unanimous in their criticism of Hinton, Myler and Crone.

Rebekah Brooks, the former News of the World editor and News International boss, was largely spared from the MPs’ criticism. The report said that it would not draw conclusions on evidence to the committee about Milly Dowler, the murdered schoolgirl whose voicemail messages were hacked by the News of the World in 2002, because of an ongoing police investigation into Brooks.

However, the MPs said that Brooks must take responsibility for “the culture which permitted” unethical newsgathering methods over Dowler in 2002. The MPs said: “The attempts by the News of the World to get a scoop on Milly Dowler led to a considerable amount of police resource being redirected to the pursuit of false leads.”

Brooks is on police bail after being arrested as part of Scotland Yard’s investigation into phone hacking on 17 July 2011 and, separately, on suspicion of conspiracy to pervert the course of justice along with her husband, Charlie, on 13 March this year. Brooks denies knowledge of or involvement in phone hacking or other illegal activities.

The culture select committee charged Hinton with being “complicit” in a cover-up of wrongdoing at Rupert Murdoch’s media empire.

MPs said that Myler and Crone deliberately withheld crucial information and answered falsely questions put by the committee.

The executives demonstrated contempt for parliament “in the most blatant fashion”, the MPs said, in what they described as a corporate attempt to mislead the committee about the true extent of phone hacking at the News of the World.

The MPs said that Hinton, executive chairman of News International until December 2007, had “inexcusably” mislead the committee over his role in authorising the £243,000 payout to Clive Goodman, the former royal editor convicted of phone hacking in January that year.

“We consider, therefore, that Les Hinton was complicit in the cover-up at News International, which included making misleading statements and giving a misleading picture to the committee,” the MPs said.

Crone and Myler were accused of deliberately misleading the MPs on the culture select committee in 2009 and again in 2011 about their alleged knowledge that phone hacking went beyond a single “rogue reporter” at the now-closed Sunday tabloid.

“Both Tom Crone and Colin Myler deliberately avoided disclosing crucial information to the committee and, when asked to do, answered questions falsely,” the MPs said in the report.

All three executives now face the prospect of being called to apologise before parliament, in a constitutional move that has not been used for almost half a century.

The report could prove especially problematic for Myler, who is only five months into his editorship at the New York Daily Post.

The select committee said it would table a Commons motion asking parliament to endorse its conclusions about misleading evidence.

News Corp said in a statement: “News Corporation is carefully reviewing the select committee’s report and will respond shortly. The company fully acknowledges significant wrongdoing at News of the World and apologises to everyone whose privacy was invaded.”

Nick Clegg has said there are "big question marks" about Rupert Murdoch's fitness to run News Corporation in the wake of a damning Commons report on the phone-hacking scandal.

The deputy prime minister said the report, published on Tuesday, raised "serious questions of basic corporate governance in the Murdoch empire", which allowed its journalists to engage on illegal invasions of privacy on an "industrial scale".

The Labour leader, Ed Miliband, told Radio 4's World at One programme that Ofcom needed to "add urgency" to its investigation into whether News Corporation met the "fit and proper" test that allowed it to own a stake in BSkyB in the light of Tuesday's Commons report.

Speaking during a visit to Fife before local council elections, Clegg threw his weight behind the media committee's central findings, stating: "The select committee has written a report where there has been a lot of focus on one sentence but what's striking about it is how much full, cross-party consensus there was behind a number of excoriating observations about how the Murdoch empire was run.

"Of course, that means there are very serious question marks about the basic accountability and corporate governance of an organisation which, as we now know, whilst it was denied for a long period of time, journalists were abusing the privacy of ordinary people and flouting the law in huge and sustained way."

He said he had yet to read the report in detail, but showed clear sympathy with the most controversial majority finding that Rupert Murdoch was not "a fit person" to lead News Corporation – a finding backed by the committee's sole Lib Dem MP, Adrian Sanders.

He said: "Clearly that was the opinion of the majority of members of that committee.

"[I] don't think anyone can be in any doubt, whatever your opinion about that particular sentence, that there were some serious issues about basic corporate governance in the Murdoch empire. Because, as we now know, there were journalists in the Murdoch empire who were breaking the law, and abusing the privacy of victims of the 7/7 attack, of families of people who have lost loved ones in Afghanistan and the family of Milly Dowler, and that illegal activity was taking place on an industrial scale.

"Adrian Sanders is entirely free to do what he wants. As I say, the report shows that there are very, very big question marks about the way in which the Murdoch empire was run."

He also expressed strong support for the committee's expected decision to ask the Commons to censure three senior News International executives, Colin Myler, former editor of the News of the World, Tom Crone, the former legal manager, and Les Hinton, its former executive chairman, for misleading MPs on the hacking affair.

He said: "I think that the House of Commons has every right to make sure that where it's shown, and the select committee has made these assertions, that the house or committees of it have been misled, that the house has the opportunity to make that very clear and very forcibly clear to those individuals concerned."

He said the hacking affairs and the Leveson and committee inquiries had proven that politicians, the media and media proprietors had become far too close. He would never go to a Murdoch tea party, he said. "I think it's important that the media and the political classes take a bit more distance from each other."

Clegg added: "What we need to do, on the back of the Leveson inquiry and on the back of the select committee report, is make sure that there's a permanent culture change in the set of relationships between the politicians and the media, and the police and media as well."

FCC called on to revoke licences in wake of British parliamentary report as phone hacking scandal widens abroad

A Washington-based ethics watchdog is calling on federal regulators to revoke News Corporation's 27 Fox broadcast licences in the wake of the highly critical report on phone hacking from the UK parliament.

Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (Crew) has written to the chairman of the Federal Communications Commission, Julius Genachowski, calling on the regulator to pull the plug on Rupert Murdoch's lucrative television licences on grounds of character.

The letter argues that the final report of the UK Commons culture, media and sport committee, which concluded that Murdoch was not fit to run a major international company, had implications for the US regulators that they had now to act upon.

Melanie Sloan, Crew's director, said that the Murdochs had clearly failed the character test that is embedded within US media law as it is within British. "If they are not passing the character standard under British law, it seems to me that they are not going to meet the character standard in America."

In their report, the British parliamentarians found Rupert Murdoch was "not a fit person" to exercise stewardship of a major international company. The Commons culture, media and sport select committee also concluded that James Murdoch showed "wilful ignorance" of the extent of phone hacking during 2009 and 2010.

Under FCC regulations, broadcast frequencies can only be handed to firms run by people of good "character" who serve the "public interest" and speak with "candor". In making that judgment, the FCC is entitled to consider past conduct of media owners, including conduct that does not relate directly to their broadcasting interests, as well as any patterns of alleged misbehaviour.

The FCC has so far shown an unwillingness to be drawn into the billowing phone hacking scandal concerning the News of the World and other News Corporation outlets in the UK. Last July, Genachowski indicated that he did not expect his agency to get involved in the probe.

But Crew insisted that as more information emerges about the failure of News Corp to deal with its hacking crisis, federal authorities would eventually be forced to act. The watchdog has also written to the US Senate and House committees on commerce calling for congressional hearings into whether the Murdochs were fit to hold the Fox TV licences. A similar request from Crew last year went unanswered.

Any suggestion that there was scrutiny of News Corp's TV licences would cause havoc within the company because its profits are closely tied to television in the US. However, the firm's shareholders appear to be relaxed in that regard, as News Corp's shares rose slightly after news broke of the scathing UK committee report.

Analysts have long discounted the UK newspaper business as a distraction and too tiny to affect the bottom line. One speculated that investors were betting the report was likely to lead to News Corp focusing on its larger, more profitable US assets.

Thomas Eagan, media analyst at Collins Stewart said more pressure on Murdoch meant more responsibility for Chase Carey, News Corp's chief operating officer. "That's a positive for us, we are big fans of Chase Carey," he said.

The big unanswered question for shareholders is over the British pay TV giant BSkyB, Eagan said. Ofcom, the British media regulator, is currently assessing whether News is a "fit and proper" owner of the profitable firm. The hacking scandal effectively ended News Corp's bid for full control of BSkyB. Should Ofcom rule against Sky, it may have to sell all or part of its 39.1% holding in the pay-TV operator.

Some shareholders are intensifying their calls for a shake-up at the top of News Corp on the back of the British parliamentary report. Change to Win, an advisory group that works with pension funds with over $200bn in assets, called for Murdoch to resign. Senior policy analyst Michael Pryce-Jones said News Corp's board should meet to form a succession plan immediately. "This is a company in crisis," he said.

Pryce-Jones said that when he first saw the headlines about the report he had assumed they were talking about James Murdoch. "This is far worse than I had expected," he said. "The focus is now on Rupert."

He added: "In any other company James would have been sacked in July and we'd be preparing for succession. [Rupert] Murdoch clearly cannot stay on a CEO and chairman of this company."

Pryce-Jones said he blamed News Corp's independent directors for much of what had gone wrong. The directors include top US lawyer Viet Dinh, chief architect of the USA Patriot Act, Joel Klein, the former chancellor of the New York City department of education and Rod Eddington, former chief executive of British Airways. "They have said that they are going to act, but they have done nothing. They need a Plan B. Plan A was apparently to ignore this and hope it would go away," he said.

Father Seamus Finn of the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility, who led a shareholder vote against Rupert and James Murdoch and other senior executives at News Corp's annual general meeting last year, said: "This report is exactly what I asked Mr Murdoch about last year, it's about the culture of the company and who sets the tone for that culture."

He said the report "sets another stone on the balance" against Murdoch but that for US shareholders the political nature of the report was likely to lead many to discount its impact. "This is an extraordinary report but it is happening in a political context," he said.

 *U.S. charges more than 100 for Medicare fraud schemes

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. authorities have charged 107 people including doctors and nurses for trying to defraud the federal Medicare healthcare program for the elderly and disabled of about $452 million, the Obama administration said on Wednesday.

At least 75 people in Miami, Houston and Baton Rouge were charged during the last two days for submitting false billing for home health care, mental health services, HIV infusions and physical therapy, among other charges.

President Barack Obama's administration has been pushing to squeeze out fraud from federal programs like Medicare as part of a broader attempt to stem soaring healthcare costs, arguing fraud can contribute to rising prices for services.

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said that Obama's landmark healthcare law has helped authorities’ further root out fraud, a law that is being challenged by Republicans and 26 out of the 50 U.S. states.

"Today's actions are another example of how the Affordable Care Act is helping the Obama administration fight fraud and strengthen the Medicare program," Sebelius said.

In Baton Rouge, seven people were arrested and charged with eight counts including conspiracy and healthcare fraud for billing Medicare for some $225.6 million in unnecessary services and in some cases not providing services billed.

They ran and worked at two community mental health centers in Louisiana where they billed for more group therapy sessions than were provided, including recreational and education psychotherapy, according to court records.

Medicare paid out more than $37.9 million for the services to the two centers in Baton Rouge, identified as Shifa Community Mental Health Center and Serenity Center, according to the court records.

U.S. prosecutors sought to have two of the owners of the centers, Hoor Naz Jafri and Roslyn Dogan, held without bond pending trial. They accused Dogan of stealing evidence from the prosecutors' office to obstruct the investigation, according to a detention memo.

Four others who worked as therapists at the centers pleaded guilty last month to one count of conspiracy to commit healthcare fraud for purporting to provide group therapy and document patients' attendance, the court documents said.

Naturally physical changes are happening, but they will not be on such a scale as the biblical prophesies. At one time they were actual probabilities, but with your acceleration of consciousness the vibrations have been lifted up. That has allowed for a less chaotic end time, and we of the Galactic Federation are determined to help you through the period that remains before Ascension. There are many ways in which we can help, and where earthquakes are concerned the flow of energies can be directed in such a way that it minimizes their effect.

Our mission is now reaching a critical point where we will be brought into action to monitor events, that are about to impinge upon your consciousness. The immense work put in to rid you of the Illuminati and their minions, is about to pay off and result in large scale arrests. This requires our allies to be at the ready, and for us to back them up to ensure it all runs smoothly. We do not wish to see panic result from the purges taking place, or violence resulting from the news of such events becoming public. Sooner or later you will have to face the awful truth of how you have been used all along, to fill the coffers of those who have for eons of time been the driving force behind your governments. The extent of their power will truly astound and shock you, and more so when you realize how a large proportion of the population was destined to be eliminated. With our coming that threat has been removed, but history will show that the lives of millions were nevertheless subject to their insidious plots.

The coming times are going to be quite hectic, and it is as well that you have Ascension to focus upon. Be assured that whatever happens the ultimate outcome is going to be to your benefit. All that is of the lower vibrations will eventually be transmuted or disappear from your sight. That is how the Earth will be restored with all traces of pollution removed. A new Earth is to be born so that you can commence another stage in your evolution. It will be most comforting and bring back the joy and happiness that has been lacking in many people’s lives. The Light will shine out from all directions, and the consciousness levels of all forms of life will be raised up. Oneness will be evident in many ways, and recognized as bringing all life together. Separation will no longer take place, and harmony and balance will be restored. The dark energies will have no place in such surroundings, and could not exist in such high levels of energy. So Dear Ones do not allow outer influences to interfere with your progress towards Ascension.

In the coming times you will reach levels that will match the Christ Consciousness, and that means all of you as it is a natural development on your evolutionary path. You are at present a pale reflection of such high vibrations, yet it is your destiny to reach such levels. You will one day truly be looked upon as Masters of the Light, and co-create with others when new Universes are born. Your potential is not limited in any way, and you will eventually take on the mantle of the Gods that you are. However, for the present your time and thoughts are being taken up by preparing for Ascension. Some still seek the answers as to what they need to do in this respect, and we would say work towards a level where you can be one who can express yourself in Unconditional Love. It is not easy when you have so many distractions around you, yet it is a state of being that is possible. See all as part of yourself because you are all connected, and what one does affects every other soul. It means being non-judgmental and perhaps for Humans that is the hardest bit. You are used to expressing your opinions about everything, and sometimes it is done without knowing the full facts. Just move in the energy of love all of the time, and make allowances for others who are still playing the game of duality.

You live on a beautiful Earth that it is an entity of high consciousness in its own right, spoilt by lack of understanding. Mother Earth has sacrificed much to allow your evolution to go forward, but you could say it is now payback time. By appreciating what she has done for you, and also respecting her needs to prepare for Ascension, you can work towards undoing and rectifying some of the damage that has been done. Certainly you will be called upon to participate in the cleansing once we can safely land on your Earth. It is a mammoth task, yet for us will take no time to speak of because of our technologies. Already we are cleansing the atmosphere, and noting your concern about Chemtrails and are reducing their affects upon you. Indeed, we have for many years cleared the fallout from atomic explosions, and even now we deal with radiation coming from the damaged Nuclear Plant in Japan. As you must now know, we are also currently preventing the use of nuclear devices and will safely destroy them if necessary.

We will not stand by any longer and allow further deliberate destruction of the planet, and your authorities are aware of our position on this. These are the first steps towards banning war for good, and believe us that we can ensure that all countries abide by this divine ruling. Peace is nearly here, and when it causes all military units to be disbanded there are provisions made for the re-employment of all personnel. War crimes will be dealt with along with all crimes against Humanity and just no one will get away with them, as we know who the guilty ones are. There are no reprisals involved, but the simple application of your laws and also Universal Law.

The Senate commerce committee has oversight over the FCC that issued 27 licences to Rupert Murdoch's Fox TV network.

Rupert Murdoch's global media empire is facing a challenge on a new front in the billowing phone-hacking scandal after a powerful US Senate committee opened direct contact with British investigators in an attempt to find out whether News Corporation has broken American laws.
Jay Rockefeller, chairman of the Senate committee on commerce, science and transportation, has written to Lord Justice Leveson, who leads the British judicial inquiry into media ethics, asking if he has uncovered any evidence relating questionable practices in the US.
"I would like to know whether any of the evidence you are reviewing suggests that these unethical and sometimes illegal business practices occurred in the United States or involved US citizens," Rockefeller writes in a letter released on Wednesday.
The development adds to the potential dangers facing News Corp, a publicly-traded company with its headquarters in New York. Rockefeller has taken a close interest in the unfolding phone-hacking saga, but it is the first time that a Senate committee member has acted in his official capacity.
Should the committee decide to press its case, it has considerable powers at its disposal. It could convene official Senate hearings into the scandal and subpoena witnesses and documents from News Corp – though as yet there is no discussion of doing so.
The commerce committee covers all means of communications in the US – including telecommunications, free-to-air broadcasting and cable TV. It also has oversight over the Federal Communications Commission, the regulatory body that has final say on the issuing of broadcast licences, including the 27 licences issued to the Fox TV network that is the jewel in Murdoch's crown.
The FCC, which has come under pressure this week from ethics watchdogs calling for action against News Corp, can revoke licences if it deems that the companies holding them are not properly run in the public interest.
In his letter to Leveson, Rockefeller asks whether some of the more than 5,000 potential victims of phone hacking by the now-defunct News of the World may have been American. "I am concerned about the possibility that some of these undisclosed victims are US citizens, and the possibility that telephone networks under the jurisdiction of US laws were used to intercept their voicemail messages."
He adds that he wants to know whether any News Corp business had "used hacking, bribing, or other similar tactics when operating in the US".
In a scathing attack on the Murdoch company, Rockefeller writes: "In a democratic society, members of the media have the freedom to aggressively probe their government's activities and expose wrongdoing. But, like all other citizens, they also have a duty to obey the law.
"Evidence that is already in the public record clearly shows that for many years, News International had a widespread, institutional disregard for these laws."
Rockefeller also asks for details emerging from the Leveson inquiry that indicated whether any News Corp executives based in New York were aware of illegal payments made by News of the World to British police and other public officials. "I would be very concerned if evidence emerged suggesting that News Corporation officials in New York were also aware of these illegal payments and did not act to stop them."
The senator does not name individuals. Rupert Murdoch and his son James – who was until recently the chairman of News Corp's British newspaper division, News International – are based in the New York headquarters, as was Les Hinton, James Murdoch's predecessor, who was this week accused by the UK Commons culture committee of misleading parliament. Hinton resigned in July.
Rockefeller's intervention was triggered by the final report of the British parliament's culture, media and sport select committee, which concluded that Murdoch was not fit to run a major international company. It comes two weeks after Mark Lewis, a British lawyer at the forefront of the phone-hacking investigations, opened investigations into four cases of alleged phone hacking that occurred in the US.
Lewis, who won £3m for the family of murdered teenager Milly Dowler from News International, said: "There are so many American aspects to this, it is difficult to know where to begin. Whether it is about American victims of hacking, or the failure of a US company in respect of the corrupt practices of a foreign subsidiary, or the fact that material information was witheld from shareholders and potential investors: I suspect it is a race to find out which scandal lands first.
"It was only a matter of time before the US authorities realised the significance of what had been happening in the UK."
He is set to launch six cases in the US with Norman Siegel, an American lawyer who has previously represented families of September 11 victims. He has not divulged who his clients are, but it is known one is actress Koo Stark, who has been told by Metropolitan police detectives that she was targeted by the hacking operation run by the News of the World.
On Wednesday, the News Corp board issued a statement backing Rupert Murdoch, saying its members had "full confidence" in his" fitness" to run the company he built from a single newspaper in Adelaide.
News Corporation said that it based its vote of confidence on "Rupert Murdoch's vision and leadership" in building the company from its modest roots, "his ongoing performance", and his "demonstrated resolve to address the mistakes of the company identified in the select committee's report."
On the same day as the Senate commerce committee made its move, a second US senator, Frank Lautenberg of New Jersey, renewed his call for a US government investigation into whether News Corp broke anti-bribery and corruption laws. Lautenberg called for a robust inquiry into whether the company, by allegedly bribing public officials in the UK, had breached the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, which forbids American citizens or companies from engaging in acts of bribery abroad.

Rebekah Brooks and Andy Coulson are to give evidence to the Leveson inquiry next week.

Andy Coulson, David Cameron's former spin doctor, is to appear at the Leveson inquiry next week along with Rebekah Brooks, the former chief executive of News International.
Coulson is appearing on Thursday, along with Daily Mail proprietor Lord Rothermere, and Brooks appears on Friday.
Also giving evidence before Lord Justice Leveson on Wednesday next week will be the Mail Online editor, Martin Clarke.
It will be the first time Coulson, who was editor of the News of the World before Cameron hired him, has spoken publicly since he was arrested in July 2011 by police investigating allegations of phone hacking and police corruption at the defunct tabloid. He recently had his bail extended.
Brooks is ready to disclose any text messages and emails between herself and Cameron if asked by Leveson, according to reports. Daily Telegraph columnist Peter Oborne today claimed there could have been as many as a dozen text messages a day between the two.
Brooks was first arrested in July 2011 over allegations of phone hacking and illegal payments to public officials.
The former News of the World and Sun editor and close confidante of Rupert Murdoch was arrested for a second time on 13 March this year on suspicion of perverting the course of justice. She recently had her bail relating to both these arrests extended.
Both Brook and Coulson deny knowledge of or involvement in phone hacking or other illegal activity.
The week could be uncomfortable for Cameron, who has been accused of being too close to Rupert Murdoch and his senior executives, including Brooks and Coulson.
Last week Murdoch told the Leveson inquiry about his unofficial meetings with the prime minister, including one trip to one of his children's yachts in Greece, although he could not remember which one, or anything that Cameron said.
Cameron has also been criticised for hiring Coulson after he quit as News of the World editor in January 2007 folllowing royal editor Clive Goodman's conviction in connection with phone hacking.
Coulson was appointed Conservative director of communications in May 2007 and moved to No 10 when Cameron became prime minister in May 2010.
He quit his job as the Downing Street communications director in January 2011, claiming the wave of allegations about phone hacking were making his job impossible.
At the time Downing Street insisted his resignation was not precipitated by any new evidence that would challenge Coulson's claim that he had no knowledge of phone hacking at the newspaper.
Brooks is scheduled to give evidence for the whole day on Friday, while Coulson is due to appear for half a day on Thursday.
Also appearing on Thursday is Rothermere, chairman of Daily Mail & General Trust, publisher of the Daily Mail, Mail on Sunday, Mail Online and Metro. On Wednesday the inquiry will from Clarke, the Mail Online editor.
The inquiry will also hear on Wednesday from DCI Brendan Gilmour, who worked on the Met's Operation Glade, an investigation into police corruption, and Russell Middleton, temporary assistant chief constable of Devon & Cornwall police.
Middleton was involved in Operation Reproof, a little-known investigation into an allegedly corrupt police officer supplying a network of private detectives with information from the police national computer.
Separately on Thursday, Labour MP Tom Watson accused Conservative select committee colleague Louise Mensch of tabling amendments that would have "exonerated" James Murdoch in its controversial phone-hacking report following a personal intervention by the son of media tycoon Rupert Murdoch.
The row over the Commons culture, media and sport select committee's phone-hacking report pronouncing Rupert Murdoch unfit to run an international company escalated further, with Watson saying that had the Tories on the committee had their way they would have issued a whitewash report that was "inspid to the point of being craven".
Watson also hit out against the two other Conservative MPs on the committee, Therese Coffey and Philip Davies, and called on chairman John Whittingdale to publish earlier drafts of the controversial report to back up his claim that the Tories had tried to water it down.
"When James Murdoch sent an unsolicited second letter to the committee, it was used by Louise Mensch to table a number of amendments effectively exonerating Murdoch junior from any of the accusations made by Colin Myler and Tom Crone," Watson said, in reference to the News of the World's former editor and head of legal.
"Our deliberations were further hampered by Dr Therese Coffey, who persistently stated she would draw conclusions based only on the evidence submitted to the committee – explicitly ruling out all evidence from the public domain, including testimony at the Leveson inquiry and all the civil cases [brought by phone-hacking victims].
"To complete the trinity, we had Philip Davies – a man who bitterly complained that [Labour MP] Paul Farrelly and I were partisan when the committee published its previous report in 2009. He was so independent minded then he wrote a column in the News of the World to make his claims."
Mensch hit back at Watson's suggestion that she had somehow caved into pressure from News International. "Tom is free to publish all the amendments. There is nothing secret about it," she said.
She added that she had one briefing from News Corp's European public affairs director, Frédéric Michel, earlier this year, but she told him in advance she could not discuss the deliberations of the select committee.
"He gave me a briefing on the [News Corp] management and standards committe, information on the arrests at the Sun. This was all after the arrests at the Sun. I took that briefing and I declared it to the committee the next day. I was offered a briefing over the summer, but declined," Mensch said.
"To carry on suggesting that undue pressure was applied and I caved in is just wrong. I found Mr Murdoch's evidence convincing and I speak as I find," she added.
The seven-page letter by James Murdoch, News Corp's deputy chief operating officer and former chairman of News of the World publisher News International, was sent to the committee in March.
In the letter, Murdoch once again protested his innocence and denied he had misled parliament. He maintained that Crone and Myler could have disclosed more in 2008 if they had "wanted to warn me that voicemail interception was more widespread". Instead, he said: "They said nothing that led me to believe a further investigation was necessary.
Mensch tabled, she believes, "half a dozen amendments", not all of them which would have got through to a vote. But the three main amendments, which the Guardian has seen, included requests to include large chunks of Murdoch's letter in the final report.
The most significant of the three relates to paragraph 162 of the report, which states the commitee is "astonished that James Murdoch did not seek more information" in relation to the £700,000 phone-hacking settlement in 2008 with Gordon Taylor, the chief executive of the Professional Footballers Association.
Mensch and Coffey did not pass judgment on Murdoch for being so incurious and wanted to amend the paragraph to an observeration that "it would have been better had he not relied on Mr Crone and Mr Myler's account, and requested to see more documentation".
A second amendment again related to inserting a portion of Murdoch's letter and a third was a request to change the word "astonishing" to "surprising" in relation to another finding.
Watson described Mensch's amendments as "lick spittle". But Mensch hit back, saying she saw no reason not to include chunks of Murdoch's letter in the report and said she found him to be a "compelling" and "consistent witness".
"There is nothing secret or underhand about it. I found he was a compelling witness and I thought we should record what he said. I thought it was only fair," she added.
Amendments put forward by Coffey also sought to tone down the criticism of Murdoch. She suggested replacing "however keen senior executives may have been to delegate" with "we recognise that delegation is normal in any company".
She also wanted a reference to "such executive carelessness" replaced with "this lack of judgement".
Coffey requested the word "shield" be changed to "obscure" in a sentence in paragraph 207 that asks if the lack of openness of senior management can be explained by "a deliberate policy of 'don't ask, don't tell' designed to 'shield' senior executives from events taken beneath them". She also objected to the "don't ask, don't tell" phrase and wanted to replace it "don't tell the family".
Watson and Mensch's latest exchange of words came on Thursday after a Twitter spat earlier in the day between the pair over the decision by the four Tories on the select committee to vote against amendment 229 declaring Murdoch "not a fit person to exercise the stewardship of a major international company".
In an hour of testy back and forth prompted by Mensch's appearance on Today, Watson threatened to publish all the amendments Tory MPs on the committee had put forward for the report.
When Mensch replied that he ought to make sure he included a timeline of the amendments, Watson tweeted: "You mean James Murdoch's second letter that seemed to uncannily answer concerns raised in private discussions? No problem."
Mensch hit back: "Are you accusing me of something? Not like you. Don't let temper get better of you. 'Fit' was error."
